    I fell in love with the Pure Barre franchise after becoming a member at Pure Barre Boise. When I was moving to Spokane I was overjoyed to learn that there was a Pure Barre studio in the Valley! I have to say that I wasn't let down on my experience. I love the workout that I get, the wonderful women I have met, and the teachers who really make an effort to get to know you! I highly recommend Pure Barre Spokane to anyone looking for a new workout or something to incorporate into their current routine!

    Today was my first Pure Barre workout class ever. It was awesome!! I had hip surgery back in 2011, so I had to modify many of the moves and take more breaks than the other ladies, but the instructor was amazing in making me feel very comfortable and not embarrassed for not being able to do all the moves. I will keep going back that's for sure! Can't wait to see my progress!! Thank you for the great, low impact workout, Pure Barre!!

    Excellent teachers and a great workout! It's not always a cardio workout (diverse class types) but all classes target the core and become a full body workout to hit many muscle groups--large and small, as well as balance. It's fun, and you can hold back if you need to, or push more--whatever you are comfortable with. You will get stronger if you do it 2 days a week, but I found that at least 3 days a week will make it easier to improve. I'm 57 and honestly struggled at first, but am sticking with it, and have seen a lot of improvement in two months. My heart is stronger and my muscles are all getting stronger. Woo hoo!     This was my sixth Pure Barre class in two weeks and I am in love - it’s so nice to get an entire full body workout in 50 minutes. I’ve been able to push myself and am already seeing results after just a small handful of classes. Also, the environment is so warm and welcoming, it has made a massive difference as a newbie to Barre - I’m so grateful I was referred by a friend and can’t wait to continue going!

    I love that the Pure Barre workout is not in the least bit boring! In fact the class flies by! The studio is lovely and so much nicer than being in a run of the mill gym. At 58, I am older than most and totally uncoordinated, yet I always benefit from class. Why? The PB method of tiny movements combined with this lovely stretching AND the nicest teachers! To me it's this fabulous combination of exercise and relaxation. And yes, I have greatly improved my strength and flexibility which keep me fit and healthy.

    I've been going to Pure Barre for just about a month now and I'm addicted! All of the instructors at this location are very supportive and knowledgeable. They also make class fun, which encourages me to keep returning for more (even for 5:30 am classes!). This is by far my favorite barre class in Spokane.

    I've been to a few different places for barre classes and pure barre is by far my favorite. Love this studio, the owner and all of the instructors are super supportive and make classes really fun. Will definitely be making this place part of my work out routine!

    Honestly, it was the best experience with a gym that I've ever had. The women at Pure Barre were very friendly, personable and experienced in what they do. They made me feel welcome and I highly recommend it. It's s great place to work hard, learn healthy choices and for me it's a stress relief! Instead of dreading on going to work out, it's actually the highlight of my week.

    I was so looking forward to Pure Barre opening in Spokane Valley and I am so excited to say that they have exceeded my expectations. Katie, the owner is so nice and welcoming. She is beyond helpful in class and really wants you to get the full experience of the Pure Barre workout. I am addicted 100%. I have gone almost every day since they opened a week ago and can already see and feel results. It's not an easy workout, in fact it's really challenging but when you are done you can't wait to go back and do it again. It's rewarding and fun and the fitness change that I needed to motivate my fitness goals even further! I highly recommend trying it out. Thank you Katie for bringing Pure Barre to Spokane!!

    I've been to 2 classes now and I can't wait to come back! Even when classes are full instructors still make it a point to walk around and give you pointer to be sure you're getting the best of your workout. Instructors are excited to be there and are the nicest, other women that attend are super pleasant to be around as well! All around, it's the warmest, most welcoming workout studio I've ever stepped foot in.

    Pure Barre Spokane has been such a great community to be apart of! Not only are the classes well choreographed with great playlists, but the instructors are extremely welcoming, energetic and motivating! The results from Pure Barre are rave worthy including defined muscle tone, elevated heart rate and overall heightened strength. I started coming to Pure Barre when I moved to the area from California where I attended similar classes. Pure Barre truly helped me physically and mentally in my transition to the area and ultimately became my daily "escape". The owner Katie and the instructors such as Carly and Brielle have always made me feel so welcomed and excited to go to class. Highly recommend!

    I LOVE Pure Barre and all of the lovely ladies that I have had the pleasure of meeting at the studio. It is the perfectly balanced workout for me, and I have seen incredible results. I started after my baby was born 2 1/2 years ago and have been able to continue throughout my current pregnancy with a ton of support! Love me some Barre!! Xoxo
