New, nice and clean. I was really satisfied with accommodation and prices. Met some nice people, had a lot of fun in the city... I sincerely recommend this place!

Hospital-style: It's clean and organized but that's it again. Everything's bare minimum .... cheap and cold interior design, tiny windows, common area without windows at all, no place for storing bikes safely, nothing more than what's strictly required. Same holds true for the staff .... they behave in a correct way but don't expect any particular warmth or to be allowed take a shower or use the kitchen after you checked out. Restaurant recommendation of the owner led straight into what very much seemed to be a tourist trap. It serves its purpose and if you just need a clean place to stay it's okay but don't expect any holiday vibes.

I spent some great time at the hostel, met nice people. The owner went out of his way to help me with a paperwork problem I had. Definitely recommend the hostel!

Great hostel overall. Got checked in by a very lovely lady wowzers. Everything was perfect, the only thing is I think the hostel should keep the A/C remote for themselves and leave the AC at 23/24°C. I did not sleep much on my first night a group of girl refused to turn on AC. The room was a furnace. I mean if you can sleep all wrapped up in a blanket when it's above 40 degree in the room you might need a medical check ASAP!!!....

I had such a pleasant stay twice I had to leave a review. I'm on a 3 month Europe trip and needed a place to stay in Split. I noticed the positive reviews and decided to stay. I had an airbnb but needed one more night and decided to stay at Hostel Elli again. Clean, comfortable and friendly staff. It is a sociable yet quiet hostel. Good kitchen, great wifi and love that the beds come with privacy curtains. There are good restaurants and grocery stores in walking distance. 5 stars from me.

We turned up to the hostel last week and honestly, on first look, I was worried. However once we turned up, the host helped us settle in and it was perfect. Everything we needed and expected. Location was great for getting Ubers, there's a super market within 100m walk and not far from the beach. Rooms are spacious and quite comfortable, the pillows are surprisingly good too.

Very good guest hostel and very good Price. It's far to old center but for the Price, it's worth the walk a little. 🤩👍

Had an amazing time in this hostel. very clean with great people. The girls that worked there Meg and Demi made my experience a great one always willing to help when needed very thankful for this!

My girlfriend, friend, and I spent four days at Hostel Elli and enjoyed every last minute of it. The whole hostel was kept very clean, the added amenities (public living room, kitchen, and towels) were super nice, and everyone there was delightful. The curtains on each bunk added great privacy and made us all feel safe whilst sleeping.
