Poor service. We had made a reservation with a deposit and yet when we show up there are no beds for us and they offered us to sleep outside on the terrass on pool mattresses with 10 other people. They then sent us to another hostel 10 minutes from the city center where we finally got a bed. That hostel was quite an experience as well in terms of hygiene. The funny part is that the deposit was never even returned. I would strongly advise you to find another place to stay. There are plenty of good hostel in Split for the same price.

Absolutely horrible! I don't even think it's a real licensed hostel. So gross, bad service, no wifi, no linnen or towels, no 'real' door to the toilets and showers. If you want to shower you have to hold the shower head. Holes everywhere, broken windows and broken beds. I almost broke my hand because I fell through the bed. The family is living in the same house and just sleeps in the common area. When we wanted to check out (7a.m.). Nobody was awake and we didn't get back our 20 kuna which we had to give as a deposit for the keycard to open the door. Sheets over the matrass were disgusting, I don't think they ever change it. Don't choose it because it's cheap, spend some more money to get a better place to sleep. The only positive thing was that it's right in the middle of the old town.

Low quality hostel: two toilets out of 3 were broken. Only one shower as well because the others were out of service. Non existing WiFi. The room was so narrow that it was impossible to move. No lockers nor storage room. The only bright side was the good location close to downtown and bustation

Awful even for its cheap price. The only good thing is the location. The place is a mess, the family lives in the hostel's common room, their dirty laundry lies all over the precarious bathroom and there's a little girl crying helplessly all the time... The hosts are kinda nice, though. Some rooms are ruinous, with bedbugs in the mattresses. Only would recommend if you are going there to sleep drunk after a party night.

Unprofessional service from start to finish. There was no bed sheets, no hooks for the shower head, showers and toilets far too small and neither locked. The rooms couldn't be locked. WiFi was not included. Gaps in the wall meant that ALL sounds from other rooms can be heard. Would definitely not recommend.

The worst hostel I've ever been, the photos are not from this place, they made me sleep in the floor with a pool mattress for one day even though I've rented a bed, they rented 1 bed for two people(for the price of 2), and even 1 bed for 4 peolple!!!!. The installations were horrible and dirty, there was only one shower working properly for about 30 people! But the worst part isn't the installations or the dirtiness is how they treat you, like you are just money walking... PS: they charge you for wifi and blankets!!

A V O I D. Filthy & Unprofessional. This place is really a joke. It also is the staffs, who seem to be a family, local hangout. Advertised as no curfew, yet the communal area is closed at 12 so the 'staff' can sleep in there! Another thing advertised was Wifi, but it only works in the communal area and the closet room (Often cutting out during our stay.) Facilities include a 'steam room', thats a lie. Towels were available, on request but jesus I would not want to use one from this establishment. Bed Linen was also advertised, you would be lucky if you got some, even luckier if it was clean. If there was some on your bed seriously inspect it as the likely hood is that it has not been changed from the previous occupant. As for washing, from the dodgy DIY work in the toilets to the filthy showers. It was hard to feel clean (there was a used tampon lay in water on the shower area floor for over half a day, after the male staff definitely saw it.) Hot showers it states on facilities, that is if you are lucky I had a range of scolding to ice cold, consistently changing. These showers also it seems are used by the staff who then proceed to walk around the hostel in only shorts creating a very uncomfortable and unpleasant environment for us 20 something females. Security was seriously poor! No lock on the room doors, No lock on the building blocks door and the door within the building block was left open all day. (It was sometimes closed overnight) In the room there was 8 bed and 6 lockers this really became a problem when anyone can walk into the hostel, especially as all but one room can be entered before even passing the 'reception' desk. The luggage storage, thats the hallway before reception, anyone and everyone has access to it. So this is a party hostel apparently, yet you are forbidden to bring alcohol into the hostel and they sell the smallest can of beer for a absolute rip off. There says parties are organised, again a lie.

Please check this hostel is legally running, because the condition was so horrible, and it is running by the gypsy family which during the night, the whole family sleep on the balcony. The condition was terrible, imagine no blanks in the bunk bed and the owner wants me to sleep there. And when I told her it is not going to happen, she went to another bed, took one plank out and put inside my bed and she said now it is stable. Summary: OH MY GOD!! This hostel is really the worst I have ever stayed!! It was so horrible! 1. Defintely an illegal hostel! I had to pay only 13 Euro more, instead, she charged me for 19 Euro, said it is cleaning fee. And apparently everybody was asked to pay different price. 2. There are almost no planks in the bunk bed! And she told me it is safe to sleep on the top, and during the night, one girl literally fell from the bed, at the end, all of us slept on the floor! 3. it is dirty, and cold shower 4. the whole gypsy family is living on the balcony
