Spokane Valley Mall is a wonderful place to shop and spend your time! The mall itself seemed well kept and clean. They have two stories with an assortment of stores ranging from Build A Bear to Buckle to a tattoo shop and everything in between. I came during the weekend and it was packed with different people, all who seemed pretty happy and relaxed to be there. I truly enjoyed the Build A Bear store and the Cinnabon they had. Parking was easy to get in and out of, but was packed (due to being the weekend).

It is a nice big mall but it seems very empty like Dawn of the Dead following the Covid. Many closed shops and restaurants.

Very empty mall. The stores even felt less stocked than a normal mall.

Malls have a tendency to be more expensive than other locations, yet they still provide unique products. You're much more likely to return something bought online, and cheaper stand-alone stores don't always have the selection. The small is nice because of the fact that there are several good restaurants mixed in with department stores clothing stores, and shoe suppliers. they don’t have everything, and some of it quite a bit more expensive, but they have good selection, and the convenience of the stores together in the same location makes them all still very relevant

Several new stores going in! Food court has lots of new options! Sbarro, Bubble tea, Soba and StirEATS are some of my favorites. Surrounding the mall you have Olive Garden, Red Robin, Twigs which I highly recommend. Extended business hours are now in effect! Large kids play area very clean! Maintenance and cleaning staff is thorough and keeps the property clean! Handicap elevators are easily accessible. Large parking areas with plenty of handicap parking spots. During the holidays the parking lot is monitored by additional staff with people who help direct traffic. Santa is located at the valley mall 1st floor center court till December 24th Regal Cinemas is connected to the mall and open! Visit the Spokane valley mall website to take advantage of the Shop, Eat, Stay packages they have available through December 31st. Toys for Tots Donation Drive is in full effect at Regal Cinema Spokane Valley. The mall offers indoor walking before business hours which is great when raining and snowing outside. Overall, the mall is well maintained and full of lots of shops and food! Keep any eye on the malls Facebook for all updates! I'm from a small town, and we really don't have a lot of trendy stores around. So whenever I am in the area I always stop by. The reason I thought about commenting was because I love getting my nails done at the mall. The employees are always courteous and prompt.

I don't really like malls but so what...ev! The mall was mostly clean, normal people, really nice stores, and mostly filled...the bathrooms were gross - I might have came at the wrong time. The food is to die for. This is a huge place, expensive but like what...ev, right!

They have some great places. A couple of my favorites are Concept, Buckle, and ShoeDepot. The clothes are cute and they have good prices. The best thing is the dressing rooms are open at most stores. They do still want masks and clean after every use. Once you have gone a couple of times and know the layout, shopping can be quick if you know what your looking for. I spent less than an hour on my last trip. Hit three stores spent a little over $100 got three shirts two dresses and a romper.

It’s still pretty descent for shopping and we feel pretty safe here and enjoy the atmosphere. I’m glad security keeps this place enjoyable for everyone. The best place to eat is the Madfire Kitchen and Catering, and I enjoy the Asian chair massages before or after I’m done shopping. My least favorite place to shop in the mall is Pacsun, as the employees are disengaged with their customers on several occasions.

Fun place for the family. Plenty of detail shops and places to eat food. Kids area as well. Nice place to visit.

Food court is pretty barren but there are options outside the mall. They close a bit early, especially during the summer when sunlight lasts longer. A couple of local stores to support though!!

The people who and the employees that are working in the stores are not very friendly the food has gone down really quick the people who are "cleaning the mall are super friendly and nice enough to say hi are you guys doing well can I get these trays out of the way " but everyone else who is working there are rude

Look, I love this mall but, Black friday the parking lots were ridiculous. No system or direction. Cars gridlocked for hours trying to get out. It's your responsibility to have this flow efficiently.

  • 2/5 Carson C. 5 months ago on Google
When I was a kid this was a vibrant lively place to go for overpriced stuff. Now it's a dead place to go for overpriced stuff. Malls need to take a serious look at the way that they're doing things. They need some drastic changes to stay alive.

I always enjoy this mall! They have all the stores you need, and a Build a Bear. Lol it's always clean. So sad to see the food court and all the restaurants that aren't there anymore. They use to have a really good burger place. Sad to see most of them gone. They do good pictures with Santa when the time comes! All in all, a good mall!

Got kicked out for accidentally stealing a mother fricken sticker from Hot Topic. I hope this burns down. The food court was expansive with lots of variety. A&W is especially superb.

Want a one stop shop for things you need? Well, go somewhere else. Malls have always been and continue to gravitate toward simply clothes and over priced goods. That being said StrEAT gourmet has a delightful Gyro that is just a little pricey but a nice treat.

It's Big 3 hours and I barely saw half has some great unique stores tucked in the usual Mall crowd of outlets. Kudo's to The fragrance shop.

I wouldn't really even consider this much of a mall. I guess it's the best in the area but really lacking. They need more of a variety of stores. The food is okay, nothing great. They often close early too.

I’m from a smaller town but this mall was so nice to visit the food court had a lot to offer including boba, pizza, and Chinese. There where so many shops to take in and the mall has some really worthwhile reasons to visit

Really loved visiting this place. It was really clean and enjoyable to walk around. They had a lot of store varieties! I would definitely come back again!

Wide variety of clothing stores for all types of people and age. Not a lot trinket or item shopping stores but what is there is nice. Theater is clean and large. Food court is lacking a bit but has variety. Really cool play place for kids there.

If you're looking for a shopping destination with a wide variety of stores, Spokane Valley Mall is definitely worth a visit. And if you're a fan of Macy's, you won't be disappointed - the store is well-stocked and provides a great shopping experience.

Didn't really find what I was looking for, little bit disappointed for a 3 hour drive. Other then that it's a nice place to shop locally.

It was great, even though it's first come first serve and they don't do reservations. I called ahead to let them know we would like to be seated outside. They were able to accommodate a big group and gave us the request of the patio seating. Thank you to all of you staff everyone was great ! Food was really good!

A good variety of stores in a 2 story mall. Well lit, lots of parking, and a movie theater.

  • 4/5 Ellen B. 2 years ago on Google
The kids loved the animations and realistic dinos . Was a bit costly for the short experience but the young ones esp. loved it! The operators however were more than accommodating when they stayed open past closing when they were informed we had traveled a long way and had been lost! That's isn't something you get very often these days, caring business who go above and beyond!! I'd like to thank the two kind workers who were on tonight!! Thank you very much for your kindness to my family it didn't ho unnoticed by us!!

Hard to get directions, first floor? Second floor? The end we entered on was old and dated, but got better the further in we got. Many stores not often still seen in malls.

Wish they had one of these in Coeur d Alene. Our mall is so sad. Too much money spent towards tourism downtown and not enough towards the people who live here. We could keep more idaho money in Idaho if we had a better shopping center.

I visited today Spokane Valley Mall along with all my family members. My wife and my daughter bought dresses from there. My elder son bought two pairs of shoes and one trousers 👖. My younger son bought two shirts and i myself bought one T-shirt 👕. We spent almost two hours there and enjoyed our shopping 🛍️🛒🛍️.

Nice quiet mall. Has most of what you need, although there are a number of stores that are closed/nothing in them. The food court looked sad, not sure if most places just happened to be closed when I was there or if there really are just 4 places: teriyaki, wok, bubble tea and Cinnabon. There is a Thomas Hammer coffee downstairs, that was nice. And there are a couple of sit down restaurants around the perimeter. The theater is fine, but hasn't been upgraded to the more comfortable seats. I like it for the ability to quickly park, get in and back out quickly. Oh and the Spokane Valley Library has a small branch within the mall, in what was likely a bookstore at one time.

We dont get out to the valley much, but this mall was a nice change. Didnt get to spend as much time there as i would have liked but it was still fun. They had amazing pretzels, and more to offer then the other large mall in Spokane for me.

I recently went to the Valley Mall for the first time in about a year and I was shocked and saddened by the number of boarded-up store fronts I saw. The food court is about 50% occupied. There were also a number of stores that were closed with their security gates down in the middle of the day. Furthermore, the AC was not on and it was sweltering in there. I've been coming to this mall since it first opened 25 years ago and this is the first time it's looked like it's dying. Very very sad, but I suppose it's a sigh of the times...

We like this mall. We visited Build A Bear there. The staff there is friendly and inviting to everyone that comes in and patient. Our girls had a blast making their new friends. Will always go back and love the children's birthday bear deal they offer.

It's got some nice shops. Not much of a food court. Everything seems to close early on weekends. I needed to pick up a web order after work once, about 7pm on a Friday in summer before the pandemic and shops were closing for the day. Went there before a move labor day weekend and it was about the same. Reminded me of Malls in Zombie movies/video games.

  • 4/5 Janna M. 1 year ago on Google
There are still some good stores in this Mall, not alot of variety in them but I got some work clothes and my grandson got some school clothes. On Labor Day weekend, we found some good deals. The food court is sparse, but some good restaurants around the perimeter.

I was travelling Spokane from Canada in September. When I stopped at this mall, i took a picture from photo booth. Photo booth wasn't working properly. It did not give us photo. I tried to ask for a refund to the office, they told me they will mail us once they taking out the photo strip. Waited for few weeks, no update. So i emailed office, after 10 days they replied and said they don't have a photo strip so just call to vendor for refund or discussion. What a terrible customer service. I can't go back there for just $7 refund. Feels like I got scammed by that photo booth.

I’m genuinely so frustrated with how this mall and all the stores in it manage the mask mandate… aka it’s literally not enforced AT ALL! I felt incredibly unsafe and disrespectful while shopping here, surrounded by selfish people who refused to wear masks!

  • 5/5 Emyjin B. 1 year ago on Google
It's a wonderful place to visit with friends or family. There many varieties of shops to buy certain things at. The food court is very open and not crowded, love the view to the outside and inside. The regal cinema that's nearby is also very equivalent for when needed to watch movies and shop at the same time. Furthermore I recommend this mall for anyone that needs an active social gathering, date plans, and shopping. 🤗

Some great stores! There isn't a huge food court selection, but there are some yummy treats. I wish there were more elevator access. However, The atmosphere was great!
