This restaurant which serves Arabic cuisine, or Middle Eastern dishes, is located in a strategic location. The dining room consists of two floors which is spacious, clean and presented in a distinctly Arabic décor and atmosphere. We were seated in the room which was spacious enough to accommodate five people. All the food we ordered tasted really good and the seasoning was great. The taste of the lamb was soft and didn't have a stale smell. Om Ali and Turkish coffee for dessert were delicious.

Good ambience, spacious, and luxurious. Ordered chicken mandhi but they served lamb/mutton, which did not taste good. They accepted their mistake and I ate it to avoid inconvenience to them. However, I had to pay the higher price of lamb which I did not order. Taking the moral responsibility of their mistake, they should not have charged me the extra price. So I felt that I should have asked them to serve chicken as per my order. Being lenient was not turned good. Therefore, it was not a pleasant experience.

The food was quite good, had the rice with the lamb and also chicken curry, although it wasn’t anything special. The interior decor and ambience is nice. The service can still be improved and I noticed that all of the waiters are not following health protocols by not wearing masks.

The shisha quality is outstanding, both physical quality and the service is fine. Flavours are fine and satisfactory. Performance/price is excellent. Just a personal opinion; I wish there was something stronger rather than only double apple. The ambiance is proper and lighting is balanced. Some of the chairs are very uncomfortable but the overall is acceptable. The meal variety in the menu is neither rich nor poor but the the chef has done an excellent work. Delicious and authentic. Nothing special but it doesn’t make you regret. I would expect something richer only. The down side about the meals is the size/portion. The photos in the menu may mislead you as they seem significantly larger than the real stuff. The price gives the hint: if it’s under 100k, then expect something very small to finish in just 5 minutes, which leaves you with an unfinished feeling. They should also serve some salt/pepper/spice alongside the meal without demand. This is an Arabic style restaurant, of course people would like to add some salt/pepper/spice during eating. These are the reasons for a star minus. The management should find a solution to the machine that works all the time as it’s too noisy on the background. Maybe I’m too prone to peripherals. The service is swift and polite. There are usually someone around ready to help you. Overall, you won’t regret to dine in here or enjoy shisha. Go there, try a main dish, and enjoy a long lasting shisha.

Came here last week on a Saturday early evening, wasn’t too crowded. Beautiful middle eastern decor, friendly staff, and gorgeous menu with amazing photos. The place is definitely a must try for shisha lovers. The food was good, altho I think it has been adjusted to local tongue, I tried this kind of food before in several other countries and remember them having more distinctive Arabian spice flavor. The humus, for example, it was rather plain for me here, altho the pita bread was delicious. I actually liked the tabbouleh dip better than the humus, which was delicious and refreshing with the pita bread. My husband and I ordered Biryani Rice with Chicken and Mandhi Rice with Fish. Both dishes were rather dry to us, and the flavor was mild, I wanted stronger spices flavor in the dishes. That being said, they were somewhat tasty though. The Moroccan mint tea was delicious and as authentic as it can be, in my opinion. The one thing that was really disappointing to me was the music, especially on the first floor, it was super loud, I could barely hear the waiter talking over the ridiculously ear-shattering sound system. You had to shout to be heard. Why would you need that kind of music in a closed-off space ? How do u expect people to enjoy their time here when they can’t even have decent conversation without shouting just to be heard ?? We decided to move to the fifth floor, there were acoustic live music there which has equally bad sound system, although not as loud because it was a half-open space and the musicians were actually not bad. It was just the sound system that was really bad set up I think. The entire dining experience could have been more pleasant had it not been for the super loud sound system. I would have given 4 stars to this place if not because of the sound system.

Al Jazeerah is now located in an elegant 4-storey building right next to its old location. The service is still excellent, the space amongst tables is convenient especially in this pandemic of COVID-19. I really enjoyed its Lamb Mandi Rice, it's enough for 2-3 persons (IDR143.360) and Al Jazeerah Special Fried Lamb that came in 3 pieces (IDR132.000). The lamb was so tender and yummy. Strawberry juice was charged for IDR38.500 and a cup of hot tea (Lipton) for IDR24.200. There is live Arabic music at the 4th floor every Monday and Friday nights.

Pita bread - 8/10 Portion is very generous, fluffy texture, and serve hot. So nice. The 4 dips also taste very nice, especially the hummus one. Chicken kebab - 7/10 Meh, taste is okay. Not special. Ruz biryani lamb - 10/10 VERY DELICIOUS! No words. Biryani rice is very flavorful, lamb was very tender & not smelly at all. I Recommend you to try.

Had dinner with my husband and son here. We had a pleasant dining experience: good service and hospitality, friendly staff, delicious food (except for the salty marak soup). We highly recommended their lamb mandy and lamb briyani. Will come again.

Good authentic middle east food, although this place is less suitable if you are not a fan of lamb.

Authentic arabian food with middle east vibes, nice staff, good shisha, called a 2nd home for having a great quality time with your friends, or family! My fav food is Mandhi Rice with Lamb, Signature Fried Rice, Kuftah Lamb, Greek Moussaka & Saudi Cool, for shisha I recommended you guys to order Light Dino or Geisha.

Been here 3 times before pandemic and always satisfied. The place is huge (there are 5 floors) and well decorated. I like their Morrocan Bastilla, Mushroom Soup and pita bread. I always add pita bread for take away. Their Chicken Curry wasn't impressive. Price of beverages is too pricey.

I came here for meeting, the room has a nice ambience with middle eastern concept. And also the food is nice. I like Om Ali appetizer.

Arabic cuisine near my flat. The food taste good. Ambience and the interiors nice. Price quite high compare with the taste. Possibly for family or office occasions. Going for iftar with team,turn out okay. Place quite crowded during iftar.

Been stopped in for dinner and had a great experience of mid-east meals! The dishes were delicious as were the mocktail and their coffee, thus the prices are fair for the portion size. Their hospitable staff was nice, helpful and knowledgeable about the menu offering great recommendations. The place was clean and smelled good, I chose the rooftop for enjoy shisha and atmosphere is cozy and pleasant, one of my top recommend 👌

Amazing place ,if you are looking for good arab food in Jakarta this will be perfect for you ,they offer a large menu of moroccan and middle east food , you must try the couscous prepared by Moroccan female Chef they also serve beryani,maglouba,moroccan chicken pastilla Its a big 4 floor restaurant and coffee shop On wednesday,Monday and friday night they offer live band and arabic night music at the 4th floor ,with hookkah lounge I loved it!

Nice place n delicious food

If you decide to come here it's better if you drive car because the SECURITY boys in the parking lot don't really appreciate visitors with motobike. We arrived at the parking lot but we have to wait for unnecessary business of 2 cars that blocked our way to enter the parking lot (the security did nothing about it to facilitate us) and after we parked our bike they just talked to us by shouting from distance. Poor attitude

A really great place to having a family time! The ambience of the hotel was comforting and playful for kids. The food are fine and the bedroom clean and tidy. Its worth to try :D

The restaurant has a rooftop for dine-in which is good and pressumably safer during Covid. For the food itself (I ordered mandhi with lamb), the lamb was tender and flavorful, I love the mandhi rice, and the regular portion was big (Should’ve opted for the small portion). The service was a bit slow though, our drinks took forever to arrive.

for weekdays, it is not too crowded. I prefer be at rooftop to other floors. Open space with amazing view (night one). The foods are pricey but worth it, tastefully 🌟 Recommended for small party and having quality time.
