Too early check out at 10am. Late check out could not be arranged. Manager impatient charging extra 10 euros pers hour for late check out that fits in within the rip off culture understated tourist places have. Stay at a hotel, avoid local housing as you never know what mood they will wake up. I also witnesses physical violence by local guys over tourists at the beach. Impossible!!! Stay away from the locals if you wish to enjoy Adriatic Sea in peace.

Beautiful, luxury, very clean and comfortable apartment to stay. Good location. About 10 minutes walking distance to the old downtown. Our host was really friendly.

Very friendly welcoming host. Was willing to keep our luggage after checkout. Spotless modern room. (Minor problem - We found some of the guidance lights quite bright such that the room is not completely dark when trying to sleep)

Despite us arriving late, the host welcomed us warmly. The room was very clean, well kept and the bed was very nice to sleep on. The place is a short 15 mins walk to the old town

Hidden gem in this neighborhood 12min walk from beach 5min ride to old town and touristi attractions Super nice host(Dino) Highly recommended!!! The only things that was missing in this room from 5star were Iron and facial tissue (Kleenex)

Nice and clean room. A little bit far from the Split center. Bus right outside.

Don't let the rather shabby exterior of the building put you off - the rooms inside are superb! Room was clean & modern, with a nice ensuite. Access is via codes (one for the outer door, another for the room door). About 20min walk into the centre, plus the area was quiet at night.
