A nightmare! The room was so gross. We were there for 2 hours deciding what to do, and decided to leave and go to a different hotel. It was our honeymoon and I wasn’t going to spend my last 5 days in Croatia in straight FILTH with an AC that made a loud rattling noise. I have pics and a video to show if I could add to this post. You can probably find my post w the pics on trip advisor because I’m going there next. We asked for a refund for 4 of the 5 nights and they hilariously offered us 10% back on the 5 nights. That’s under $300 of the $2700 we paid. Thieves. I’m warning anyone looking at these reviews… DO NOT STAY HERE. If you don’t listen to my clear as day warning here.. open the windows all the way when you get to the room. Makes the room feel less sticky. And if you walk barefoot on the carpet in your room, wash your feet before getting into bed. I’m surprised this hotel has 5 stars. FOOLED US!

This hotel in Split is truly exceptional. I watched the video that I posted, and it showcases the hotel's outstanding features and amenities. The rooms appear luxurious and comfortable, and the staff seems friendly and attentive. The hotel's location near the waterfront and its stunning views are truly remarkable. I can see why you consider it the finest hotel in Split based on what I observed in the video.

I don’t know if it’s racism or just bad training but one of the worst service and treatment by the staff I’ve had at a “5 star “ place Calling this place 5 star is also a massive stretch. Shouted at walking to the hotel at 3 am like what are you doing here and when I said I stay here they quickly changed their mood. Sitting at the hotel pool bar I kept getting asked to pay after each drink like I’m going to run away and not pay while all the white guests around me are being treated fine… always nice to be reminded of racism on holiday

Felt like a palace!!! We were so happy with our stay at Hotel Park - always happy to return to the peaceful setting here. They had excellent AC in the rooms, which was so necessary on the scorching hotel Split summer days! We travel a lot, but this hotel had the BEST BREAKFAST ever!!! The buffet every day seemed fit for royalty, and sitting in the glass sculpture garden made it even more stunning! So glad we stayed here, and would definitely recommend!!

Gorgeous hotel and accommodating staff! The breakfast is the most amazing spread I have ever seen in my life, served in a palace-like setting. The rooms are beautiful and quiet. The hotel bar is great and the waiters were super friendly and accommodating. The one downside was the size of the pool/lack of sun beds and that it was always freezing. That being said, there was a beach right across the street that we went to for swimming. It’s about a 15 minute walk to the old city, and it’s nice to be a bit set back from the crowds. Overall, amazing experience and would highly recommend!

Really good hotel was very happy with their services specially the lady who bring us morning breakfast nice views from the hotel and neighbouring was brilliant but the receptionist are doing fraud because they charge us twice and they charged again saying that you damaged the floor because you moved the table which we didn’t moved it at all so we have full video of the hotel entering time and leaving times now they have sent me pictures saying that you damage the laminate wooden floor which we didn’t. Therefore I recommend people not to pay with card alway pay cash because after that transaction someone order stuff from my card on eBay from the same area so guys always be-careful.

A classic charming hotel in a good location, walking distance to main attractions and activities, yet far away from the hustles and bustles . Good breakfast selections. Rooms are very clean.

Beautiful place ! Stones throw away from the beach and local amenities, 15 min walk into the center aswell which is a regular visit, hotel pool was great and breakfast was decent too, was made very welcome while there, highly recommend, only downside was the drinks menu and cocktails were average, but made no difference to our holiday

Amazing hotel! The location is perfect and everything is in walking distance - restaurants, beach, town center, etc! Staff was the absolute best and one of the kindest and most sincere I’ve ever encountered for a hotel. They were always present and very helpful and accommodating. The rooms were clean and spacious. The free breakfast was delicious and with lots of options. Overall it was a lovely experience and I would highly recommend.

A beautiful luxury hotel which is located in a great spot right near the waters edge. Also a short walk from the centre of town. Wonderful service with a fully stocked breakfast, pool and spa. The bed was also very comfortable. The staff were very professional and always available to help.

Staff are very friendly and professional. Made us feel very welcomed and cared for. Will be back here as was a great experience all round. 10-15 min walk to the centre of Split.

An oasis in the at times craziness of Split on holiday season Pool is modest size but very relaxing. Terrace gives some great shade. Breakfast buffet has wide choice and is delicious 😋 Staff are very helpful and accommodating Great location for a busy local beach and some amazing restaurants a short walk away. Highly recommended

One of the worst meals and experiences I had ever! For starters I was served with 3 small pieces of mildly seasoned tuna, radicchio and green leaf salad, a few pieces of rosehips at the bottom, cherry tomatoes and overcooked green beans. Terrible, soggy and unseasoned. For main course crispy octopus was super chewy and rubbery, julienned vegetables were floating in oil and greasy mess, and in wasabi mayonnase the wasabi flavour was not felt at all. Very bad and super greasy! Dessert: Meringue roll, lemon & blueberry cream, was the best thing on the hotel menu, but again below average in taste. The sauce served with the roll consisted of blended raw lemon and orange peels with a little water. Bitter, thoughtless and just thrown on the plate next to the soggy roll! I complained about the food on the spot, and they offered glasses of champagne as an apology, but despite that, this kind of food is unforgivably bad for 5 star hotel!

Nice 5-star hotel. Location is good - some 10..15 min walk from the centre so it is calm and peaceful over the night. Rooms are nice and clean, mid-class 5 star style. Lovely breakfast, lovely terrace, pool is amazing addition. Beach is closeby and some amazing restaurants.

Excellent hotel, attentive and approachable staff, nothing was too much trouble. Best hotel I've stayed in. Well worth the money. Left us a complementary treat as it was the last night of our honeymoon.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Park in Split. The hotel is located near the famous Bačvice beach and within walking distance from the historic Diocletian’s Palace. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially with our kids. The restaurant was also amazing. They were very accommodating with our kids’ wishes. They even prepared some special meals for them that were not on the menu. The food was delicious and fresh, and the service was impeccable. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a nice view of the sea. The bed was cozy and the bathroom was modern and clean. We would definitely recommend Hotel Park to anyone looking for a luxury stay in Split.

Best hotel in Split. Sand beach across the street. Plenty of restaurants in the neighborhood. Outside the immediate bustle of downtown. Unbelievable staff. Highly recommended.

Excellent Service from Start to Finish We booked the Park Hotel for the end of our family holiday to Croatia. We already had an amazing cruise along the Dalmatian coast so we were looking forward to chilling out before we return home. The Park Hotel and especially the staff rounded off our last two days in Croatia with aplomb. The service was truly amazing from the moment we arrived. Every request was carried out timely with reassuring confidence. The pool and outdoor terrace area was a real hit with the kids. It is wonderfully maintained and the water quality is superb - no red chlorine eyes to be had here. The rooms are very tasteful decorated and the beds in particular are very comfortable. Everyone in our party of seven reported an excellent night’s sleep. Roberto Cavalli toiletries are provided in the large en-suites. As a sign of the extra lengths the management have gone to provide a truly exceptional service they provide for a shoe shine service where one leaves your shoes in a beautifully lined box for housekeeping to collect! I have travelled extensively globally staying at star 5 international hotel chains and I have never come across this service. Turndown service dispensed with the usual chocolate on the pillow that hotels, if offered, provide and in its place was a scrumptious homemade cookie. The little differences do make all the difference. Breakfast was also excellent with an extensive hot and cold buffet selection. One can also have other hot dishes to order - my Eggs Benedict were as good as they come. We had lunch on the day we arrived and if there is one small quibble it would be in the portion size of an otherwise very tasty shoulder of lamb cooked suis vide. Another stand out moment was when the Reception Manager, Marco, provided us with water and snacks for our walking tour of the city. This was my first time in Croatia and I will be back. I will be sure to book the Park Hotel again when I do return, without a shadow of a doubt.

Nice hotel with a great restaurant. The bar menu could have been better with quit plain alternatives. The hotel is located next to a nice beach and the staff is great. The rooms are nice as well, clean and tidy.

The hotel in general was very nice, staff were fantastic, breakfast amazing, rooms clean and well equipped, the pool was very disappointing very very small and only a few sun beds, nowhere near enough for the amount of guests, we never got a chance to lie on one as always full, the real problem was the people in back office who arrange the rooms, When I booked my superior sea view room I made it very clear I wanted to be on the top floor only no other floor, and I received my booking confirmation confirming that, when arrived I was told my room was on the second floor and no other was available, this in itself was disrespectful the hotel should have told me before so I could have gone to another hotel, I dont like liars, not only that the only sea view we got was of trees, lots of them, the hotel needs to remind the back room booking staff about respecting customers wishes and also build a bigger pool area, you have the room

Terrible sales and marketing department. Rude woman. We tried to cancel a reservation the day after it was done by mistake by an old person that doesn't have the money, and the service was terrible and rude. They just want to take your money. Run away.

If you are planning a visit to Split, this is the place to stay, close to beach, just across the road. With a short walk to Diaclition 's Palace , lovely hotel with great facilities and small pool. Will certainly stay here on our next visit.

Recently I attended a two day conference here and in this case did not do any of the booking. However upon arrival I was immediately impressed. The front desk staff was great and I was surprised to find that my "1st floor room" actually had TWO levels, bedroom/half bath above and Office/full bath below (mezzanine level). All the food service was excellent as was the bar in the evening. Would make an excellent tourist location as well.

We decided to book a last minute 4-day holiday to Croatia to celebrate my birthday and we were not disappointed. The hotel decor and bedrooms were lovely, a real 5-star outfit. The staff were a particular highlight for us though. They were extremely attentive and were always more than happy to book restaurants/transport and make suggestions for us. The holiday was all the more special as we got engaged on the poolside. Hotel Park's motto is "You are a part of the story" - the hotel and staff will now always be a part of our story. We can't recommend it enough.

Thank you so much, we had 4 great nights at Hotel Park. The staff is overly kind, friendly and service minded, we were very pleased. The food and drinks are great, you can even order something else from the kitchen if you would like something thats not in the buffet in the morning. The Beach is right next to the hotel, which was perfect. The pool is not so big, but fine when the Beach is so close. There are free use of towels when at the pool. The family room was in two levels, clean and pretty. The only things that could have been better was the sleepingsofa that our kids slept in. It wasnt as comfortable as it could have been, also the lack of hooks to hang up towels or clothes both in the bathroom and generaly in the room was a bit annoying - maybe you can change that? :) Even though there is room for a little improvement, we highly recommend you enjoy a stay here. We would like to come back sometime.

Lovely place at the fantastic location with the most friendly staff. Nicely appointed rooms with beautiful views, large bathrooms, comfortable bed and fluffy bathrobes. Very welcoming staff at the front desk, restaurant and spa. My only complaint was the food and wine at the hotel’s restaurant, as I found it well below the quality of Split’s better food establishments, but this might be due to Covid and downsized menu. Despite the disappointing dinner, I highly recommend hotel Park in Split. It really is a very pretty place with pleasant and welcoming staff, and unbeatable location.

Had a wonderful meal for NYE. Staff attentive. Room and package a great price.
