Etwas versteckte Lage. Personal sehr nett. Die Burger sind großartig, besser als bei der Konkurrenz ;)

Ein Laden wie jeder andere auch. Das besondere hier ist die Aussicht, wenn man draußen sitzt.

Terrible hygiene. I watched them making the burgers without gloves on. The manager guy touched his face and then proceeded to keep making the burgers with no gloves on. The service was very slow.

The food was good but i asked for a chicken burger without the mayo and tomato and i stil got it and the plant based burger had real meat?! And i needed to wait 35+ minutes for the food

The advertising plant based burgers - good! But: fail! 1st burger patty was completely burned. 2nd burger took 20minutes. In total I spent 30 min for a plant based long Chili cheese.. unacceptable for „fast food“

I hate to say it but... Go to McDonald's. McDonald's had a longer line and yet my wife was able to get her order, finish her food and I am still waiting for my order. The food was rushed and not prepared well despite taking forever to make it. Bad customer service.

Professional and Friendly Staff, Customer Oriented, all speak English... very clean, well kept eating spaces... Food just like I remember having in the US for over 50 years... being a US Citizen in Different Countries for almost 4 years now, it is of great comfort to find Familiar things... so far from the US where I lived for 63 years before traveling to Europe... So I highly recommend!

Classis fast food. We were waiting for the order to be prepared for 20 minutes and then they got my order wrong sadly. Despite that they replaced the order with no hastle just additional wait time.

Waited over 1 hour for the wrong order. None of the workers were packing the orders only making more burgers. We missed our cinemaplans. And were telling customers off when they asked for their order

worst experience ever at a fast food restaurant. Took us 45 minutes for the food to be ready. Fries were cold and chewy, burger bread was crumbled and the burger was burnt. Never coming ever again.

Fast service, huge variety of choice, beautiful scenery to eat by.

The order proccess was quite complicated but overall we managed to order. the staff messed up our order at first although the food was delicious. their nuggets are definitely better than their neighbors. The place was very dirty and I could barely find a seat clean enough to sit at since there was literally coke spillt on the floor and food remainings on the table. I'm guessing the staff doesn't have enough time to clean it since it is incredibly busy all the time. overall it was an okay experience, nothing special. i would recommend taking take out if you order.

This is located at the top floor of the mall and has a nice sunset view. Because it is in a mall it is very crowded and everyone leaves their trash after eating. The atmosphere is loud and dirty but the food and view balances it. Overall a cheap place to eat some decent burgers and have a nice view while at it.

Located in the Mall, can order on counter or TouchPad (several languages avaliable). My order was done pretty fast and everything was fresh. I ate my meal outside on the shared balcony with a very nice view over Split.

Occasionally Whooper, and it is the best vege burger ever! There is not much vege options in other fast food places. Polite staff and fast service. It is interesting for kids. Prices are a bit higher than competition. Lots of students\pupils work there so you have to be precise when saying what you order and how much, they are so nice, young and polite.

Flame grilled burgers taste so much better then competition despite they are grilled in advanced and held until ordered. Having probably 10 times less customers the service is slow compared to the competition.

I take two chicken longs and they had different sauce. I spent 15€ for two amd still hungry. After this I go to MC.

I have tried whopper, double whopper and vegge burger it's disappointing. Meat feels like old, bun is Crumpled, lettuce is always white end part, tomato and pickle (barely any) are putted badly that always fell off. Vegge burger patty is burned and smels like vomit. Cash desk staff is friendly, professional and polite. Picture of burger that they present is big lie.

I wanted double whopper, but they gave me tripple whopper. Too much meat. Now Bauchiweh

the food was reasonable for the price, but it wasn't much. Very long wait and reluctant service. She didn't want to give me a glass of warm water for a €30 order to warm up an iced juice for a small child. Embarrassing!!

I've visit Burger in so many countries and I love their food, but they are always to slow, something is not working and something is not available... Tablets for ordering not working, only one person is working at the orders, waiting in the line for 20-30 min and then are not everything available. So many Burger Kings are the same... but tasty...

Very short on staff, only 2 persons in the kitchen, 1 on the payments, with 10+ persons in the queue. Result is poorly prepared burger and stomach problems followed by diarrhea
