arrived
50
minutes
before
closing
at
the
E
Sprague
location
and
pulled
in
the
drive-thru.
I
began
to
place
my
order
and
was
immediately
met
with
rude
remarks.
I
ordered
orange
chicken
and
was
told
there
would
be
a
7
minute
wait
on
it
which
I
was
fine
with;
the
Beijing
beef
was
also
going
to
be
a
7
minute
wait,
the
rice
was
a
3
minute
wait.
At
this
point
I’m
confused
why
nothing
was
ready.
I
then
said
I
would
like
a
side
of
the
teriyaki
chicken
and
a
new
person
came
over
the
speaker
system
and
shouted
at
me
very
rudely
and
said
“an
that
one
sir
is
going
to
be
20
minutes”
the
entire
time
the
entire
staff
is
staring
at
me
through
the
windows
laughing
making
me
very
uncomfortable.
When
I
pulled
up
at
the
window
to
pay
I
asked
if
I
could
add
a
soda
to
my
order
and
this
very
rude
slammed
the
window
closed
on
me
without
responding
and
began
to
fill
a
soda
cup.
She
didn’t
even
ask
what
kind
of
soda
I
wanted.
I
drove
off
as
I
was
not
going
to
be
treated
like
that
at
a
place
that
is
already
over
priced.
This
rude
employee
is
probably
pushing
away
lots
of
business.
I
will
not
be
returning
to
this
panda
location.
I
ended
up
driving
t
to
the
one
20
minutes
further
from
my
house
to
order
my
food.
