Really an amazing restaurant and a fantastic fine dining experience. The chef and the staff earned their praise and the mentioning in the Gault Millau 2022 Croatia. The food was from the beginning to the end simply perfection and I can highly recommend trying out this restaurant if you get the chance. Reservations are necessary so plan ahead if you don't wanna miss your chance to experience something extremely special. Try the tuna Tater and the sea bass! 5*. Simply perfection.

Great dinner at PiNKU! Fish like you never experienced before! The species are local (we had to google them haha) and are cooked in a modern way and with a twist! The portions are quite small BUT it is SO GOOD that actually it does not matter, and our four dishes (+ the most amazing home made chocolate) were sufficient! Our waiter was really lovely and took time to explain each dish and even some local history, which made the experience even better.

Very kind reception by a bass voice, introducing the fish menue, which is an surprising and excellent combination of fresh fish varieties from local market accross the street. Example: fish with buttermilk. Thanks for the experience and your friendliness in this smart small fish restaurant. Absolutely to recommend to drop in.

Best meal in Croatia. If you are looking for something beyond pasta, risotto and you are a fish lover, this is a highly recommended restaurant. Excellent service and amazing food. We went a la carte and ordered 2 cold dishes and 2 warm all wonderfully presented. My personal faves were the poached calamari and the hake fish. Definitely worth a Michelin star

Best food I had in Croatia (big statement given that food is great here). They are very close to the fish market and serve only fish (no meat nor veg option). They have an amazing tasting menu, but you can also other a la carte (if you have to choose one dish, order the skate fish). I recommend making a reservation as they don't have many sits available.

PiNKU fish&wine is an extraordinary restaurant. The tuna tartare with tomato sauce, capers and lemon jam, dehydrated egg yolk was the first highlight on the menu. The poached hake fish is served with cuttlefish noodles, pickled egg, spring onion and fish broth was great. The burned sea bass was extraordinary. It's served with tuna mayonnaise and wild salad. The wine was a perfect match to out menu. The staff was very friendly. Also they explained how the food is prepared, which was very interesting. The food is unique and high quality. Big recommandation for this Restaurant if you're looking for a fine dining Restaurant, that won a Gault Millau 2022 trophy.

Me and my partner saved the best for last and dined at PiNKU on our last night in Croatia. We started off with some great dishes recommend by our lovely waiter. It's a small space, when we arrived we where the only guests. It was could outside, low season and a random monday. By the end of the night we had tried everything on the menu as we couldn't imagine leaving with out trying everything. The food, the wine, the atmosphere and the staff - everything was exceptional. We highly recommended PiNKU if you appreciate good food. Definitely the best value for money for fine dining in Split!

Loved the food, but the tasting menu is too pricey in my opinion. For 60-75 € it would have been reasonable, but 90€/person is too much. The menu is à la carte is small, so the tasting menu is the best option. The staff was really friendly.

We were looked after by the owner of Pinku. His passion for delighting his customers is so evident and infectious. It’s no wonder that it carries a Michelin 2023 listing. We had a the tasting menu which was one of the top 5 meals we’ve ever had … it blew our mind. Even if you have to travel to Split just for the Pinku experience … do it! You won’t regret it!

Decided to try the tasting menu to celebrate and was not wowed. The food was just average for the price point and some of the dishes did not have the right flavors come together. The most disappointing dish was the Bonito which were just three tiny pieces - surprised that this was considered one course. Most of the starting dishes could be improved but the hake and shark were delicious. The service was great and the atmosphere was lots of fun. Definitely tons of potential here!

On a busy Friday night, we went to the PiNKU fish & wine restaurant in the centre of Split's old city. With a view of the nearby fish market, where they get their fresh ingredients, the setting and mood were excellent. The server was really friendly and helpful, willing to guide us in selecting the right wine and food from the menu. We chose a six-course tasting menu including a few starter courses. Every dinner was so delicious that I can't decide which was the best. Each course was presented to a Michelin star standard. We definitely plan to return.

Really delicious and thoughtful preparation of prix fixe, plus wine pairing was tremendous and elevated the experience. Mia took great care of us (friendly, outgoing, very knowledgeable) and made sure we thoroughly enjoyed!

First of all, the service and the staff are top and there's nothing to fault there, really kind and friendly. Unfortunately, in my opinion (and my personal pallet) the food just didn't quite hit the mark on 2 of the 5 dishes that we ordered. I do appreciate the amount of work that goes into creating these dishes, and to a lot of people they would have hit the mark. First of all the 2 best dishes which were the tuna tartare and the burnt sea bass. Both had really good flavours with great balance and were very fresh, excellent cooking for both. The 2 dishes that didn't quite do it for me were the smoked monkfish (croquette) and the poached and smoked squid. The smoked monkfish croquette I found to be very strong in the smokey flavour and lacked seasoning, the pea and mint sauce that it comes with is very light and delicate, so the strong smokey flavour of the monkfish overpowers it so you're left with a lingering smokiness in your mouth. I think if you tone down the level of smokiness in the fish, add more seasoning and serve it hot with the cold pea and mint soup, it would balance better. Because the croquette is served cold, that intensifies the smokey flavour. The poached and smoked squid, sorry to say I found it quite bland and wasn't sure what flavours I was supposed to pick up as any flavours were very subtle. Again a cold dish, which I think would be better served hot. Not sure if we would have liked more dishes if we went for the tasting menu, but right now for the high end price you're paying, complexity and creativity of cooking that's being delivered, it's a shame this does not show on the end result of some of the dishes. I'm sure a lot of locals and tourists loved the dishes, but with a little rethink and small changes the dishes could be so much more.

Relaxing in this place full of care for details and with an extreme positive vibe, I've enjoyed the best tuna tartare ever, superbly fresh, delicate and well ballanced. For a nice sexy mood, chilled rose wine was just the perfect choice. Strong reccomendation !!

Experience Fish like you have never experienced before! Come here if you want a twist! All restaraunts in split serve similar food, like baked fish, pan fried fisb; but here at PINKU you get a totally different experience. It’s like you walked into a delicate japanese restauraunt.

Outstanding fish tasting menu with paired wines and spirits. Not inexpensive, but absolutely on par with a Michelin star experience! We received personalize service throughout all of the 2.5 hours of our extended lunch. Magnificent!!!

If you want to experience culinary fireworks and taste fish in a way you’ve probably never tasted before, consider giving this place a go. We had the tuna and raža, and both of them were creative, unique and tasty dishes, with a nice choice of white wine to complement the flavour. The chocolate with a hint of salt for desert was also really delicious. This place is a bit on the expensive side, but definitely worth it. Hvala!
