am
deeply
disappointed
with
the
accommodation
and
the
services
provided
by
Adriatic.hr
as
a
mediator.
Our
experience
was
extremely
unsatisfactory,
starting
with
the
fact
that
shortly
after
making
our
reservation,
we
received
a
call
informing
us
that
the
accommodation
was
not
available.
This
alone
was
a
major
inconvenience,
but
what
followed
was
even
more
disheartening.
Despite
the
situation,
nobody
from
Adriatic.hr
offered
any
assistance
in
finding
alternative
accommodation
or
even
in
compensating
for
the
price
difference.
It
is
absolutely
unacceptable
that
after
paying
for
their
services,
they
did
not
take
any
responsibility
or
make
any
effort
to
rectify
the
situation.
As
a
mediator,
one
would
expect
them
to
be
proactive
and
responsive,
especially
in
such
cases.
To
make
matters
worse,
it
came
to
our
attention
that
within
the
same
property,
after
our
reservation
was
canceled,
another
apartment
was
available
at
a
higher
price.
Astonishingly,
Adriatic.hr
failed
to
mention
this
option
or
provide
it
as
an
alternative.
This
lack
of
transparency
and
failure
to
fulfill
their
duty
as
a
mediator
is
completely
unacceptable.
Overall,
I
am
deeply
dissatisfied
with
both
the
accommodation
and
the
services
provided
by
Adriatic.hr.
Their
lack
of
assistance,
irresponsibility,
and
failure
to
take
any
action
despite
charging
a
commission
is
highly
unprofessional.
I
would
strongly
advise
against
using
their
services
in
the
future.
