Amazing food and super friendly staff! Morfar it's this new Argentinian oasis in the heart of Split ❤️ great place to enjoy some empanadas with a glass of wine! You wouldn’t know which one to order, so you might have to come back a few times.

At first we were a bit scheptical to try empanadas in Split, especially with the fillings not being traditionally Argentinian. However, I was completly wrong. The empanadas were incredible, they were fresh, warm and full of flavour. The seasoning is very well balanced and the dough is very well done. It's super cool how all the empanadas are stamped so you can tell which is which. The team is very kind and want to teach you about all the wonderful things they have. They have great deals if you order multiple and are very well priced. So if you are on a budget, this is definietly the place to go. If you are ever in Split, I highly recommend checking them out. Can't wait to go back for more!

Delicious home-made empanadas Argentinas manufactured by super friendly Argentinians themselves! Although the factory is small you can still enjoy a significant part of Argentina’s traditional culture in Split. 🏭🇭🇷🇦🇷 Highly recommend!

Morfar is a MUST in Split! I have tried every single flavor of their empanadas and they are all incredible. My favorites have to be the chicken and sir kapula - but you should probably try them all! 😊 The owner is great and it is obvious that the whole restaurant has been intentionally curated from the food to all of the Argentinian products that they sell alongside. Go! You will not be disappointed!

superb atmosphere, family owned place. really friendly staff (David) who explained to us more about Argentinian culture, taught us how to drink mate and more about its history! exceptional empanadas too, beef and chicken is to die for!!! had to come back to get more empanadas before leaving split! 100% would come back again.

Empanadas were absolutely amazing and authentic Argentinian-style. Feels like home if you love Argentina and Messi. We came back 3 days in a row. Absolutely recommend, wonderful service. They even have amazing vegan options.

After all the good reviews I ordered 3 different types of empenadas and the only one I could finish was the ham and cheese. I dont know what I expected, but the food was a big let down. The Criolla I could only take two bites off. It was not good... But when you look at the ingredients in the empanadas you understand that you will not experience a taste adventure. Very simple ingredients and the bread isnt any good.
