Amazing hotel with an excellent location. The room was solid, but the view was horrible. The staff is really pleasant, and would like to give extra credit to Jadranka (breakfast waiter), who is really kind and an amazing worker. The parking is a bit problematic, but it’s fine considering you’re in the city centre.

Everything about Cornaro Hotel is flawless! We chose Cornaro as the hotel for our wedding guests to stay at during our wedding week in Split (majority of which traveled in from the USA) and everyone was blown away during their stay! The staff is so friendly and professional, the amenities are spectacular, the free breakfast is incredible, and the rooms are so comfortable! The rooftop pool and bar are truly the cherry on top for an incredible stay in the heart of Split! Beyond the hotel itself, the team we worked with to coordinate our room blocks for our guests went above and beyond — they executed everything perfectly and were so professional throughout. We HIGHLY recommend Cornaro for your stay in Split and as the hotel choice for any event! The staff are amazing, especially the hosts at breakfast who go out of their way to give you whatever you need and really look after you and the food is fresh and with good variety.🍳👍🏽The rooms are also well decorated to a good standard and cleaned very well and the gym is fantastic. Marked down for me personally as the roof terrace isn't open to the public at any point so far during my one week stay, which is a real down side. Being in the heart of the city you have to walk all the way to the beach to sit comfortably in the sun. Location however is very central and close to many things to enjoy.

This hotel was beyond our expectation on all aspects of one’s stay to be comfortable and enjoyable. Convenient location, room and shower were good and cleaned every day and refilled with luxury lotions and shampoos. Hotel staff were courteous, friendly, and very helpful. Everyone spoke excellent English. The highlight of our stay was the delicious buffet breakfast every morning . The options were endless and were served in great style with warm hospitality. The food was fresh, authentic dishes from Croatia and all made from scratch. What a treat! Their Chefs in the kitchen are extremely talented. Highly recommend this hotel !

Taking into account that the rooms have no balcony (and tiny windows) and are decent (not generous) in size, I have no idea how this hotel got 5*? Besides that, it's a great hotel with excellent breakfast, prime location and efficient and polite staff.

Couldn’t have asked for a better hotel, location and amazing staff to guide us during our stay in Split! What makes this hotel unique is its helpful and friendly staff (there are many that go by the name Ana, so look for them!), the clean, modern interiors and excellent location with close proximity to the promenade.

Staff: very friendly, always taking the extra mile, always with a smile, taking care of their guests. We stayed two weeks and had a fantastic time. Hotel: in the centre of Split, everything is in walking distance. Rooms: we liked our room in the corner as it was rather quiet. We also had another room for a guest that was travelling with us that was facing the street and in the morning there will be some noise from the street due to cleaning vehicles and bus. The rooms are clean and beds comfortable. You can choose the pillows that suit you most. The black out shades work well. Food: we had breakfast and the buffet was great. You will get fresh fruits, gluten free products and refreshing water or smoothies. And again, the staff is excellent and paying attention. You won’t run out of coffee or food. Parking: they have a parking and it is 175 HRK per night. This is reasonable as it is in the city centre and your car is in a safe space. Thank you and see you again!

The service here was faultless. The location is perfect. The rooms are large and comfy and well sound insulated. The bar and restaurant offer a good range of dishes and drinks The à la carte breakfast is wonderful. I really enjoyed my stay here. The on site spa and wellness facilities are also brilliant.

Excellent accommodations and location. The staff are friendly and welcoming. No problems with communication. The breakfast was fantastic with a large variety of food and drink options. The mini bar was stocked full of snacks and different drink options. The rooftop bar has plenty of outdoor seating with nice ocean views.

Great location within walking distance to many popular bars and restaurants. The hotel room was beautiful and clean. I looked forward to the included breakfast every morning. They had a fresh honey comb to accompany the cheese and prosciutto on an actual cutting rack. They don’t do that in The States, so I was impressed. I enjoyed the fresh smoothies they made every morning as well. They have a rooftop pool, bar, and outdoor seating. During our stay they had live music on the rooftop during sunset which was romantic. Overall I was very pleased with my stay.

Visiting from London for a bachelorette dinner. Great restaurant and delicious food! We had the pleasure of being served by an amazing waitress, Ivana G. her service was truly exceptional. She went above and beyond to ensure we all had a great time. If you are looking for a fabulous dining experience with impeccable service, I highly recommend this place. The environmental controls could use a little explanation. Perhaps a small label saying, "If you wish to change the temperature, ensure all the windows are closed." Our room had a faulty window sensor so when I used the up/down buttons, the display read "open". After a quick consultation with the front desk, they overrode the sensor in their computer and the AC worked as expected. The shower is fantastic. If we were allowed to use more than two gallons per minute in my state, I would retrofit my bath to this model. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Nice but nothing special. Couldn't use the rooftop area yet. I guess it will open up in may! Room was so hot and AC was not turned on yey for the season. They did bring us a fan which helped

Fantastic hotel, best location and breakfast was superb! Staff were very professional and helpful. Roof garden was amazingly, would definitely go back. I took 1 star away as myself and wife found the pillows spongy and we didn’t sleep well. Also the chest press machine in the gym is in dyer need of a service.

I could literally give it an extra star for the kind of service and care that the hotel had provided us. Right from day 1 I could see the hotel reception staff being very friendly and welcoming. They gave me a lot of suggestions to visit in split. They even contacted a few local agents to get us an activity organised. Very friendly staff. I appreciate the management for hiring/training their staffs well. I would personally like to appreciate Mira for her continued support all through our stay. We had a 4 night long stay in the hotel and unfortunately all our activities had got cancelled due to bad weather. But the hotels location supported our stay. We could easily walk around the city centre and a few tourist attractions. I must definitely appreciate the dining staffs for their immense care and hospitality. I really loved their breakfast. Lots of options for everyone. The quality of food and the taste is simply awesome. To top it all their service and the delivery with a smile always was something to be noted! I would strongly recommend this place to everyone visiting split. They even upgraded my room for free which definitely made us feel special. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. A wonderful hotel, ideal if you're looking to unwind, or spend some time in Split. Hotel facilities are top notch, buildings are exceptionally well maintained and interiors are wonderful. All of the staff are fantastic and ensure your visit is very enjoyable - nothing is a problem, everything is delivered perfectly. I enjoyed a fantastic massage with Anya (5* service, really helped with my back). Special shout out to Igor who made some fantastic recommendations and provided incredibly attentive service in the restaurant, and Srđan on reception - who had some really interesting facts about my hometown (in Wales) which I didn't know, and who made the normally tedious task of checking in a learning experience.

The hotel is conveniently located in the old town and close to the palace. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are good and spacious. The only minus would be the price. But then again Split is as expensive as Dubrovnik.

This is a great hotel for business occasions. The service is excellent, the food is very good and it's central location in split is fantastic. I can recommend this hotel to anyone and will come back for a visit with my girlfriend

We stayed at the Cornaro Hotel in the beginning of June '23 for business. Sanja and her team could easily fullfill our special requests and solve issues instantly to the fullest. Her service is excellent. The waitress which served us for dinner was very sweet and could handle our group of 12 with ease. Thank you so much for the stay.

The Cornaro is ideally situated in Split - near the sights but in a quiet area. Our room was large, clean and comfortable. The service excellent. Breakfast had a large variety of food, including a small selection of gluten free, and you could eat inside or outside in a covered area. We didn't eat in the restaurant as it was a bit formal and pricey for us. Our only criticism is that there was no information anywhere about where we could go or what sights there are to see. We had to find out by asking people as we went. Information about buses, ferries etc would have saved us trouble and time and maybe enabled us to see more whilst there.

Location was perfect within walking distance of everything. Rooftop bar and terrace was wonderful for the sunset. Pool is a little small and the only thing negative I can say is hot tubs on the roof only stay open till 5 PM.

Coming to this hotel regularly, few times per year and never had any issue. Staff is very professional, kind and ready to help at any moment. Rooms are modern, spacious and perfectly clean, while on rooftop bar you have one of the best views on city of Split and islands nearby. Breakfast is something special - huge selection of local and western food, great coffee and nice terraces for dinning. Keep it up on this level, you are all doing amazing job!!

This top hotel in Split, right by the old town, consists of several buildings that were built as a hospital and a post office and have been converted into a hotel. They are tastefully furnished and the bathroom in particular was very large. We really enjoyed the phenomenal view from the rooftop bar and the excellent service throughout the hotel. That is ServiceQuality! Thank you for this experience.

This is probably the greatest hotel in Split! The staff goes above and beyond to help you and to answer your questions. Sandra also have us great recommendations for our trip to Hvar. The entire staff, from the cleaning crew, to the bell men, reception area and restaurant were so kind and pleasant. The breakfast was absolutely amazing! So many options. The breakfast was so good that we weren't hungry until late afternoon. Wow! Great quality, great staff. The location of the hotel is perfect! Close to old Town and Riva. Highly recommend this hotel!

I found the hotels cleanliness amazing! Staff were helpful very attentive particularly at breakfast. Location was central and within meters of stores, restaurants and bars. Five minute walk to Marina. Rooms were spacious. Outdoor rooftop bar was superb.. we were lucky to have fireworks one night to complement the amazing cheese platter.

Very clean and spacious rooms, the staff is super friendly and speak excellent English. The staff are all very helpful. The food was good and the morning breakfast is excellent and a great way to start the day.

View from rooftop was to die for. 2 minutes by foot to the old town stores and restaurants and cafés, 5 minutes by foot to the seaside boulevard. Hotel offers parking space and their staff helps you move around the car. Superb experience in Split!

A person like Luka is the reason why I stay at hotels when I travel. He’s extremely knowledgeable and passionate about what he does. I hope Cornaro is able to keep him for many years to come because he’s the reason I will continue to pick this hotel when I visit. The rest of the staff is extremely friendly and deserves great recognition as well, but he genuinely went above and beyond to make sure our stay was as great as it was. Thank you!

Really nice hotel. V well located. Great view from the rooftop terrace / bar. Concierge v helpful - booking restaurants / researching activities. Covid friendly breakfast experience was chaotic. Road noise from our room 7am wake up call came through to our room in error

Extraordinary service, location and food. Staff is very kind. The most beautiful view on the city from the roof top. Comfortable rooms. And what was the most important for me, they are dog friendly! We enjoyed living there for 5 weeks during the project we were working on in Split! For every recommendation! :))

When our travel company dropped the ball on a transfer to the harbor, the staff went above and beyond to make sure we got to the boat on time. I would love to stay here again.

Great location, amazing rooftop views with bar and newly installed pool. Breakfast buffet is great and has a lot of choices, something for everyone. Hotel gym is small but has almost all equipment one needs to get through a few different days of muscle groups. Friendly staff and very clean. No need for a card in elevator but secure building. Stairs hard to find.

What a wonderful place. The rooms are modern and clean, the shower was the business. Breakfast was unreal, they even had real honey dripping out of its original comb. The hotel is in the perfect location, right by the old city. True perfect experience.

Terrific hotel in the very centre of the city. Wonderful staff, great food, beautiful rooms. This was my fourth time here and already looking forward to returning. However, DON'T book the room No. 241, because of the severely claustrophobic position and a really bad view. That was the only unpleasant surprise. Also, the parking is a bit problematic, but we handled it. All in all, still deserved five stars!

Fantastic hotel! We stayed here for 4 nights and loved every second of it! The staff are amazing, Ana on reception was so helpful and friendly. She really went out of her way to make sure our stay was great. She arranged a day trip for us and gave great recommendations. The gentleman on reception at night time (I didn’t get his name unfortunately) was so lovely, we always got a very friendly welcome upon returning at night and was also great with local recommendations for best beaches in the area. The breakfast was amazing!! The staff are so attentive and the variety was great. The spa is lovely, really nice facilities. I would 100% stay here again, highly recommended. Clean and well positioned certainly. Spa was great, restaurant was excellent. However; Lots of little rules and regulations that will get you shouted at by the staff. Rooftop inc pool were closed most of the time. Floors in the bathrooms became hazardous when wet, and given the shower layout, they did get wet.
