I would love to give more than 2 stars but I cannot due to the very poor service. The landlady should be more friendly and approachable as she behaves like a prison guard. Positive: - Outdoor space is very relaxing, especially during night time where dining outside is very pleasant. - Very family friendly, peaceful and quiet outside. Negative: - Very high prices with poor service - Mattresses are harder than the beds made of nails that monks sleep on during training. - Free “wifi” is practically unusable as the range and speed is poor. If you want a chance at using it, your best bet is to wake up extra early in the morning. - Pizzas are very pricy and not worth a penny. - Lack of hygiene at the beach as bins are overflowing and surrounded by swarms of wasps. - Umbrellas are so rusty you cant hang your towels on. - Beach chairs are ancient and filthy and you must be cautious as some of them are faulty and collapse which is dangerous and could break your fingers. - High price includes sewage canal right next door.

Service is silly...awfull waiting...no customer care... no touristic sense...we waited one hour for fries and sea food was burned so we needed to return to make us new... tried to speak with the manager but i got arrogancy and no understanding about our little boy hunger. i dont reccomend. Update...our 5 year old boy got nausea and vomits oil from your french fries! Thank you for ruining our last night in Spille!

Beautiful place. Everything was perfect! Staff is super friendly and welcoming, breakfast was very delicious , and location is very easy to find this hotel ! Rooms are very modern and new and the beds very comfortable!

Nice food good price...nice ambiance...5 for them...but spille beach its a little leave behind for cleaning...the forest its not respected by the people...with all garbage...and all around too...its a small village and wonderful...but the community and the municipal must do a lot of work for that place...its unforgivable that these pearls are in those conditions.. Bleta restort its ok..for my opinion...the cousin its tasteful and the price are normal ...will recommend

We stayed there for four days and we didn’t have the room cleaned at all. Wi-Fi doesn’t really work, or it works if you sit close to the reception 🤔 The playing ground for the kids needs to be updated, as it might be dangerous in some places. The worst thing was the cafeteria, poor people working there. It was too hot in some days in July and they didn’t have a conditioner. And we had to eat and swet at the same time 🥵🥵 . That was terrible… kids were complaining all the time, but we didn’t have any choice. We couldn’t take the food outside of the cafeteria 🙈 so we felt like ‘sardines on the box’ 😬🙈 Positive things: is that the rooms are updated, close to the beach… that’s all. I don’t think I’ll be back there again. Not in that hotel.

This resort is very nice :) location is perfect among pine trees, rooms are clean and the garden is beautiful. Quiet place for family vacation but take a spray against mosquitos with you :)

Amazing place, next to the sea, great ambient, good food and service

Stayed with kids for long weekend. It's a terrific location with tall pine trees offering a wonderful shade during the heat....and right in front of the hotel. Our room was facing the pine trees, just awesome! Also smelling nice at night time. I must say I had the best sleep of my life, waking up fresh and full of energy. Beach is top class. If you wish you can drive for 4-5 minutes to secluded beach area and have a wonderful time. Hotel is clean and in acceptable conditions. Good overall hygiene and mattress didn't bother me. There is a small fridge and a lit mirror in the bathroom. Also a rather spacious balcony, table and chairs. You can opt for full board but that would more than double the daily rate. Having said that, the food is acceptable and there are plenty of soft drinkings and salads. The main course though is one per head, so try not to ask for more 😀 Rather friendly and helpful staff. I am considering to go back there again and not looking for other experiences in the area.
