The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean, but the bathroom and room seemed dated. The rooms had the usual amenities. It was right by the road, but the windows were almost sound proof. The breakfast was good. If I had other options I probably wouldn't stay here again.

Fine. A far cry from the self proclaimed “5-star” hotel rating. Lots of street noise. Original room door did not lock. Spa amenities updated, rooms dated and show their age.

Overall i will give it two stars. Great location from the seaside maybe a 10-15 min walk. Breakfast was really good the staff was was great at checkin. The only problem we had with our room is that we did not get house cleaning service for the rooms for 3 out 5 days in one room( had to go to the front desk to tell them that there had not been any service on the third day and the other room we had 4-5 the room was not clean or fresh towel were not brought in. The one day they did come clean the one room they just made the bed and did not bring towels for the one room.

False advisered 5star hotel this has nothing to do with 5stars… old rooms moldy baths not working vents not working lights in room. I went down for beer for 25 minutes noblesy was on whole reception nobody at bar, than fire alarm starts after next 15 minutes still nobody nowhere, after that time sleepy receptionist come down from some room. Horrible never ever more. It can BE maybe 3star hotel

1st-2nd October 2023 - The rooms were clean and spacious and had the conveniences required. The location was a little far from the main city for walking distance. Approx 20 mins walk hence why the 4 star rating. Not much else around the hotel except a pub and casino.

Self proclaimed “5-Star” hotel. The rooms and the facilities are dated. Worth a 3-Star hotel. Additional -1 for false advertisement which clearly spoiled my planning. 15mins walk from the old city and the Riva so in terms of its location was good.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of Split. Great food. Wonderful breakfast. Rooms are comfortable and accommodating. I would definitely recommend staying at the Atrium if you are planning on visiting Split.

One of the worst hotel I have ever stayed in which service totally mismatches with the price (old and dirty rooms with furniture right from the Yugoslavia, poor service etc). Good review can only be given in regard to breakfast, which is rather good.

Horrible experience on so many levels.. This is not a 5 star hotel by any means.. I stayed there for the wedding and so many things were wrong. Windows in the room were extremely dirty with no any rain falling for days. Staff is very confused about room service possibility, it took them few minutes to figure out what I wanted and to give me the restaurant menu from room service And absolutely the worst- Front Desk staff. They are talking to guests with no communication etiquete and respect as they are their colleagues and not clients/guests. Do not reccommend it!!

Bad: Constant noise at the hallway around midnight and then early morning at 5 AM by people going and coming from Split night life parties (constant banging on doors, yelling etc…). Probably this is more common during summer season only. Good: Breakfast For 5* hotel, some things are due for refresh.

I stayed at this excellent hotel for 5 days, as I had to wait for an emergency return flight to Australia because I had broken my ankle in your wonderful country.Milic at reception was super helpful,professional and very caring on my arrival and at my departure another male receptionist was so supportive and attentive.The room was comfortable,with high quality linen,bedding and towels.The housekeeping staff checked on me daily to see to my needs and were so friendly and kind.As I could not walk,breakfast was delivered to me daily by the lovely Anna,who spoke excellent English,shopped for me on her own time and even gave me local chocolates and biscuits when I left for the airport.This hotel is very deserving of 5 Stars,and was exactly what I needed to support me with my emergency medical crisis.Thank you,keep up the good work!

Great location. There is a parking open space area in front of the cinema/joker shopping center. We paid 6 euro for 25hours parking, don’t get fooled by “tourist parking” it’s more expensive. The service was great. In room dining was not delicious and the breakfast buffet was tiny. The service was great.

EXCELLENT! I had a great time at the hotel, staff is very helpful, professional and kind, they always try to come up with a solution for any situation. Rooms (great space), breakfast (variety and delicious) and amenities are very good, I loved the wellness center. It' s 10 min from the city center by car. 1 min walking to a mall.

The main reasons for this rating were the location and the quality of the accommodations. Staying in this hotel was an excellent experience. The staff was nice and gentle. The wellness center provided us with the comfort and relaxation we needed after every day.

The room is clean and larger than a lot of rooms I have stayed in. It is loud though. I can hear traffic noise outside, conversations in the rooms around me, and in the hallways. Dinner was far better than any hotel food I have experienced before.

It's a great hotel with a full wellness center. I can't think of anything missing here. The staff are great and take care of your every need. The tv had satellite so you're not stucked with the local and a few news channels. The food is beautiful cooked and it's served to you. Just about 28 minutes from the airport and 2 minutes walk to one of the biggest shopping malls Joker. I really liked and will highly recommend it.

Nice rooms and friendly staff. Breakfast was nice, but don't eat dinner there. Not even British chefs could make dinner this bad. The bar is ok, but closes at 23 which is a bit too early. The pool and spa area is ok, though why someone would put it in the basement is beyond me.

Rooms are nice, could use some rainfall showers. The spa area is peaceful and relaxing. Short 10-15 min walk down the main road to old Split. Mall & Casino around the hotel. Restaurant in the hotel is great if you don't decide to walk to split. Staff is very approachable and willingness to share what to do around Split.

"Excellent Hotel and Staff" This is one of the best hotels we stayed in. I visited Split with my son. Our was large , very, very clean and modern. The staff at the front desk was very friendly, helpful and professional.We took an earlier flight and came in at the hotel before the check in time but we were given the key to our room without any additional fees. The lobby was nice and clean. Breakfast was great:-) The tourist office operating at the hotel is recommendable, the staff are very professional, knowledgeable about the many trips in and around Split. It is just great. Thank you!

Upon arrival we were upgraded to the executive suite, which was spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was excellent quality with much to choose from. The housekeeping staff were absolutely lovely! My only criticism would be the coffee at breakfast, it tasted like instant coffee, a let down considering how great the rest of the experience was.
