This room is beautifully furnished and very well equipped with modern amenities, a large, comfortable bed and a nice bathroom, The photos here are an accurate reflection of what you get. It's modern, but still manages to feel sympathetic to the area. The apartment gets plenty of light during the day, and there are atmospheric views of the neighbourhood from all the windows. The location is ideally Split old town, Diocletian's palace and the Riva are all just a 2 minute walk to the east, and to the immediate west is the hill leading up to the wooded Marjan Park on the hill with amazing views of Split and the coastline. Although the apartment is very well equipped for those who want to cook, we were delighted to find lots of the best restaurants in Split just outside the front door.

This room was lovely with a big comfy bed. The lady who met us on arrival was fantastic, she helped us up all the stairs with our luggage and gave us a great over view of Split and hi-lighted things to do and see on a map which was really helpful. The room was very clean with a lovely bathroom and shower.

The palace was excellent. Staff were extremely kind and went out of their way for us. Rooms were spacious and clean. We were on honeymoon and given a room upgrade and a bottle of wine. Personal touches like this from Irena really made our stay.

Relaxing. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. My room was spacious and its air conditioning worked well. The location just outside the old town was perfect. There was a short walk to breakfast but that was actually just refreshing.

If I ever return to Split, I will definitely try to stay here again. Convenient 6-7 minute walk to the historic district and seaside, about 12 minutes from train station and ferry terminals. Staff was great--very friendly and helpful. Very clean, modern rooms. Would def. recommend.

The hotel location is excellent - walking distance from all the major attractions Split has to offer. The room is spacious, clean and hotel staff is utterly attentive towards guest's needs - especially Tomislav who was extremely helpful and kind in providing me information about tours, events and tips about the city. I would undoubtedly return for another stay over.

105 steps to 4th floor, no lift. No one to help with luggage. Can't stop outside to drop luggage off. Great location. Reception only opens limited hours. Breakfast 3 mins walk away, but we can't face stairs to brush teeth before commencing day. Free parking is 4 mins walk away, not secure, not assigned.

This was such a great place. From location, to the clean and well equipped rooms, and last but not the least, very pleasant and helpfull staff, they helped me so so much to find my way in and around Split! There was couple of floors of stairs, but I am healthy and fit, so not a problem! Thank you guys soo much, next time I find myself in Split, I know where to stay!!

Don't believe the pictures - you will be lucky to get the room you booked. We arrived and were told we had been upgraded to a better room around the corner. It's a scam the balcony picture you see is one room only and they sell it many times over. We were dragged in the rain up the road with heavy bags to another location for a basement flat with absolutely no view. It was our wedding anniversary that day so you can imagine how upset we were. When we spoke to the couple in the next door flat they had also booked the balcony view room pictures and ended up in the basement flat next to us. Please avoid - you may be lucky and get the room you booked but it is a total lottery.

Starting with the good, it's decently located close to the old city centre, and the staff were trying to be helpful and had a nice attitude despite the shortcomings of the place and their service. Moving on though, there are no breakfast facilities at this place and so the breakfast we booked through the hotel was at another hotel. First described as very close by and offering breakfast until 12, it turns out that it was a 10/15-minute walk though confusing alleyways to get there, and the breakfast ended an hour earlier than they had told us. The staff at the other hotel were nice despite the situation and let us have a go at what they had not yet put away when we arrived there at 11.10. While the rooms have great AC units, those were just about the only things in the rooms which worked well. The beds were like sleeping on planks and we suspect the room cleaner managed to break one of the doors on the shower cabin when we returned to find it impossible to close coming back from the restaurant one evening. The bathroom floor was constantly wet from that point on. If you lack other options and don't need soft beds, coming here is not the worst choice, just don't bother with the breakfast. Given other options though, choose them.
