Great staff from receptionists to assistants to the dentists. I needed immediate care due to a broken tooth with a filling. They fit me in the very next day and fixed the tooth. In less than an hour I had a new filling and was on my way. Thank you so much to the Spokane Valley office. So much appreciated!!

Dr. Perry is very communicative and his Hygienist is so thorough! Very impressed. Billing department I rate a 3. Front office Spokane Valley ladies are great, too.

I was very nervous to go to the dentist but I had such a great experience. The hygienist was super nice and gentle. This was the first ever decent experience I have had at a dentist. The dentist gave me a plan for the future appointments and the cost was very affordable.

The people here are for the most part amazing and that's the only reason for the 2 stars. Unfortunately they are clearly understaffed and are booking appointments a month or more out. Have a dental emergency? They might see you the next week if your lucky. Not like 10/10 pain can't be treated with ibuprofen right??!?! Why would you make your patients suffer?? They also will not allow you to see another dentist at any of their locations regardless if they could get you in sooner. The worse part is, every single peice of dental work they have done has failed. Teeth constantly Breaking, Fillings always fall out. Root Canals causing severe pain AFTER a root canal. I could go on..... They are also content with only fixing problems rather than putting together a proactive plan to restore all of your teeth! This November when open enrollment at work comes around I think I'll be leaving Willamette Dental unless things change drastically!!

Dr. Nysse took over my orthodontia care half way through my treatment. What a difference it made! She listened to my concerns and got me on a good plan to achieve my smile goals. I’m happy with the result and look forward to returning with my kids when it’s their turn for braces!

My son's experience with getting his braces put on was a very positive one. Dr. Nysse and the assistant did an amazing job.

My mother got a simple feeling down here on Wednesday. Whatever they did wrong she got a horrible infection and it first they didn’t believe her. She came in on Wednesday and they filed it down and sent her home but the pain was really abnormal so she called back crying and they got her in on Friday and drained a bunch of pus and blood from her gums And opened up her tooth and sound the same. My mom has been in horrific pain and when she calls to try to get help, they just sent her to the ER. The ER told her to go back to the dentist when she just called the dentist now saying it’s spread to her neck and her jaw they said there was nothing they could do. I have definitely lost faith in humanity, and I would never recommend this dental company to my loved ones, or a stranger!!

Amazing place, Dr Perry and Cathy were super friendly and profesional. 10/10 will recommend to friends and family!
