Don't look further for best accomodation in old town Split.

Location is perfect and it's arguably the finest Villa in the neighborhood. We stayed in the top floor apartment "Venetia" which has a private balcony facing south over the private courtyard, which works well for breakfast with a view. The apartment is small but well arranged and has all the conveniences. The only issue was that the shower door leaks a bit so be ready with a towel. Regardless we can recommend it highly.

I stayed for 3 days and I think it was a great choice. It's a central place, there is a one supermarket open, near to bars and good restaurants. The rooms was enough big and clean. Martina gave to us a perfect tips for nice places to eat and to visit. She was really kind and I totally would like to go again.

Just a minute's walk from the palace, which makes it perfect, because the location is in a quaint village like place, with hardly any crowds, but so accessible. We took the studio apartment which had it's own pretty terrace. We LOVED our apartment. It was small but beautifully decorated with everything you require. And Marina, the manager is a darling! Her recommendations for places to visit are spot on. Thank you!

Nice accommodation and in a good location. Our host was lovely and the place was clean. I found that it was a little more expensive than other similar accommodations that we stayed at in Split, hence giving it 4 stars, instead of 5.

Lovely host full of information whom even gave us an umbrella as we checked out in the cold and rain. Clean room, sufficient size. Complimentary toiletries and tea/coffee. Great shower. Nice, quiet and central. Would return!

Nice place in the old part of Split. The apartment comfortable And practice. Terrace to have breakfast And dinner. Marina very close and helpfull. Problems with Lost luggage and she made all gestions to found It. Thans so mucho Marina!!!

Great location, perfect little apartment, friendly and helpful service. If you come by car though, make sure you check with owner and park in the public lot, 5 minutes from the house, streets are crazy narrow.

Great location, clean rooms, super friendly and accommodating hosts. They were helpful during our late night check in. This is super close to the centre of Split. There is a peaceful communal table/balcony to enjoy a coffee and a snack 😋
