Looks are very deceiving, on arrival to this building it seemed very old however once we went to the floor of horizon luxury suites it was fabulous. The room was very comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. The location is perfect 5 mins from the beach with crystal clear water and sand and 5 minute walk to the Palace in the old town of split which is a great tourist area. On arrival service was 5 star as Ivan was at the desk waiting and very informative about local restaurants and things to do and see to fit with our plans.

Before travel, I always read the reviews before booking, and not always is what I read but this is good as you can get. Ivan is a very nice and helpful apartment very nice and clean and most importantly only a couple of minutes from all the fun. Definitely if I ever go back to Split this is the place where I'm going to stay.

Pleasant from the first to the last moment of our four day stay in the “Green Suite”. The location is central, a 5 minutes walk from the Marina, the Diocletian Palace, the market and all the various restaurants and coffee places. Many convenience stores are nearby and they are really convenient for all kinds of food and drinks. The suite was modern, very spacious and well kept. The staff, especially Ivan, went over and beyond to be accommodating and helpful with advice and directions about places, food and transport; for our departure he arranged very convenient transportation to the airport and also the Clinic for our mandatory Covid PCR test. We highly recommend this place and would definitely rebook it for our return visit to Split.

We had a fantastic stay in a comfortable, modern, spacious, bright and very clean room with a spectacular view! The hotel is located only a few minutes walk to the city center, the port and the beach as well. Hosts Ivan and Yvona were the best! So friendly, welcoming and helpful. They also had a variety of recommendations to help us enjoy our stay to the fullest! Great bed, excellent rain shower and a good air conditioning. Tasty breakfast, across the road in a cafe with a good selection. Highly recommend this hotel!

Love this place, would definitely recommend. Only 5 mins walk from the centre of Split. The staff here are super friendly, even offered to find us a parking space. Rooms are large, with a great bed, sofa and chairs to sit on.. and the best shower of our holiday. Breakfast is served in the hotel opposite, great coffee and a lush omelette.

Staff are friendly and hospitable. Texted to confirm and offer transfer option prior to my arrival. Excellent location, 5-min walk to the beach and the Split old town. Modern and clean room with beautiful panoramic views to the sea and the heritage.

The outside was a little dilapidated, don’t let this turn you off... you go up to level 5 and you find Horizon Luxury Suites, amazing!! Soooo clean & the best shower, all very new and modern... I am a little germophobic and this place met my standards.. Ivan & Ivona we’re so welcoming and helpful.. our luggage was delayed, they helped make phone calls to the airport and Ivona found an optometrist for me to buy lenses as mine were in the delayed luggage. Cannot recommend this place enough if staying in Split. Location amazing too

The staff are extremely helpful and very attentive, the rooms are very clean and very modern decor. The guys have thought of everything when designing the rooms. It's also in a very central area of the city. We will definitely return when we visit again.

Stayed there while attending Ultra Europe. An fantastic experience all the way through. Ivan and I had excellent communication prior to our arrival in Split. He coordinated our transfers and directed us to some fantastic restaurants, along with the staff who we spent time talking with them and they are friendly. The Room was fantastic—very contemporary with a little contemporary twist. The room was spotless, quiet, and the ideal size. Horizon Luxury Suites comes highly recommended. And we definitely plan to return. Thank you to Ivan and the team.

Very recommended place to stay in split ! I had a really nice time here. The suits are very spacious, shower is clean and it was a treat! It's close to the Main Street and to the beautiful beach. Ivan made our stay very welcoming and fun 🤩 he is the best !
