I've been coming to New Start Clinic going on two years now. Dr.Hugh is straight up guy and expects the same. I work crazy hours all over the world, im always coming and going and he's accommodated my schedule very well. I go to the Spokane office and the office personal are simply amazing. If you need a physician who listen tp your needs I would highly recommend checking into there office.

I've seen Liz for almost a full year now and can personally say without the team here i would not be in the good place i am in now! The staff is so kind and helpful. I've been coming to New Start for about a year now! I for sure would not be where I am in life, in my sobriety, nor have my pain controlled to the level it is without these guys' help. I've been seeing Liz the majority of the time, and just adore her, and the staff! There may be other "Options" in town, but I would by far highly recommend New Start. Even Max, my service dog, gets treated with respect but everyone on staff!

Very friendly and professional staff! My provider is Sarah, and she is more than helpful! They are very personable and polite at this office! I'm glad I switched from ideal options! And you can pick up your prescription in the clinic the day of your appointment!! Super helpful for people that bus around! I love these women!

Love this clinic! The woman are all amazing and always make me feel comfortable and cared about. I highly recommend New start to anyone who is trying to or already has made the leap to change their life. I absolutely love New Start Clinic Spokane. The staff is very helpful, knowledgeable, welcoming and some of the greatest multi-taskers I've ever encountered. They are very flexible as far as appointment setting. The office is always tranquil and tidy. Mrs. Elizabeth is phenomenal! She is very good at her job and she really cares about her clients. You can talk to her about almost anything and she's there to listen without judgement so she can tailor a plan specifically for you-not some cookie cutter regimen. She's very straight forward and to the point, but always in the best interest of her clients. The wait times are far less also for those tired of waiting for hours. I'm very fortunate to have New Start by my side through this challenging time of my life. This quite possibly saved my life. Because of a screw up but another family-nurse practitioner I was lost to my meds. This clinic signed me up as a client understood completely what I was going through realized I was starting to go through withdrawals which could be in my case hazardous and corrected the problem and kept me as a client and now prescribe my pain meds to me. Nicest staff and doctors willing to listen to you and make the best decision for you and then discuss thier findings with you. If you need help facing or controlling your meds this is the place to go.

I've been seeing Sarah for the past almost year, and she empathizes with me on a level that has been so necessary for my healing and recovery.. I'm not sure where I would be without this clinic. I've been to others in the past and this clinic greatly surpassed all of them. They actually care at this office.

New start clinic saved my life, the staff there are very friendly attentive they seemed to really care about there patients I high recommend that if you are struggling with an opioid addition you give them a call

Always a good experience coming for appointments regularly. Great staff. No judgement, they're willing to help, always nice and understanding. Quick visits. Kid friendly! Reasonable.
