I arrived 50 minutes before closing at the E Sprague location and pulled in the drive-thru. I began to place my order and was immediately met with rude remarks. I ordered orange chicken and was told there would be a 7 minute wait on it which I was fine with; the Beijing beef was also going to be a 7 minute wait, the rice was a 3 minute wait. At this point I’m confused why nothing was ready. I then said I would like a side of the teriyaki chicken and a new person came over the speaker system and shouted at me very rudely and said “an that one sir is going to be 20 minutes” the entire time the entire staff is staring at me through the windows laughing making me very uncomfortable. When I pulled up at the window to pay I asked if I could add a soda to my order and this very rude slammed the window closed on me without responding and began to fill a soda cup. She didn’t even ask what kind of soda I wanted. I drove off as I was not going to be treated like that at a place that is already over priced. This rude employee is probably pushing away lots of business. I will not be returning to this panda location. I ended up driving t to the one 20 minutes further from my house to order my food. Thanks a lot

Ordered a two entrée meal with teriyaki chicken w/ the teriyaki sauce on the side and they never seem to remember to put it in the bag not to mention no soy sauce and my coconut Bai water was warm. All to discover when I got back to work.

Didn't have any issues on my visit. The lady at the counter was very friendly and patient, and the food was quite good (fried rice and orange chicken). Great AC in the building and clean restrooms as well.

This young woman with black hair and piercings was completely rude talking to her friend and on her phone the entire time I was waiting for my food. When I asked for extra sauce she got an attitude with me and started laughing?

Ordered a three entree plate tonight... half chow mein half fried rice, honey sesame chicken, kung pao chicken, and Beijing beef... not even half way through eating my meal, I bit into something very crunchy... definitely wasn't the peanuts in the kung pao because this bite came from the fried rice/chow mein area...

Each time I have been to this location in past year it has been great service. Friendly staff and no "extra" waiting that you get with other fast food locations.

I ordered my order on doordash and the place is not busy at all. I come in 14 minutes after I places my order and they haven't even started my order yet. When I approached the counter for my order the young lady asked me if I was gonna wait letting me know that they purposely didn't start my order hoping I wouldn't wait for it and leave. I decided to sit at a table and wait for my order but this is ridiculous, terrible completely unprofessional but no worries automation is on the way its people that play games like these that doesn't make me feel sorry for what's about to come. It's these type of people that will cry and say it's not fair when the robots take their jobs and I'm not gonna wanna hear any of it this is what they worked for... best of luck you little bums

2 out of the last 4 times I have came here I have gotten salmonella or food poisoning of some kind. It is extremely painful. Please fix the way you cook chicken!
