We stayed at many hotels and Airbnbs during our 2+ week trip to Italy and Croatia, and Villa Baguc was our favorite. The owner Pero made us feel very welcome, and the breakfast spread was the best we have ever seen, with so many choices we had to try everything (luckily, we were on a bike trip and needed to fuel up!). The rooms have recently been remodeled with great details like heated bathroom floors, heated drying racks, and sun-blocking windows. The location was great, right in the old town and near lots of amenities. We stayed here for 3 days and will stay again when we return to Split.

We had really nice staying experience here, the host was friendly and gave us concrete travel & local recommendations, and always responded fast to our request. The room also has everything we needed and it’s located near the old town, easy access to everywhere by walking.

Our stay at Vila Baguc was excellent. Pero is a great host. Upon arrival, Pero helped us with parking, walked us through a map of the city and even helped us make reservations at Bocamorra for dinner that evening. Breakfast was great and Paula was very sweet. The room is located just a few minutes walk from all major tourist attractions in the Old Town, which was ideal.

Greeted by helpful friendly host, the room was airy, bright and spacious. Lovely breakfast. Will stay again as it's a two minute walk into the old town and the beautiful seafront with plenty of shops bars and restaurants Great location, superb hosting by the owner Pero and Andrea in reception. I had a great stay at Villa Baguc. Pero is a great host. He is incredibly helpful with tips for things to see. He even provides you a hand marked map with restaurants that he recommends. He went out if his way to make my stay enjoyable. I stayed at the red room on the too floor. The room was beautiful and well thought out. Plenty of bathroom storage for stuff and places to hang towels. Also it was the first time that I have stayed at a hotel in Europe and not been giving a heavy duvet in the summer. The AC was super strong. The location is also great being close to the main square but far enough away that is quiet at night.

The rooms are large and roomy. The bathroom is large. The breakfast is a few feet away. It's very central to see the old town.

Exceptional 2 night stay @vilabaguc. Spacious, quiet, comfy room, delicious breakfast - and a warm, welcoming owner. Highly recommend !
