Steve welcomed our party of 11 people for a trip to split recently.He ran everything extremely well.A super host he gave our party great tips and advice about split and croatia in general.A very nice guy.

Thank you for the wonderful hospitality and excellent room. Everything was clean and comfortable. The hot shower was divine. I hope to return! The location was perfect - close enough to the old city to arrive in two minutes, but far enough to be quiet.

This residence is beautiful, clean and comfortable . Great location, walking distance to the old city and Diocletian's Palace with many great restaurants shops and of course Gelato shops and bakeries. Stipe the host was very friendly , informative and very welcoming when we arrived. We had 3 couples and each of us had our own room with lock within this very special 3 room additionally locked complex on the 1st floor. Very secure and safe . Split is a very beautiful city and staying at this location made it a memory that will never be forgotten. Highly recommend this residence and definitely would stay there again. Thank you for a GREAT time.

perfect and beautiful rooms arranged according to the most modern design which are located in the very center of the city just a few minute walk do Diocletian's palace. Definitely a recommendation for anyone who wants to feel the spirit of the old part of town and so everything new inside

Beautiful accommodation where we rested perfectly and had a great time like never before. The host delighted us with his behavior and help. The rooms are nice and quiet and there are no sounds from outside. if you want to have a nice rest we definitely recommend this accommodation.

The rooms at Calma were the best we experienced in our trip across Croatia. Stipe was extremely helpful and very responsive; we couldn't ask for a better host. The rooms were superb - sleek modern and perfectly clean. The location is also excellent - a very short walk to the center of Split where we saw the buildings from the Roman Empire, took a ferry to Hvar, and also had the pleasure of exploring all of the dining options throughout the old town.

Nice person and very ambitious - located near the Center but 2nd floor - no elevator and the house entry and stairway is not luxury at all but shabby.
