Such a beautiful spot in a precious location. Walking distance from the Palace and right in the historic town. We brought our car along and the owner was kind and patient to drive around late at night to find a parking spot. Very pleased with our stay. And would recommend with the blink of an eye.

Excellent find ! Very clean . Very close to the old centre and seafront. Staff were there to meet me and spent ages explaining with a map where to go, where we were located and local good restaurants. There was a small shared kitchen area with microwave and sink. Fridge in the room with water bottles in it. Good air con, large walk in shower with shower gel. There was an area up top via a ladder but I didn't need to go up there.

Perfect for us! We loved the location, how close to good bakeries, gelato, supermarkets, the waterfront....just pefect!

We had the most amazing stay here and Nevenka is the most amazing woman. As soon as we arrived she offered us an upgrade which the room and facilities were great!! She had a map ready of the best places to visit, eat and everything else for us. The room is around 5 minute walk into the old town. We had some lovely coffee and a beer waiting for us when we arrived and this has to be one of the best hosts we have ever had on all of our travels. I honestly couldn't recommend this place enough.  5*!!!!

Clean and close to the centre, the host is so sweet and incredibly helpful. She will show you the hot spots on a map and always have good recommendations. There are loads of high quality restaurants nearby.

Great Place to stay in Split! Extremely good value for money and the owner is extremely friendly and helpful. Place is super clean and the rooms have everything you could want. Located in the old town, just a few minutes walk from the hustle but on a nice quiet street. You couldn’t find a better spot at this price point. Will be back for sure.

We booked with this family for 3 night in total. 2 nights were in a full appartement with Ivana. She s very lovely and takes the time to explain what s there to do. She s absolutely awesome. The appartement is great with kitchen fully equipped, clean bathroom. Highly recommended. The other night was in a one bedroom studio with Nevenka. Nice place as weel. Smaller than the appartment but good enough to sleep and have a shower. Nevenka is very nice too. Both are literally not even 5 mns walk from the old Town. You can park 10 mns away for free. Highly recommended

Such a great place to stay! We were only here for one night as wanted a place central and closer to the airport but the lady couldn’t have been any nicer or more helpful. Really clean rooms, nice balcony and courtyard where you can relax. Super location!
