Hello.
I
had
scheduled
exam
on
Friday
25.3.2016.
14:00h.
I
cam
to
this
doctor
on
a
recommendation
from
many
of
my
friends
who
also
had
an
issue
and
came
for
second
opinion.
I
am
pregnant,
very
early
stage,
my
doctor
did
not
see
an
embryo
on
an
ultrasound
and
was
suggesting
this
pregnancy
is
not
going
well
both
of
the
times.
So
I
scheduled
an
exam
here
on
the
same
day
I
had
an
UZV
at
my
"regular"
social
security
gynecologist.
I
was
received
by
the
doctor
14:30.
His
nurse
said
there
was
3
or
4
women
before
me
and
I
had
to
wait.
But
I
sad
I
scheduled
this
appointment-14:00?
I
ran
out
of
my
work,
luck
I
have
good
colleagues
that
will
cover
for
me
and
do
my
job.
She
said
It's
crazy
we
had
some
unexpected
exams,
it
is
not
my
fault.
I
hope
you
can
imagine
my
agony
waiting
there
listening
to
baby
heart
beats
from
the
next
room
(CTG)
and
hoping
mine
will
also
show
itself
on
this
blessed
exam
because
dr
Sparac
is
almost
praised
as
a
God
among
pregnant
woman.
14:40
I
am
crazy
from
waiting.
Sister
said
I
should
express
my
unhappiness
to
the
doctor
not
her
because
she
came
at
14
o
clock
and
he
also
has
not
left
exam
room
from
this
morning.
This
is
a
good
time
to
pint
out
tht
when
I
scheduled
for
an
exam
at
the
beginning
of
the
beginning
of
the
week
they
took
my
phone
number.
I
would
expect
for
someone
to
call
in
case
something
changed
and
not
to
keep
me
waiting
for
30
minutes
without
even
an
apology.
So
I
went
in,
doctor
had
to
type
for
several
minutes
(previous
patient)
so
I
went
on
searing
in
my
hands
and
thinking
I
will
pay
for
this
treatment-I
felt
like
an
idiot!
This
I
can
get
for
free
in
every
social
security
doctor.
So
finally
when
he
was
finished
typing
I
sad
that
I
came
for
second
opinion
and
also
that
it
was
hard
for
me
to
wait-first
here
in
the
waiting
room,
every
woman
around
me
has
a
nice
healthy
big
stomach
but
also
in
general
that
I
could
not
wait
this
Friday.
I
hoped
for
good
news.
Dr
said
he
was
not
chatting
inside
or
drinking
coffee
etc
he
had
important
work,
some
patients
took
longer
then
expected,
he
had
to
do
a
curettage
also
and
it
took
a
while,
so
he
is
not
on
vacation
here
etc-very
uncomfortable
to
listen
for
me.
Then
he
said
that
this
is
type
of
work
you
can
not
predict
how
long
will
something
take
and
that
he
is
working.
I
sad
I
am
also
working
and
I
lost
30
minutes
waiting
even
I
had
an
appointment.
And
that
my
work
is
also
important.
Than
I
was
asked
when
did
I
schedule
an
appointment-he
was
insinuating
that
I
did
it
on
that
very
day
and
this
is
way
I
had
to
wait.
And
said
he
has
his
tempo
and
working
routing
but
it
is
my
option
to
change
my
doctor.
Very
nice
from
him.
I
tried
to
keep
my
dignity
even
though
I
was
falling
apart
inside
because
of
the
whole
situation.
After
that
(I
ended
this
discussion
because
an
empathic
and
human
response
would
be
I
am
sorry
to
keep
you
waiting
so
long,
it
happened
this
way
today).
.But
no-you
are
not
allowed
to
criticize
a
doctor
in
Croatia
at
least-you
are
a
small
patient
and
a
doctor
is
an
untouchable
God.
You
know
I
expect
this
in
a
hospital
bit
not
with
a
private
Policlinic-at
least
from
a
business
aspect
it
is
not
a
good
approach.
But
hey,
this
doctor
can
obviously
afford
it
to
himself.
News
was
not
good
and
I
wanted
to
leave
that
clinic
as
soon
as
possible.
Bill-complete
of
course
why
would
the
doctor
decrease
his
payment
on
account
me
losing
30
minutes
my
working
hour.
And
cream
at
the
end-I
sad
to
nurse
what
the
doctor
said
that
he
had
important
work
he
is
not
chatting
inside-she
said
you
are
the
fisrt
in
20
years
to
complain!!!-Well
obviously
it
is
my
fault
all
of
this
happened
and
I
should
just
shut
up!
I
left
my
husband
inside
so
the
doctor
could
explain
to
him
our
next
steps
according
to
his
"verdict"
as
he
said.
He
could
not
understand
why
I
am
leaving.
Word
of
advice
from
a
person
who
can
afford
this
behaviour
at
my
working
place:
Leave
15
minutes
extra
for
each
patient.
Yes
you
could
lose
some
time
waiting
but
your
patients
will
not.
But
I
guess
it
is
hard
to
do
so
you
can
place
so
many
women
in
one
day
than?
Money
money
is
in
it
funny...
