Booked this based on photos that make the rooms look like a 5 star hotel and the rooms being "reassuringly expensive". We had booked a studio and a studio with patio for a total of 2170 euros for 5 nights so was expecting something special. We could not believe our eyes when we arrived and were shown the rooms. The outside is run down and very untidy, the garden unkempt and the rooms looked very different to the photos on the well known website we booked it through. We did not get chance to check if anything was working as we refused to stay there even though we were told we would still have to pay. I can say that there were wires hanging out of walls that I think were for the internet so presumably not dangerous. other fittings in the rooms look worn and dirty. We were told the reason for the high price was because the music festival "Ultra" was in town in a few days, however this does not justify 400 euros+ a night in a place of this poor quality. To be honest I would not stay there at any price as I like to enjoy my holiday!! After the owner agreeing with the booking company not to charge he after throwing us off his property and giving me " 2 seconds to leave", he waited 3 week and then charge my credit card for over £1800. DON'T let this guy have you card details!!!!

It's a mess, there is no service and the room isn't what we booked. It's way smaller and because they made a mistake earlier this week with other guests they need the money so raised the price when we arrived, knowing we can never book a new accomodation in time. Also at arrival she tells us that we need to be back before 11 p.m. and that we don't need to use the air conditioning at night, even though it's like 30 degrees here at night, just because they want us to be cheap even though we paid to stay here. It's dishonourable how they treat people here. DON'T BOOK THIS!

Wouldn't recommend, scammer owner, here the reasons: - Booking allowed us to choose between studio A and B and we chose A. We were given apartment B, a low basement close to the street, with a 'patio' that was in the middle of the house, in front of everybody. 'Luxury apartments', the sign outside said... That place was everything but luxury. - The owner stated that 'the WiFi stopped working properly and it was going to be fixed in the following days'. It didn't work at all, and now we're reading previous reviews, we can see this is nothing new... - We wrote the owner by Whatsapp to ask whether we could change the second night for another one 3 days later. We never ever got any answer from him, not even a quick and easy 'sorry, not possible'. So we ended up leaving a day before, even paying that night. - The bed was uncomfortable and noisy and the bed sheets slightly unclean. There were no curtains in the main glass door so at night the street lights were so bright we couldn't sleep properly, also having car lights and noises. - We couldn't pay in card, only cash.

After initial communication difficulties the stay could not have been better. The accommodation is very quiet and centrally located. You only go ten minutes to the beach and about twenty minutes to the harbor. My room was beautifully decorated and very clean. Ana was very helpful and gave me good tips. Despite a small earthquake it was a absolutely successful stay.

Love the old Lady that runs the place! We stayed 2 nights and she was very kind and helped us whenever possible! Great value 👏 and close to everything just a walk to city centre! Next time we will also leave her flowers 😘

The room we had is comfortable. It is spacy and nice and has a decent look from the balcony. We enjoyed our stay in the quite and safe area just next to the Bacvice beach - around 5 min walk. The old town is very close as well.

The location is fine, but the apartment is super dirty, avoid this place, the corona virus is super harmless what you can take from them. the fridge was very dirty, the cups, the couch had big dark stains, the bathroom was full of hair on the floor, the towels awful........

Well, it was a bit dissapointing after a good review on Booking... Some fixtures were old and moldy, and kitchen utilities were pretty filthy. Needed a good alcohol scrub all around before use of any furniture. TV is positioned on a wall where you have to stand in front of it ti watch it and it didn't had any reception - we needed to fix the cable ourselves to make it work. There were tiny ants on the table. Bathroom door are impossible to close. We were handed only two towels and one toilet paper for three nights stay. To be honest, we got more upon request but the host didn't seemed to be too happy about it. Sheets were clean-ish but we used our own blanket. Location is pretty good.
