It's a small but nice museum. Mostly has old audio stuff, like gramophone, selfplaying piano, telephone switch boards, an old general store set up and a Native American area and a few other things. It was enjoyable. No food or drink allowed, no phones usage allowed unless in an emergency. Thought that last one was an odd rule. No taking pictures either.

Great little museum dedicated to life in the valley, including a great exhibit on the telephone and how switch boards worked. $6 for adults and $5 for seniors 55+

Fantastic museum dedicated to Spokane Valley history, with great artifacts from the past, and some hands on stuff for the kids. The kids love the phone switch and self-playing piano! Customer service of employees was top-notch, Lisa especially; she makes it so much fun with her stories and accounts!

This museum is packed with local history. I really enjoyed the pictures of local people and places. The telephone display was fun and interesting. There was a temporary display from the Smithsonian about American workers through history that was well done.

The traveling Smithsonian exhibits are alone worth the trip. But it's the local history I always find enlightening. You have to get on down to the museum soon. Remember: Wednesday through Saturday 11am to 4pm.

I really enjoy this museum. I try to visit once a year. They have a lot of valley history here. If you have ever been curious how a telephone works then you really need to stop by.

Very interesting. The guided tour was unexpected. The hostess was prepared for our questions and very accommodating. Plan to go back regularly and see what's new or learn more of each of the exhibits. Can stay for a few minutes or sit and read for hours.

One of many local historical museums we visited curing our stay in the area during 2023. All were great. This one was particularly nice and well-kept. Good history early settlers, immigrants, and local color. Most was local history, which was very interesting.
