we stayed 2 nights we still have one more night in this hotel. the rooms are beautiful. everything is very clean and modern. breakfast is excellent especially the crrosiont. don't let the building s looks full you ... the building looks old but the hotel is great. only problem was the parking place, but the kind staff sent us to a parking spot located 2 minutes walk from the hotel. I really recommend

At first when you walk up to the building, you think "what have I gotten myself into" but once you get upstairs, it's totally worth it. The rooms are really nice, super modern and updated. They have free breakfast every morning, and it's pretty nicely stocked. The staff was so nice and accommodating. Very good recommendations from them, even about what stores to grab groceries at. I would definitely stay here again.

Had a wonderful time staying here. Very friendly and helpful staff, chefs very kindly offered to make extra vegetarian dishes for breakfast. Incredible views and location too. Would definitely recommend!

We have stayed here for 5 days for our Honeymoon and the location, staff, breakfast, coffee in the lobby, and room have all been incredible!!! I think my husband now wants a waterfall shower after being here all week because it’s so amazing! Staff has gone above and beyond to be friendly and helpful. I’ve even left expensive jewlery and money out in the room 2 days on accident that’s simply been moved slightly when they came to tidy up but never taken. And the location is perfectly walkable to everything. Great hotel!!

My expectations were modest to begin with however when I saw the beautiful room and amazing bathroom I was simply impressed. The room is a good size, modern, and nicely decorated and the view is just wow! The bathroom is modern and luxurious and I loved the waterfall shower. Bed linen and towels are changed daily and there is tea and coffee making equipment available as well as a safe and a television with loads of channels.

Fantastic stay great and friendly service staff. Rooms are new and clean. Close to the harbour ideal if you need to catch a boat the next day.

First of all, it lives up to its name - the view is absolutely spectacular if you get south facing room; mine even had a corner window, so i got well over 180° view of both the sealine and the old town. Service was supportive, but the rest was way sub-par for a ****hotel. The hotel is just 2 separate floors in an otherwise office building, there is no bar, the room soundproofing was nearly non-existent, so I could hear in other rooms as well as storage room, which was right next to mine. The room door had no way of locking from the inside, which is not a comfortable thing to have at night. And the breakfast was... well, let's just say it was one of the saddest experiences i ever had, to say the least. It's definitely worth skipping and going literally just across the street to Villa Dianna for a proper breakfast. Overall, a four star hotel should know better.

The most incredibly helpful and friendly staff. Location was super close to everything. Hotel itself was super clean and luxurious. Breakfast buffet was awesome and had gluten free options. Highly recommend staying here on your visit to Split.

The best view in town. No other facility in building so 4 star otherwise deserves 5 star

Amazing rooms. Modern, clean, comfortable and with an amazing view. Staff is friendly and extremely professional. In the morning you do an excellent breakfast with a beautiful view over the city of split.

The room is indeed luxury. I got the suite which had two bathrooms and modern furniture. The view indeed is good but that’s where the luxury stops. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Cons: 1. The entire building is currently under construction which is not noisy but does harm the experience. 2. There is construction dust everywhere, on all floors and rooms. 3. The hot and cold water does not remain consistent, perhaps some issue with the water mixer used in the room. 4. The breakfast is below average. All carb options with not even eggs to order. I make a better breakfast at home everyday. 5. The AC in the rooms suddenly starts heating up the room for some reason at night. I woke up multiple times at night with sweat even after I set the temperature at the lowest.

Very pleased with the stay. The room is very comfortable and extremely well located. We walked everywhere and it’s also quite. The view from the room is beautiful. The staff is very warm, we had an early tour and they organised for us a breakfast box on the night before. The beach is 5 minutes away and if you keep walking to the left you’ll get to nicer beaches. The city center with hundreds of restaurants and bars options is 8 minutes away. The port is 10 minutes walk so you don’t have need a car if arriving/departure by ferry

Highly recommend. Engaging sociable staff who were attentive at all times lovely room with a great view of Split. Excellent breakfast. Cleanliness of a high degree. Thank you to all the staff and particular thanks for storing out luggage on the final day and the lovely coffee. The hotel is equidistant from the beach and the central promenade.

Lovely hotel in a great location, right in the centre of split, walking distance to all the sights and port. The one thing they need to improve is the signage to the reception level, on all my documentation it doesn't state which floor to go to, so I went to the wrong floor and wasn't easy to find the correct floor. Breakfast was continental with a huge selection to choose from. The room was a good size, modern, good facilities and fantastic views. I would definitely stay here again.

We loved this place. Perfect location for us, close enough to the core tourist area for walking but just far enough away that it wasn’t loud. We will stay here again. The breakfast was wonderful, staff was friendly, and our room was just right for us (plus working ac). The view from your room will be lovely from any angle, as your above most of the skyline in the regional blocks. In the area their is a Tommy’s to go grab groceries, the beach is a 5 minute walk away, and the shore and green market is a 3 minute walk downhill. Be ready to walk to stairs or wait for an elevator, as it’s on one of the top floors of a building.

I stayed here for one night with a friend during our vacation to Croatia. This hotel is in a great location if you are interested in exploring the city of Split. The worker who greeted us was incredibly friendly and helpful! The included breakfast is a super nice touch. The room itself was very nice as well. I would definitely stay here again!

This was our first hotel to check into for our tour of Croatia. I was not sure about the building, the lobby was not great BUT having been on an airplane for 2 days we were tired. So we go up the elevator check-in and the room was just fine. The bathroom was nice and had plenty of towels. We could not see out the windows because it was dark BUT IN THE MORNING WOW. This is why you stay here for the first two days of our tour. We both stood at the window and opened up the blinds and WOW what a view. It was really special to see the harbor from this high up. We were very pleased. Now let's go check out the breakfast. I want to say the view at breakfast was really good and the best of the trip. AND our car rental was 3 minutes away
