Best sushi I’ve ever had. The spicy tuna roll is especially delicious

If I could give Bota Sare, Split Seven Stars I would. We made a reservation at another branch and turned up tonight. The manager was cool as a cucumber and not only made us feel welcome he rang the other branch and cancelled the table at the other branch. We were made to feel most welcome. The food was great value. Delicious oysters tempura sashimi and sushi. House wine by the litre, our family loved it. The waitress is a pro at family portraits. Would highly recommend.

My favorite sushi and the best tuna tartare ever. Great atmosphere and friendly service. I have been returning to the Bota Šare for years and they never dissapoint. I definitely reccomend ✨️

This isn’t a new place, they just moved from across the street. Sushi was good, and portions sizeable. 4pcs about 8€. I liked the chocolate cake/brownie too, it had a hint of cinnamon and orange in it. And it was all presented nicely.

Honestly… I can’t fault anything about this place. Lovely surroundings, wonderful service and amongst the best sushi I’ve ever eaten; and I have been to a number of sushi restaurants across Japan. Everything was impeccably presented, the flavours were all perfectly balanced. We also had the chicken “spring roll” (which was pankoed, flash fried and crispy as anything, but filled with something like a chopped chicken salad - never encountered anything quite like it) and the teriyaki steak. Both were delicious. The steak was tender, almost buttery soft. Wonderful experience and not terribly pricey by either international or Split standards. We were there on a Saturday evening, about 7pm, and it was quite quiet - though doing a roaring take-away trade. As I understand it, it has only recently moved to the new location and I hope that it will thrive. It certainly deserves to.

Really good and fresh sushi. I‘m typically not a big sushi fan but this experience made me feel like one :) . The service was really pleasant. Definitely coming again when I visit Split.

We had tried three sushi restuarants. This was by far the best and surprisingly the cheapest. Top ingredients, freshly served and refined selection. We eat a lot of good sushi but can't give this one 5 stars - it lacks the finishing touches.

Friendly team! Great service and great quality. We visited their restaurant in Dubrovnik and we loved it! There they told us about their restaurant in Split and we were not disappointed. You can taste the freshness and top quality of the products in every bite! Highly recommended!
