Someone said Adriatic.hr knows nothing about the places they rent out and this was precisely our experience. They ruined our holiday by renting us a place that is not serviced by taxis and no car rental would rent us a scooter/car because of a 2km dirt road in very poor condition. When we found this out upon arrival (even though we had specifically asked Adriatic.hr in advance and they assured us a taxi or car rental will not be a problem) they responded by saying it was not their responsibility. Poor, careless, dismissive service. Best to go directly to the landlord/host if you can as you are only paying extra for no added value and they are clearly not even familiar with the properties they advertise. Shamefully incompetent.

Do not book accommodations through this agency! I booked a place and couldn’t find information on how to check-in and get keys. I received an email saying I had to pay half upfront to confirm the reservation even though when I reserved online it did not say that but whatever. I clicked the link to pay it said I had to pay cash at the property. No host information and it said I had to pay in euros which I didn’t have since I’m in Croatia so I had to call the agency. They said they had already emailed I texted it (I received nothing) and would send again. We got off the phone and I waited and nothing came through. Called again and this time I stayed on the line until the email came through. The girl said “sometimes our communication doesn’t go through but you can always just call.” Not as easy when you’re a tourist calling from a non-Croatian phone! Super annoying and a waste of 30 minutes of my life and added stress. I will keep an eye out and avoid booking through them in the future.

Rent an appartement which was not available !! We arrived with our 3 children on the Hvar island and we discovered that the appartement was occupied. They found an alternative but it was really not the same level. We had no other choice because we have to sleep with our children. The next day we phoned the agency to find an other place or to refund our money back but they said that they can do nothing for us. Avoid this agency !

Despite some minor issues it is my preferred travel agency for travel to Croatia :D They have fairly responsive and help willing call center and attractive discount policy. Amongst others have polish spoken speakers.

We had wonderful stay. The owner is very friendly, apartment was clean, big, with balcony, in close proximity to three beaches and the main square (max. 10 min of walk to everything). We are very happy with our pick. Booking with Adriatic was easy and straight-forward.

Avoid this company at all cost! Seadly they use Booking also. They put you in a position to reserve accomodation and one week before trip they call you and cancel it because “it is already mistakenly reserved” and offer you alterenative which is 100 km away and garbage. They put low price on advertisment as a decoy..

The agency has a very friendly and helpful staff. They were ready to help me right away and answered all my questions. A really positive experience.

First booking via Adriatic was very bad. I have paid in advance and then got the message, that the owner doesn't updated the calendar and the property is booked already. Second booking was success. Still don't understand the payment in advance if the place might be already occupied.

HORRIBLE AND SLOW SERVICE! I was booking an apartment through Booking.com. But, as it seems, Adriatic.hr was providing booking service through Booking for third party. Avoid booking throught this agency. Especilly if it is a short-term booking. You have to pay a half of the money but via bank. So it takes some time until they get the money and give you all the information. They do not answer on the e-mail nor on the phone. We had to drive to apartment on the Monday and on the Sunday evening they still did not send us the contact data from the host nor the apartment adresse. We had to complain directly to the Booking to get the info and the keys.

Looks like fraud to me. They offer not available properties on booking com but do not cancel them so you must pay cancellation fee.

Very bad service. Never book an appartement via this company!!! The cancelled appartments on day of arrival. Not any refund or other solutions. It was our own problem they said.

Quick communication/replies, in Baska the lady in the agency was super nice, and last but not least they are offering great prices in regards of accomodations. I recommend them.

Great place near the beach. Bg room with kitchen, airco, Tv & view to the sea. Charming Marina & Blada, fantatic hosts. They waited us with a cold beer. They have a private parking space. Highly recommended!!!

A week in this beautiful place is not enough. Cottage comfortably suits 6 people with 3 bedrooms (one bunk bed and 2 with double beds). Additional 2 downstairs would be a stretch but it’s doable. Fully stocked kitchen. Landlord very helpful and easy to reach. Fantastic garden, orchard and more to explore in this 100+ yo cottage. Car is a must but that’s obvious since you chose Rab :) wish visiting this place again.

We were satisfied and recommend the agency to the others. Everything worked as expected. The apartment offered everything one needs for holiday. The landlady was kind and helpful and always in a good mood. Thanks.

Called me to say « hey we just cancelled your holidays, we prefer to rent to someone with a longer stay » And when I ask how I can do, she replied nonchalantly « find something by yourself » I just don’t recommend…

They can’t even manage to handle one simple booking. I’m glad I didn’t even get the chance to actually visit now I am seeing all the other bad reviews.

I was booking an apartment in Umag through Airbnb. But, as it seems, Adriatic.hr was providing booking service through Airbnb for third party (other renter). Anyway, I have reserved and payed an apartment in full, but they CANCELLED my reservation the next day, because the renter (third party) did not update the booking calendar for that apartment. In my opinion that is very unprofessional, because a tourist agency with 20 years of experience in the booking service, should know when apartments are available and when they are not available. And they should also be responsible for updating the booking calendar. I will not book any apartment for which Adriatic.hr is providing booking for ever again.

I am deeply disappointed with the accommodation and the services provided by Adriatic.hr as a mediator. Our experience was extremely unsatisfactory, starting with the fact that shortly after making our reservation, we received a call informing us that the accommodation was not available. This alone was a major inconvenience, but what followed was even more disheartening. Despite the situation, nobody from Adriatic.hr offered any assistance in finding alternative accommodation or even in compensating for the price difference. It is absolutely unacceptable that after paying for their services, they did not take any responsibility or make any effort to rectify the situation. As a mediator, one would expect them to be proactive and responsive, especially in such cases. To make matters worse, it came to our attention that within the same property, after our reservation was canceled, another apartment was available at a higher price. Astonishingly, Adriatic.hr failed to mention this option or provide it as an alternative. This lack of transparency and failure to fulfill their duty as a mediator is completely unacceptable. Overall, I am deeply dissatisfied with both the accommodation and the services provided by Adriatic.hr. Their lack of assistance, irresponsibility, and failure to take any action despite charging a commission is highly unprofessional. I would strongly advise against using their services in the future.

After making a reservation and successful confirmation via Booking.com I have recived in two days this massge: After making your reservation, the host, unfortunately, informed us that an error occurred while updating the online calendar and that one of the accommodation units. Never more!

Very nice a kind owners, the apartman was clean, nice and we have everything what we need. Beach was quite close. One-two minute by car and maximum 10 minute by walk. Thank you very much.

It is a beautiful hidden secret on the most beautiful small bay i have ever seen. The accommodation is clean and fresh, with all the basics you need. Only for mobile people.

Very well appointed and spacious accommodation, clean and well equipped. Not far from the sea by car. Located in a quiet location. The owners are very welcoming and charming. We had a great stay with them.

The apartment is very clean and comfortable and also equiped with dishwasher what is a big plus. Owners are very friendy and helpful. It has a big terrace with a sea view. Only one minor issue is a narrow street that leads to the apartment which demands better driving skills.
