We are from the UK. Stopped on our holidays. I have never got a McFlurry where they mix the McFlurry topping! Finally it’s done right!

I’ve eaten at McDonald’s in more than 20 different countries on three different continents, from North America to East Asia and this is by far the worst experience. It’s not the food. Split, Croatia, apparently doesn’t do drive-thru. Instead, there is a tiny chaotic parking lot in front of the small mall that housing the McD’s. The alternative is to park in the underground garage. None of this is FAST FOOD, which is the only reason you go to a McDonald’s in the first place. Sheesh. And then they brilliantly put your cold drinks in the same bag as your hot food, thereby making everything tepid.

They didn't put any french fries/pommes frites in the "Happy meal" box. (Noticed when we got back to the hotel)

Great to eat quickly before ferry departure. It is inside a shopping mall, rather clean and tasty.

Good as usual. Interesting furniture choice.. no trash bins only cafeteria like stackable carts for your tray.

This has to be the. Slowest. McDonald's. On. The. Planet. Every. Time. It's empty right now. Still took like 15 minutes for a four item order. This place needs like simple management help.

Easy to get to and park. Friendly staff. Fresh food. Only things like ketchup,mayo And other sauces could be free like it is in other countries.

We have waited an hour and if you dont beg for your food you will nevet get it

My rating 5 years ago was 4 stars, today I am changing it because this Mc is a severe disappointment. I have been a loyal customer of Mc for 40 years and I have never been disappointed like here. In fact, since the beginning of the new way of ordering, I have been dissatisfied because first I wait in line and then again in line for delivery. An unnecessary waste of time. But in this Mc, the service is quite slow and you can't get what you order because it supposedly damages their brand. If the possibility of buying extra toppings is offered, then it is not a violation of the brand when you ask for that topping over a coffee shake. Also, they started making sandwiches very sloppily so that everything is crooked and half of the things fall out while you eat. If your order is larger, they give the moms a hard time when making them so that you wait indefinitely while ten bottles of yours have already received their order. Why the numbers then?!

Great location, but has an issue with the number of parking lots for visitors.

Terrible waiting time. I would not call this fast food. It's more like a slow food. They even deleted my order without finishing it and after I told them they tried to give me only half of the things that I ordered. It was overall terrible experience.

McDonald's consistently impresses with their delicious, reliable menu. Fast service, clean environment, and friendly staff make every visit a pleasure. A global standard for fast food excellence.

Paid for a doble burger got a single one, it’s not the first time it happens

Worst mcdonalds ever. The manager doesnt even speak english.

I ordered a vegetarian wrap. The veggie “meat” inside was really dry and bad in taste. The wrap was wrapped incorrectly so everything that was inside started to fall out. I know it's fast food and I shouldn't count on good quality food, but it was a really low level even for McDonald's.

Food was typical, clean location. Maybe it's all Croatia, but found it strange that you have to pay extra for tomato ketchup, and not cheap.

It was good but it took a little more time than ussually in McDs to get a food.

Neanderthal employee behaviour. These knuckle-draggers wouldn't know customer service if it bit them like leprosy. The blonde-haired lady was very spiteful and the cranky old lady with brown hair was as rude as they come. We waited for 45 minutes for our food, at midnight, with 4 children. These useless people didn't acknowledge responsibility for that delay, nor did they give me any complimentary ketchup considering the delay and also considering the till queue was a mile long so even if I wanted to pay, I would have had to wait another 10 minutes. Totally low grade employee service.

It's very clean. The seats are nice. It has everyhting a MacDonald's needs to have.

Good McD, plenty of space to wait for your food. Order is prepared very fast even if the store is crowded. Burgers have always been in good quality. Fries are freshly made.

When I travel I try to check out a McDonald’s to see what the special local items on the menu are. The menu unfortunately was sold out of the special Croatian burgers. Was disappointed since we had treated them in the last town and wanted them again. Quality of food though same standards as North America. We came mid-afternoon and it wasn’t too busy at all. There is tons of parking underground and it’s free for the first 2 hours if you can’t find any parking in the front. This location is attached to small shopping center.

There is no driveway so you either find a place to park above or go down to the mall's parking lot and go up the escalator. They are fast and parking is free for two hours.

Always the same standard quality (good) in whatever country you visit McDonalds. After a day on the seaside so nice to take an easy quick diner. René & Menekşe.

Staffs are friendly. Fast service! Few parking space upfront but you can park at nearby streets! Its clean and their burgers taste’s better!

Restaurant is like any other McDonalds but the surroundings is horrible, filled with trash mostly from the restaurant itself and smells like trash on the terrace.

Apparently these two things are the same...

I try to check out a McDonald’s whenever I travel to a new country to see what the special local items on the menu are. I was a little surprised by how popular and busy this location was. The menu had nothing special or different from standard US McDonald’s stuff so nothing exciting to report. There is tons of parking underground and it’s free for the first 2 hours.

Free parking with enough spaces. It was a busy evening but we got served quickly. The food is average. The fries are very salty (I like that but that's my personal opinion) and the crispy McChicken wrap was spicy but cold. Enough tables, you can sit inside or outside. Relatively cheap but portions are not very big. Regarding Covid-19: the employees wore a mask, there are also plastic screens at the counter but most customers did not wear masks. I would rate it overall 4/5.

Great as every McDonalds. Its nicely decorated and has standard prices.
