I needed my notebook to be fixed. Turned out is was broken. Tom helped us in a great way. He was patient and explained very well what had to be done in order to backup what was on the hard disc. Thanks to Tom his experience I'm relieved to know my notebook is broken (unfortunately) ánd that he saved all the documents on it. Thanks Tom!! GREAT help!

First, I ordered iPhone 8 through webshop. I received it without instructions in English nor the native language (Croatian). It didn't work in the sense that it didn't start and it didn't give any feedback signal when connected to the charger. I took it back and they accepted the non-working device. They brought me replacement, but the seller decided to replace lightning cable before supplying me with a replacement device. He opened iPhone 8 box and in the process of switching cables he damaged the device (scratch) as he was putting it back in the box. I've only noticed it a bit later when I unboxed the device. I wanted to return it back but they didn't accept it, immediately invoking the arguments about their exclusion from the caused damage. After writing the complaint to their customer support, I've received the same feedback.

Would give 1 star because you don't give free stuff or at least discount 100%, but 5 star because of your star employee Njonjo! Keep it up Njonjade!
