First haircut post lockdown. The Phab team were as friendly and efficient as ever and had all the necessary social distancing measures in place making the experience a very pleasant one.

I’ve been visiting Autonomy for a couple of years now with Steve being our family go-to. A really great guy with an excellent attitude and love for what he does. Pleasant, relaxed atmosphere and Steve’s even converted my 3yr old son from hating hair cuts to enjoying it (possibly the sugary bribes!) Just need to invest in hot towels and I’ll never leave.

I have been going here since it opened and had a few different stylists and been extremely happy with everything. they go out their way to accommodate you, they listen to your requests and do their best to make you look fab. Which is what you want. They especially do not make you feel uncomfortable like some of the top range hairstylists do . You can go in track suit no makeup and you are made feel special.they also send you reminders when you need your next cut, and offer professional advice on hair and scalp care. Well done guys !!

A previous hair salon ruined my hair I was in the proses of growing out a short pixie. So came to phab Laura sorted it the best she could at that time and now I'm due to go back and continue with the grow out styles.. I'll keep you posted.

Much trepidation visiting new salon as previously had bad colouring experience, and also encountered 'gossipy' stylists. This was a really nice exoeeience, fab hair colour and I now have my new salon!
