I LOVE Synergy Healthcare. The treatment and care they give is second to none. Specifically, Shauna and her team recommended a "Mend" machine that helped my pain immensely. I use it for all kinds of things and wish I could explain better how it works and what it did for me. I didn't get surgery on a tear in my meniscus because my pain is so much better! Synergy did what we all hope healthcare facilities would do- work themselves OUT of a job. They haven't seen much of me lately!

I wish I could give Synergy more than 5 stars! I absolutely recommend Synergy to anyone who suffers from chronic pain or any type of ailment. Synergy is the only place that I trust for physical therapy and occupational therapy. I first came to Synergy about 4 years ago after being diagnosed with Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, a connective tissue disorder that makes my joints really loose and unstable. When I first came to Synergy, I had chronic, debilitating joint pain and was in a neck brace 23 hours a day. I couldn’t walk or stand for more than 10 minutes, and I couldn’t drive for more than 30 minutes. I really couldn’t do anything without making my pain significantly worse, so I spent most of my time at home. After just a few treatments with Shauna and Chuck, I started to notice an improvement in my pain levels, and I was able to stop wearing my neck brace soon after that. With continued treatment, my pain levels improved drastically. I’m now able to stand, walk, and drive without causing extra pain. Because of everything that Synergy has done for me, I’ve been able to do things and accomplish goals that I thought were impossible because of my chronic pain. Synergy gave me my quality of life back and I’m eternally grateful for that.

The best occupational therapist I've ever seen, and fantastic, competent, compassionate and understanding administrative team. I went to Synergy late 2021/early 2022 and it changed my life. I didn't know much about biofeedback until I started seeing Lori at Synergy, so it sounded almost too good to be true. Lori taught me all about how biofeedback works and it's actually quite straight forward once I understood the science behind it (it's covered by insurance for a reason!). I'm Autistic, so it can be hard to get comfortable in medical settings and around medical providers, but Lori went above and beyond to accomodate my needs and she honestly felt like a friend by the end of our 1st appointment; she just has a way about her that is very comforting and authentic. I was referred to Synergy by a renown neuropsychologist in the area- he could've treated me himself, but he said Synergy could address my needs even better than he could (I think that says a lot). Synergy addressed my health issues including my Fibromyalgia (physical & cognitive/mental health) and Gastroparesis right away, and I kid you not, I felt improvements instantly- I can think of one day where I went in with a spontaneous stomach ache, and the provider made it go away entirely within minutes. I was even able to go off of half of my medications for numerous health conditions fairly quickly, and none of my specialists even suggested to me that that could be possible for me. I unfortunately had to stop going because unforseen circumstances in my personal life, but I know I was close to being healed. If I had continued going to treatments, I know my Gastroparesis would be totally cured (that's how biofeedback works, they teach the body to heal itself!) and my Fibromyalgia pain, stiffness, brain fog, depression, anxiety, etc would be in remission- without a doubt. So if your body or mind needs a helping hand, there's no better place I would recommend than Synergy. Go give them a shot!

As a disABLEd holistic practitioner on my healing journey you can imagine my surprise and gratitude when I found Synergy. I found them by Google searching for cranial sacral therapy, a modality that they offer that has brought me so much relief in the past. I was even more surprised that they took my insurance! Synergy is a very special place. It feels like the team members are more like a family than colleagues. They are so welcoming, kind and genuine; which is an obvious a sign of good leadership. I see several practitioners here and they each help me and my body in unique ways. I appreciate that the practitioners take a trauma aware approach. I also acknowledge how they treat you as a whole person, not just a body part that needs rehab. I always leave Synergy feeling better physically and mentally then when I walked in. The owner is so very kind, authentic and humble. Special mention to Ashley in the front office who was my very first impression of Synergy. I felt so welcomed by her and I see how she makes others feel more at ease. Her can-do attitude is contagious! Special mention to Laurie and her amazing treatments. She is a breadth of knowledge and has such a beautiful understanding of the body and movement. If you're seeking an occupational therapist I highly recommend Laurie! Arch and Chuck have helped my body gain more mobility and range of motion. Their knowledge about connective tissue disorders has become invaluable to my healing journey. Most recently, I tried a new modality with a different Physical Therapist named Robin and let me tell you my body really responded well. It's called Myo-kinesthetics and now I'm hooked to this modality. Give it a try, you won't regret it! As someone who lives with chronic pain and chronic illnesses I cannot tell you how healing it has been for me to experience safe touch at Synergy, kindness and humanity. Synergy has helped me feel seen and heard when the medical industry has done the complete opposite. From genuine smiles in the hallway (yes, I see them behind the masks), to the camaraderie amongst patients, staff team members. I see all the work that you've done for me and witness kindness and altruism everytime I'm at Synergy. Thank you for restoring my faith in humanity and medicine. I was introduced to Synergy Healthcare many years ago and saw amazing results with some cranial sacral work. As the years went on, I would pop in from time to time if l had fallen or injured myself. The clinicians there are so talented and knowledgeable of the inner workings of the human body. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Lately (as l am now 62 and this life is catching up with me) I have been going for some therapy for my scoliosis coupled with some neck issues that are a long time result of a diving accident when I was 15. The strain/counter strain work as well as the mio facial release therapy has brought me incredible relief from some bad headaches. The staff there is so talented….beyond your wildest dreams. Thank you to all that help there (especially the owner, Shauna Burchett, who has a heart of gold) for all your love and care. You are the best!!!

I was so thrilled to find a place near me that offered the multitude of services that Synergy offers! These are not your run of the mill treatments available just anywhere! The staff is all very courteous, timely, & professional. I have been so impressed with my experience here, that I am now bringing my son with special needs here for services. Couldn't recommend any higher!!

Had severe lower back pain. Was seen by Arch and Shauna using Strain Counterstrain and Frequency Specific Microcurrent. Can't say enough about these therapists or methods of treatment! Got me back to my normal lifestyle. Highly recommend Synergy Healthcare!

From the front desk to the therapists, you will receive amazing results from Synergy. If you go, ask for Brad. He is a wonderful and knowledgeable PT. He’s also incredibly funny. No need for strip mall PT offices that don’t get to the real problem. Synergy knows how important it is to work on fascia and how tight fascia impacts the body.

If there was an option for 100 more stars, Synergy would get them from me. Every single person I have come in to contact with there is phenomenal. I feel welcome, safe and very well taken care of. I would and do recommend synergy to family and friends all the time. My latest injury happens to be a LNI injury and this group of people have went above and beyond to help me on this long healing journey. They have taken the time to talk to me and help me understand what is actually happening with the injuries, they have been supportive and compassionate through all of my frustrations. I have seen both PT and OT multiple times per week and they have worked diligently with me with strain and counter strain, frequence specific microcurrent as well as exercises to take home and articles to read to help me better understand the mechanics of my body in relation to my injuries. I can literally go on forever about what Synergy has done for me.
