Honestly…
I
can’t
fault
anything
about
this
place.
Lovely
surroundings,
wonderful
service
and
amongst
the
best
sushi
I’ve
ever
eaten;
and
I
have
been
to
a
number
of
sushi
restaurants
across
Japan.
Everything
was
impeccably
presented,
the
flavours
were
all
perfectly
balanced.
We
also
had
the
chicken
“spring
roll”
(which
was
pankoed,
flash
fried
and
crispy
as
anything,
but
filled
with
something
like
a
chopped
chicken
salad
-
never
encountered
anything
quite
like
it)
and
the
teriyaki
steak.
Both
were
delicious.
The
steak
was
tender,
almost
buttery
soft.
Wonderful
experience
and
not
terribly
pricey
by
either
international
or
Split
standards.
We
were
there
on
a
Saturday
evening,
about
7pm,
and
it
was
quite
quiet
-
though
doing
a
roaring
take-away
trade.
As
I
understand
it,
it
has
only
recently
moved
to
the
new
location
and
I
hope
that
it
will
thrive.
It
certainly
deserves
to.
