    I love this store so much. I almost always get Carina and I don't know what she's made out of exactly, but it's definitely manager material. 😉 but for real though, she is always so nice and makes sure I like my drink before I take off. What a great staff you have all of them are great. But carina totally stands out from all of them for me. !! Thanks for being awesome Carina !!

    Just moved here from another state and was looking for a new coffee spot. I’m an avid visitor to Starbucks but need something more than being in a coffee assembly line. I decided to give wake up call a try just to see what the hype was about and am SO GLAD I did. The woman Carina behind the counter had the perfect personality of someone who actually likes their job. Not only did I enjoy waiting for my coffee but it tasted heavenly. Thanks Carina for solidifying my decision to make Wake Up Call my one stop coffee spot. See you tomorrow!!

    Carina is my favorite person, here! She is always so helpful and so kind to everybody! You can guarantee if she's making your coffee, she will do everything in her power to make it the perfect cup for you. 5 star customer service! 👌

    Really like the espresso drinks here. I just wish I got more coffee and less ice. If you get an iced drink, probably a good idea to order "light ice". Even after about a 1/2 hour, my cup was nearly full of ice after I finished the coffee.

    Food is fine if you need something quick and and going into the lobby’s always fun everyone I know loves the telephone booth building. Maddie helped me out at Sullivan, service is always great I asked what the promotional drinks were and for some suggestions you can never go wrong with a redbull or mad hatter.

    I used to go to wake up call almost every day and lately I haven’t been going here very often bc every time my drink is made incorrectly. It is very disappointing. Either it’s the wrong shots, wrong size (not so much of a big deal), or wrong milk (a very big deal). I love the baristas I’ve come to see quite often like Avery and Elijah. But if it’s anyone else it seems they just look at the app and my last order and I don’t always want that. Or I’m getting a drink for someone else and it’s wrong. :/

    I've been going to wake up call on Sullivan 3-6 times a week and get the same thing every time. I've worked with lots of employees over the last 6 months even managers. Today I went to get my usual and the district manager was there and all the sudden my drink was $2.50 more than it usually is and I'm being told they can't do my drink that way anymore and it will always be. She even told the whole district not to do my drink the way they have done it over 100 times. She was not nice about it either. I will never go to another wake up call again.

    Maddie (w/ Pink&Black hair) made my day. I have had a horrible day emotionally and mentally. All I wanted to do was go home & cry. I decided to stop and get an italian soda to go cry with, and as soon as I pulled up Maddie had an incredible energy. She was so personable and friendly. She held a fun convo while she made my drink and just made me feel better inside. We all know wake up call has good products but even at closing Maddie was bright and made a difference. Congrats to WUC on having an amazing barista.

    These girls know how to hustle! Today seemed especially busy- especially for a Sunday. My coffee was probably one of the best I’ve had and the gal at the window was just so sweet! No idea how they keep these orders straight! Nice job, ladies!

    I can't find the words to describe how much I love and appreciate wake up call. They have the best service ever and their coffee is perfect for any mood. I ordered a hot chocolate because I have a sore throat and is sick and I ordered their hot chocolate with peppermint bark and syrup in and oh my God my throat feels so much better. The smooth taste of chocolate with the spice of peppermint is just soothing to the sick soul

    I had gotten a coffee from the Wake Up Call up North and ended up spilling the entire thing in my lap and my car right when I got to work (I'm very clumsy). I went to the Sullivan location to replace the coffee I spilled, and they didn't make me pay for it! It was a very kind gesture that made my morning. Thank you!

    I love the Wake Up Call, but I was very disappointed with the walk-in service. Both drive through lines were full, so I thought I would try the walk-in route. I waited 35 minutes for coffee with only one couple in front of me. Then the person behind me had their order completed before mine! Never again using the walk-in! Very disappointing.

    I really enjoy the coffee here, but some days they close before the hours posted online and on the door. I'm not sure if the hours are outdated or I've been unlucky. Today was an unlucky day, came over just after 7 and there wasn't a soul in sight, doors locked.

    The service given by Elijah, sorry if I misspelled his name but he continues to give the best service and the reason we keep going to this location. The drinks are great, service is awesome and he always make us feel welcomed and make the experience so much better. Thank you to Elijah and I hope they make him the manager and/or give him a well deserve pay raise.

    Waited 20 minutes for a drink in the drive thru.. lack luster friendly service I usually enjoy, drink wasn't even close to what I ordered. Really bummed about todays trip for a yummy drink.. ordered a Carmel cookie crunch and got this, if I add toppings it costs extra, if they short you ingredients it's still full price.. I think dutch bros will be a nice switch as they can actually serve signature drinks properly..

    I had a wonderful coffee tender at wake-up call! Avery was super sweet, patient, and helpful in helping me figure out what I wanted to drink. When I didn’t know he was right there for me with names and descriptions of the products even after I had decided he was super quick to make sure I had my drink in my hand and that I left satisfied. I will definitely be going back again to see Avery and to snag another good coffee!

    In past visits to WUC the inside noise (music and machines) were just too much, even when I was the only customer. This location was (as of today) much quieter. There is the common noises of coffee art interplexed with the low rumble of conversation. This is expected! I ordered a double (half caf half decaf) 16oz latte with a touch of cream, hot. This one was too hot, perhaps too hot to drink immediately. The milk was steamed well yet when too hot it's difficult to maintain a frothy top. The coffee and milk was a creamy blend not offensive by any stretch. I paid $3.90 something. The service was friendly and "coffee serious", meaning they didn't blow me off when I described what I wanted to drink. Bravo team! I will be back!

    This place is great. Fast and friendly. The mad hatter was super yummy! The manager, I think her name was Halley is super nice and just awesome. Highly recommend.

    I took my family out Saturday evening to look at Christmas lights. The young man that helped us was so wonderful!! There were five of us. He had us taken care of so fast and the drinks were delicious as always!!

    I live just around the corner from this location and lemme tell you every time I go, Avery ALWAYS greets me with a “Hey Girl!!!” and my heart just ✨✨✨ AND he knows me BY NAME the only barista to remember me AND my usual!!! I highly recommend going here cause biased as I am with Avery the staff are wonderful and I have never gotten the wrong coffee and I have a dairy allergy. THANKS QUEEN FOR ALL THAT YOU DO!!!!! 🖤🖤🖤

    I normally don’t leave reviews, but the last couple times I’ve come I’ve had a great experience! The server I ask for is Renee and she has such a fun attitude and seems to know her stuff with the drinks, especially since my wife always has a interesting requests! Never disappoints.

    I love wake up call! Renee always makes my drink great & is so sweet to chat with. If something about my drink isn’t right she fixes it no problem! This crew works hard & are a bunch of sweet girls who make great drinks! I love wake up call, my go to place for my coffee.

    Ordered a pumpkin spice latte, it was the most garbage drink I've ever had. $10 for 2 20 oz garbage drinks. Not like any other pumpkin spice lattes ive tried, it was bitter and bland like a normal coffee with cinnamon.That place is the slightly worse version of Starbucks.
