I love TJMAX but the Spokane valley TJMAX is easily my favorite because of the friendly staff, cleanliness, organized and overall great customer service. I love finding my favorite contemporary brands and special deals!!

T.J.Maxx has great prices on name brand merchandise. I google retail prices on items I'm interested in . T.J.Maxx beats all competitors' prices by a lot of money. I've been shopping there nearly 20 years.

The management talking about their thieves in front of paying regulars, is a POOR "PROFESSIONAL" you should never take an employees time from any customer! While I was standing and waiting for help, she was taking up the employees time to gossip while I waited for them to ask me what I needed, she seemed bothered that her gossip was interrupted once I had to ask them for assistance on a price check. They could use some retraining or the store could use a male manager who could handle the high volume of thieves! This store needs help. Maybe even a secirity guard to keep the customers safe by warding off the bad traffic.

Super clean store and i love their food isle. Its always fun finding something new to try.

Always a good time when the seasons change! Lots of new Christmas stuff, along side the sales on the Halloween decorations.

I find the perfect way to shop here is once a week. So I don’t miss anything!!!

TJ Max isn't the place to shop if your looking for any kind of quality customer service. The people that work there are not there to help you do anything but check out and that's even done as quickly as possible with the least amount of interaction with the customer, that I've ever seen. They have some great products in there and prices are decent. But if you need help finding something or any kind of help at all, your just s*!* out of luck when you shop there.
