    I usually don’t have an issue with this store but tonight was a different story. we placed a mobile order, it should have come with 4 spicy potato soft tacos 4 regular soft tacos and 4 beefy 5 layer burritos and 4 nacho fries, as well as the new cheesy steak fries(that are $5.59). we asked at the box if the tacos were both kinds, and they said the only ones they had on my order were the regular ones. i asked if they could change them, they said unfortunately no. we arrive at the window, she asked me if i had a steak burrito i said no, then she says they handed our order to someone else and asked us to wait in the lobby. we went through the drive thru for a reason. we then again asked for the 4 tacos to be changed to the spicy potato ones, and she said she would ask. after waiting in the lobby, we get our food and look inside the box to double check, and not only is it all stuffed in the box messily, but we are missing 4 tacos. i go inside and mention that i’m missing the 4 soft tacos, and they apologize and make them. we finally sit down to eat, and notice our steak fries are in a pile and half full, and we also were not given any forks or napkins or hot sauces. the food tasted good, but i’m overall unsatisfied and it felt like a waste of money and time.

    If I could give it 0 i would , Went there for breakfast this morning and no one was at the register for a good 2 minutes an employee on his BREAK had to ring me up. I waited for 15 + minutes for my food that i already PAID for just to be told I’m sorry we don’t have any breakfast items! Not only am I running late now I’m very hungry . Ruined my entire day thanks Taco Bell …..NOT I want my 30 minutes back

    I sat in the lobby with my family as I watched a elderly man stand at the front counter longer than necessary, a customer in the lobby had to shout to get someone’s attention while employees may be on breaks but being on laptops and sitting around isn’t a good look during busy time, a employee had a burrito made and brought out to him even though there’s been a line, the staff fails to acknowledge anyone coming in and has forgot drinks for almost every customer that’s picked up. I woman stood at the door and front counter and wasn’t approached by any of the staff that walked right past her multiple times. I understand there’s a lot with online orders and pick ups but the customer service shouldn’t suck this bad. I’m not sure if the staff is just burnt out, need something to give them a boost but it was hard to watch. My order was wrong and I couldn’t bring myself to even say anything about it and when I asked about my daughter freeze, they came out with the wrong kind after already forgetting about it with the order.

    I went in ordered a simple thing - 2 tacos and after the wait, they gave me one.!! This isn't by far the first time they've screwed up an order from me, but it's the LAST time!! THEY HAVE NO CLUE! HIRE COMPETENT HELP!!! This place SUCKS!!! NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO THERE! turn it into a public rest stop!! 🤮

    Absolutely wowed by the all-around service provided by this location. The gentleman taking my order was kind, patient, and courteous. I thought that was so kind then the window clerk opened the window smiling ear to ear. They were also very accommodating and kind. The fries were so soft and fresh on the inside yet crispy and delicious on the outside. The crunchy taco was crisp, and over-loaded with fillings. (Which means a lot when your spending your last $4 to eat today). Thank you Taco Bell on sprague! Y’all rock.

    Horrible experience. Third time the order has been incorrect. “How far away are you” is not a good response when an order is incorrect. “Please come in for the drink that was wrong, or if I’m here I can make the whole Order right.” Really? I’m not coming in for a drink YOU didn’t add. Y’all need to really get your “stuff” together as it seems I’m yet another bad review. The best is that the manager “in training” said if I came in when he was working “ maybe we could work something out.” Wow, your joking right?

    Hey, it's Taco Bell! The best place to get low cost food and a wide variety. I customize my selections in the app and make it vegetarian. I love that! This way, I have unlimited choices. Thank you, Tacobell !

    2/5 times I have to go back to have food corrected, it’s so inconsistent. Often they skimp on ingredients, even if you order extra. $7 for a tortilla with a chip inside of it. Also, don’t modify anything because it will likely be wrong. Wish there was a other TB in valley who could train staff better.

    Rating a 3 for inconsistency. Some visits are a 5. Some are (at best) a 2. Service is usually friendly and the place is clean. Sometimes, you get a taco with no lettuce (or a tiny amount of meat). Sometimes, a chicken item with 2 little pieces of chicken. (We think that the people in the back try to be "creative".

    The manager Sophia is extremely kind and understanding. She gave me such great hospitality, that it made me want to go out of my way to write this review, and bring awareness to how amazing she is. Taco Bell is very lucky to have her as a part of their team.

    After I pulled over to check my meal, I was pleasantly surprised! Everything was right. I haven't had the best of luck with fast food getting everything right these days, so to the Taco bell on Sprague thanks for restoring a little faith!

    Good luck getting food from here, if you mobile order, nothing will be right. My significant other and I ordered food, and all of our meals were mixed up and labeled all wrong. No flavoring in our drinks. They taste like carbonated water. Do not go here. These people do not deserve $15/hr. Can’t even follow basic directions (also, keep in mind, we were the only car in line).

    Have stopped here for food a few times. The first two times were great. Bought breakfast this morning and the orange juice tasted spoiled, hash browns were old and chewy, and the cinnabon delights were cold and greasy. I will not be revisiting.

    Hector and Paul have done an outstanding job at making my food. I asked for “the best quesadilla they’ve ever made” and it was exactly that! Gonna be coming back to get my food from that dynamic duo.

    this is usually my go to location for dinner, decided to switch it up and send the hubby down to get breakfast, and i’ll say this the most disappointing experience ever, he told me the person taking orders was rude and not very experienced (possibly training? if so there’s room for learning, which is fine) but the thing i’m most upset about is, look how my coffee arrived to me, im so upset 😕
