Beautiful beach with amazing scenery of nature and rocks. In my opinion the best in Split. There is a bar where you can buy drinks and food, but it is very overpriced. The drinks are 70+ kuna. The iced coffee was 32 kuna and it was very yummy. You can borrow sunbeds for 350 kuna (2 sunbeds and umbrella) or more luxury sunbeds for cca 800 kuna (prices at the end of August 2021). The beach is very long. The beginning of it is really crowded with loud music. If you want some peace, you should go further, where there are less people and instead of music you can hear cicadas. The water is very clean and see-through. You must bring water shoes because the beach is pebbly. There also is a nudist beach. You can get there by bus number 12 from bus stop Sv. Frane.

Nice public beach with bars, restaurants, toilets, and changing facilities. Gets super crowded and parking can be difficult. I recommend parking a bit up top and walking down. Free parking everywhere.

Very spiky stones so bring sea shoes. Also it was very busy. The water is crystal clear and so clean. This spot is great but 4 stars given as there are better spots available

I liked this beach because it was not super crowded. Bring some bathing-shoes, it's stony on the beach as well in the water. Like people said before: it's expensive to rent sunbeds (300 HRK for two beds) and otherwise few spots in the shadow. But anyway, great beach! 😊

Had a lovely day here. Beautiful clear warm water and a stones throw from town. Plus we saved a drowning praying mantis

Overcrowded place. The beach front has been manually built with sharp stones. Difficult to find a place to lie. There are only 2 super dirty chemical toilets for thousands of people where you can easily catch a disease. They just don't care about quality services. Only to get money.

Beautiful place, lot of fishes. Don't buy anything at the two bars near the beach. 1/2 l of water = 5€

Be careful with the taxis you take there they have charge me 220kunas to go to old town, when they should charged me according other taxis drivers in the town around 130 kunas. I paid 25GBP for a 5 minutes ride. Book an Uber to avoid the taxi drivers to steal you… Such a shame that they are stealing the tourist…

Beautiful views of mountains and the countryside. Stunning turquoise clear water. Lots of shady spots as lots of palm trees. The beach has small stones so not too difficult to walk on compared to other beaches.

Very clean comparing to the beach in the city center, nice views, can get by car (have parking) or by bus to/from city center. With dog beach from the other side :-)

Calm translucid waters. A little cold, but refreshing in a hot day. It is worth it to arrive in the morning and rent a sun bed for the day and enjoy the beach service.

Nice beach, not too busy and the pebbles are small and smooth. Watch out for sea urchins!

Narrow and rocky beach with small rocks. Far from centre but not actually quiet. Perfect for a rest or swim after a walk through marjan. There is a parking area or you can take the bus 12 (11 kn). Water looks clear and no big waves. There are also sun loungers for rent. Apparently you have to pay for showers too.

Top beach! Shallow and clean water. Parking next to it. Away from city, scenic views, bar and restaurant plus water sports. Highly recommend

Lovely pebble beach with clear water. Come prepared though, take drinks and food as the only two bars are expensive and don't take card.

One of the best beaches in Split. It has two parts. One by the beach restaurants which is full of people, and then one area in between the rocks where people are peacefully naked. The second one is considered gay friendly.

Nice experience ! You can use sun-chairs for free, the waiters come take your order directly without moving. As all the Split's beaches, it's crowded, but people leave around sunset. The sea is crystal clear and the sunset is wonderful from this beach ! There is a bar on the beach : the milkshakes are cheap, but not really good. A flavoured powder put in a cream/milk melt, so pretty tasteless. But the beach is nice anyway.

As far as beaches go, this one is 100% better than the horrible concrete one near the city. Why would anyone want to sit or lay on concrete? The section further around the coast line from the palm trees where the pine trees are is much better. Don't care about the bar or snacks that's what an esky is for. By Victorian Australian standards the water is very warm and it's Autumn here. Pebbles are fine, thongs worked well on them & does have advantages over sand, laying on them wasn't as bad as I thought it would be, they kind of mould to your body. Glad I came here because after being very underwhelmed seeing the concrete city beach, I was hoping for a more proper beach. Cheers 🍻

One of the best beaches I have been. Great water, nice coast and these views. There is just nearby a parking and a bar.
