The steak bites were good and I could've eaten ten more pieces of that garlic bread. The mai tai was huge! Boyfriend's baked potato was overcooked and friend wasn't thrilled with his Reuben but one of the kids said the Rodeo was the best burger they'd ever had. Would like to come back and sit on the patio, especially since it's dog friendly! And the rest of the cocktail menu looks amazing.

Dinner with hubby. Amazing meal with all the fixings. Waiter was super pleasant. It wasn't super busy yet, but we got there around 4pm. Will definitely be going again. The restaurant was very clean and staff was friendly. The prices were very reasonable.

On Sunday, Oct. 24, 2021, I ate at Ponderosa Bar & Grill for the first time. Joining my two small children and I were my parents, my brother, and his wife. The restaurant itself is clean and aesthetically pleasing. Different types of game line the place and the booth coverings reflect a game-theme as well. Speaking of booths, we sat in a long booth that accommodated our entire seven-person party which was nice. Gracie was our server and she was great. She did a nice job getting our drink/food orders and was attentive but not overly attentive (which we all really appreciated). My draft Blue Moon was cold, tasted delicious, and was perfectly garnished with a large, juicy orange. I ordered the fettuccine alfredo. It was $13 and was a large portion that came with two pieces of garlic bread. It was good but next time I will probably pay $4 more to add the chicken to it. In addition to pasta, the menu also includes burgers, sandwiches, pizza, fish, and more. I would definitely return in the future.

Well, it was the first time going here, and the outing started off well. Boston was our server, and he did a very good job being prompt and courteous and gave us plenty of feedback on the menu items. Drinks were good. dinner was so so. Chicken fried steak was huge, but the mashed potatoes were cold, and the remedy was to bring hot gravey to warm them up. This happened on two of our dinners. The mixed vegetables were different, more like a fajita mix with some broccoli thrown in. Appetizers were the cheese curds and steak bites, Yummy is the word for both We probably will go back.

This was my second visit and I have enjoyed the food and atmosphere both times. The patio has some heated tables. Inside there are booths and tables. They also have a small room you can reserve for a private gathering.

Wasn't bad. But not very flavorful. Buffalo burger had no flavor and dry. Under staffed so service was not worth trying to sit back and relax and have a conversation with anyone, because you spent more time trying to get service for drinks or paying the check. I may think twice before going back. Can't service like the Otis Grill did. Food there was the best. To bad the bar isn't like it. Sorry long time patron and possibly the last time. To bad I'm a family own business supporter but think you lost your touch with the food end and went for alcohol $$. EDITED I only leave bad reviews on bad services. I would leave good reviews but I tip extremely well so I choose not to write a review for great services.

We used to like the Otis Grill, so I was excited to find out that the owners are still operating a restaurant. First and foremost, I have had excellent and friendly service both times I have ate here! Environment is great and so are the menu prices. My food however was not that appetizing during this last visit. I had the biscuits and gravy- one biscuit was extremely crunchy and almost inedible; while the other was softer insideโ€ฆ it tasted a little oily? The gravy also lacked any flavor and there was not enough to cover the dry biscuits. I still left full and enjoyed my server, so maybe Iโ€™ll give them a try for lunch/dinner next time!

I've been here a handful of times with my lady. The food to my standards was extremely delicious, the brews are quite phenomenal as well. I worked in the food industry for a few years, eaten at many different establishments and this is truly one I will return to even if it is a hour and a half drive. Service was a little slow but I know how it goes when working with only a couple servers. Other than that they get 5 stars for atmosphere, courteous staff and great food at a very reasonable price. For my lady and I the average is about $60. I hope the owners keep up the good work and help maintain a happy staff. I've been telling friends and family about Ponderosa so hopefully they'll be getting more and more customers. Thank you as well for the awesome wall decor!

I love this place so so much! We get take away at least 1 time a week. The kids love the pizza and we love to get burgers. The drink is a pomegranate lemon drop. ( this was the leftover from the Tumblr. They serve drinks all the way full, I promise) ๐Ÿ˜€

Three stars at most. Truthfully, the bar and Grill is pretty cute and I love their patio area, but everything is overpriced. I got a Reuben for $15 and it came with a salad. The salad is a typical green garden salad with watered-down ranch dressing. There was grated cheese on top and it tasted old. The Ruben was made with pre-sliced corn beef (I think) that they probably just heated up on a grill. By the time I got to me it was pretty dry. The marble bread that it was on was really good. The sauerkraut and thousand island dressing on it did not do much to add flavor. I never thought I would say it about a Reuben, but their version is pretty bland. Iโ€™ll post some pictures. I really canโ€™t recommend this place. Even their appetizers are pretty pricey so if you wanted to just come by and get a cocktail and some appetizers youโ€™re going to pay through the nose. We did not order cocktails so I canโ€™t really tell you anything about them. Happy hour is 15% off appetizers. No real discount to speak of. I wonโ€™t be back. Someone had warned me about this place but I thought it looks so cute. I just wanted to try it. I get it now.

I've had both dinner and breakfast from here both are pretty good. The last couple of times I visited have been during breakfast. Mimosas are great and food is good. One of the better places in the Valley for breakfast.

I've been here 2 times now, and both times the food was excellent, there is something on the menu foe everyone! The staff has been great both times as well. They also have a great drink menu! On my second visit they had live music which is something I always enjoy. However my only critique is that is was WAY to loud for the space. We literally count hear each other at opposite ends of the table without screaming... the musician was really good though!

The food is very good, the service is usually very good but seems understaffed lately. Only one server for the whole restaurant, so the last time we ended up having to leave before we could order lunch. We had a beer and then left to grab lunch down the road. We will be back, and hope they have more help.

Heard great things about their dinner but heading out of town so stopped in for breakfast. It was just okay. Service and atmosphere were great. Seated quickly on a Sunday morning with a big group. Server was very nice, coffee stayed filled as well as water. Coffee was really delicious. Mika peak country Benedict the sausage was good but the gravy seemed watered down not much flavor, hash browns were good. Biscuit was soft and yummy. Breakfast burrito was bland, husband wouldnโ€™t get again. Kids enjoyed their french toast. Pork Hash per my mother was not that great not much flavor, but has never had anything like it to compare it to. All in all we would like to come back and try for dinner.

Great outdoor space with live music on Wednesdays! The food was great, the drinks were strong, the bar service was crazy fast, the waiter was efficient and dependable. Not very personable, but didn't forget the smallest requests. We will definitely return some time with our pup as they are welcome on the patio!

Excellent local Valley establishment, just what was needed. I go there for breakfast, stop in for lunch and a beer, or when I don't feel like cooking dinner. Prices are fair and everyone can find something on the menu. My favorite is the burgers or the French Dip. The restaurant is large open area and can be loud during peak times making it sometimes hard to hear or have conversations if you have a big group but for a party of two or three it's perfect; breakfast is always quiet. If you have a large group I recommend reserving the large room they have.
