This was one of the grossest hotels I’ve ever stayed at. I booked through a travel site and wished I had seen the reviews here on Google prior to booking! We were hit immediately with an unpleasant odor upon entering the room. The floor had clearly not been vacuumed. There were shoe prints on both comforters. There was a white stain in the chair next to the bed 🤢The tissues in the bathroom weren’t stocked. The only cup available for use was a single unwrapped plastic cup- not that I would trust anything out of that faucet anyway. I didn’t even bother looking at the shower to determine if I would brave using it. The real kicker though is that one of the beds was broken! The upper left corner tilted down towards the floor if you tried to lean over to grab anything off the nightstand. The bed frame was clearly broken. I slept in the middle of the bed to avoid not falling off in the middle of the night. The only good thing this place has going for it is location. It’s close to the freeway and to shopping. The lobby itself was clean and felt like a totally different place than the actual room did. Sam and Dean Winchester stayed in nicer places.

Tv didn’t work but we were quickly re assigned to another room. Room was clean but the armchairs in both rooms were pretty worn and soiled. Good clean economy hotel for an overnight stay. Excellent Mexican food right next door. I would book again just for the the Mexican restaurant.

I Booked my room for October 15th 2022 through priceline. My check in experience was poor. Waited at the front desk for close to 10 minutes before any staff showed up. The gentleman who checked me in wasn’t rude, but definitely wasn’t friendly. Maybe he was having a bad day, or maybe it was because he worked at this dump. I got into my room and the first thing i noticed was that there were cockroaches in the room, on the toilet, sink and several on the walls. I dropped my bags and had to leave to be at an appointment. When i got back, i grabbed my bags and went to the front desk and explained that there were cockroaches in my room. The front desk gentleman had no response at all, i’m guessing he was very aware of the infestation and wasn’t surprised. After about 15 mins, i got a new room in the main building. This room was not much better, stains on the carpet, weird stains on the ceiling, but whatever, i was tired and at least no roaches. After about 5 hours of terrible sleep i decided to get up and take a shower and leave by 6:00 am. Well, the shower wasn’t great because there was no soap or shampoo in the room. When checking out, some guy mopping the floor told me to just throw my key in the box. He did tell me to have a good day, so that was the only positive experience I had. Definitely avoid this hotel at all costs.I am honestly surprised that Ramada allows this franchise to use their name.

They put me in a room right beside the ice machine and an exit door that slams. There was no body wash or soap in the room. Had no bath mat and multiple cigarette burns thru out. Also the shower taps were falling out of the wall. With work I stay about 300 nights a year in hotels and I’ve stayed at lower brand hotels with better rooms. This will be put on a blacklist. No recognition for their top tier members as well. Stay elsewhere. Not to mention they threaten to charge a dollar for keycards and reuse the paper holders. So who knows if the previous person has wiped snot on it like there was on the wall.

I booked a room online. When we arrived she told me they didn't have any, so put us in a double queen instead.. It appeared as if whoever cleaned the room quit cleaning halfway through. The bathtub was dirty, and the faucet ran really bad. The floors, table, and counter were not clean. We had no trash bags. The air did not work. I didn't complain or cause a problem because the girl at the front was nice, and seemed stretched pretty thin. But the kicker for me was the second charge for $50 on top of being charged for the room. It was really a let down because most of the hotel looked very nice. Aside from the stairs, landing, and hallways. That have obviously not been cleaned in a very long time. Definitely do not recommend. You will have a far better experience for the same price elsewhere.

I waited 5 days to post this after sending a message to Wyndham Corporate and not hearing back. I'm a new Wyndham Rewards member and not familiar with most of their hotels. However my Dad and I had just stayed at another Wyndham owned property (also considered 2*) in Montana for 5 nights so I expected the same level of cleanliness and care. I was so wrong. I should've read reviews before booking a night at this location. First impression upon pulling up/checking in was OK. It's a little run down but we're only staying one night so no biggie. We got to our room and at 1st glance it was dated but not bad. Then I accidentally spilled some water on the floor near the bathroom and went to wipe it up with a washcloth. The once white washcloth had dark brown dirt all over it and it wasn't from us as we'd just arrived in the room. So my Dad got another washcloth and got it soapy with the dawn dish soap I always bring with me, and he wiped the laminate area. It was again brown and that was my 1st clue that we may need to leave. I went into the bathroom and was overwhelmed by the smell of urine. The toilet looked clean but I'm unsure if it had been sanitized or the floor had been mopped. I also noticed the tub was dirty, like there was a ring around it and debris in the bottom, and the shower curtain had a red stain on it. So I went to inspect the rest of the room and found some gross surprises that I'm leaving pictures of. I wanted to leave but we'd already unloaded the car and we're hungry and so tired from driving 9 hours. I did inspect the bedding & mattresses. No sign of bugs but there was a yellow stain on one of the bed spreads so I removed that from the bed. I also noticed one of the walls looked dirty with smudges on it, a very large area of wall. In another picture you'll see that there's another smaller red stain on the wall in a different area. It looked like dried blood to me. Later I went to the manager to get replacement washcloths from the manager on duty. I said to him that we needed some new ones due to floor being dirty & needing to use them to clean the floor but it was like he wasn't listening or maybe just didn't care. Upon checking out the person at the desk didn't ask how the stay was. Do yourself a favor and spend $20-40 more and stay at a different hotel. At this point I'm grateful we didn't get bed bugs or scabies. It's been 3 business days since I emailed Wyndham Corporate and no response yet (they guarantee a response within 48 business hours). Please don't believe the other responses from management on here that they will do better, because they haven't and I don't see that changing anytime soon.

Corporate gets a call in the morning. NO Soap. None and there is NONE on the premises, according to the desk clerk and the maid. So bring your own Soap. In the morning the maid said the soap was on back order and they have none. After a quick exchange she returned with half a hand soap and the full, never used bath soap that we had to reload . According to the reviews there has been no soap here for more than 5 months. Also cobwebs on the walls.

If you have a pair of white socks that you have really been wishing you bought in black instead, good news! Come walk around your room here for five minutes and they will be. The bedding and linens were acceptably clean but everything else about the room screamed "Housekeeping hasn't glanced at me in six months." Gooey stuff in the carpet, dirty counters, dusty hair dryer, squeaky door. Staff were nice but hard to find... very understaffed, which probably explains the other issues. Breakfast was mediocre verging on poor although all-day availability of coffee is a plus. On the whole, not remotely worth what they are charging. Spend the extra $30 and stay across the freeway at one of the newer places.

Not a bad place honestly, just be prepared to not get your security deposit back within a week or any time sooner.... $50 is only $50 but it sure would be nice if I had it back in my account instead of them still holding onto it a week later. I've called a few times and was told it could be from a few days up to over a week. Definitely not the way I'd handle business.

Room areas need attention/cleaning/repaired. Lamp shades old with dirt and burn marks. A/C filter dirty and causing dirt under unit and floating on ceiling. Bathtub taps had dirty caulking around. Microwave and stand dirty. Not enough electrical outlets (one for coffee, microwave, tv, using a power bar. Outside door filthy. Location is great and exterior/lobby appears nice but our room was terrible except for clean bedding. Check out clerk did not even care about our stay with only replied "you are good to go".

Location is great…just off the highway. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a huge disappointment with no milk even for cereal. Front desk attendant was unhelpful. Laundry was in a separate building and had not been cleaned in some time. Spilled laundry soap congealed on the washer lid and garbage was overflowing.

If I could give a 0 rating I would. I booked this hotel through Wyndham customer service and am following with them as well as to why they would be associated with this location! We were directed to the second building which was a rundown, dirty and terrible smelling building! Our room was not properly cleaned and prepared for new guest! I’m ashamed to say I attempted to sleep there or had my daughters sleep there as well! Everything in the unit was dirty, and old and there were plenty of insects crawling, flying around or dead all over the unit. My youngest woke up with several bites on her arm! The walls and doors has “patches” that I would have done a better job patching with no experience! There was hair, make up stairs, rips and other stains on the towels, beds, pillows, walls and couch! Completely disgusted and shameful! When I told the representative in the front desk about our issues, she simply said, “sorry” with a grin on her face which clearly showed she’s heard this before and are not going to do anything about it! The very basics are not even considered in this hotel! I got up early due to dogs barking near our sliding doors, woke up my family and we left this location as soon as possible! I could not stand it any longer! Reading back the reviews from years, months and weeks ago, I know nothing is going to change even though the response from the hotel say they are going to take these matters seriously! I will not ever recommend this hotel to anyone I know!

This is family owned and the night staff was 10/10. Very accommodating! Located right off the I90W, very convenient. A little tricky when driving an oversized moving truck; but they do have parking to accommodate. My room clean but could use some updates. No complaints, just an observation. I would still stay here again, if passing through.

The room was clean and well stocked. For those who read the past comments, the soap is in dispensers. The service on check-in was ok. The service on checkout out was rude and short. The location is super easy to find. It's right off of the freeway. There are restaurants and stores within a 2 block walking possibility. If it weren't for the extreme rudeness of the day clerk, I'd have been very pleased

Friendly check-in experience. The halls have been re-carpeted and were still bouncy! My room was clean, and I loved the Dove toiletries. The parking lot was sketchy, but I'm not sure what the hotel could do about that. Outside doors locked appropriately. I'm not sure what all the negative reviews are about.

We stayed here after our apartment caught on fire and left me and kids homeless. The beds and rooms were clean. We had to move rooms once because I just asked for the hand soap and shampoo to be fixed but ended up moving rooms which was fine. We didn't get housekeeping so not sure if we needed to request that or if they just came but having housekeeping would of been nice. Also no one ever seemed to be at the front desk so we had questions and called frony desk no one was there then when you went to the front desk still no one and would have to wait and hopefully someone showed up. Also please look into getting cribs or play pens for the babies. Other than that it was a good stay.

The hotel was descent for what we paid. I thought the room was bright, looked like it had been repainted recently. The bed was very comfortable. Only issue was the power button did not work on the remote. We used the button on the tv to turn it on. The breakfast had the options of cereal, toasted items, pancakes, biscuits and gravy, yogurt, juices, coffee, etc. We were satisfied with our stay here.

----Not recommended to stay in---- I wish I could give minus zero stars. This hotel is one of the worst places I have ever stayed. The staffs are amicable and helpful, but the owners are very rude to the customers. They are no excuse for the rooms not to be clean and extra charges. Also, the room was so dirty. Not recommended.

The room smelled like urine when we first walked in. We had to go to the Walmart across the way to go buy air fresheners. The room was filthy. Everywhere we touched felt sticky. We couldn’t take a shower either, because the shower was broken. The TV didn’t work either. The air conditioner was fixed to the wall with duct tape. There were patches of unpainted wall throughout the room and the bathroom door had huge scuff marks on it. Although being a non-smoking room, one of our bed’s comforters had a burn mark. The one positive is that all of the outlets worked.

The management is ridiculously unprofessional. When I walked into the hotel to check-in, two individual (owners, I think) were cussing out a employee in training over what appeared to be a misunderstanding in her shift schedule. She was genuinely apologizing to the owners, but they were raining down insult after insult on her in front of me (“you grew up here, you should know better”) to a point where she broke down in tears. And that still didn’t stop them from saying hateful things to her. and then they fired her on the spot and kicked her out. I went out and gave her a hug. The owners came out and asked her to leave the front of their property. While she was crying in my arms. This is not how you treat a human. This is disgusting.

I was employed by Wyndham Ramada for 6 weeks Hired as front desk morning shift. I had to happily quit today please continue reading if you had or have any concerns you are right. I did the continental breakfast in the morning I have been telling them for almost a week that there is mouse feces under the refrigerator, juice machine and coffee machine that has been there since I started working they have done nothing about it still today. One of the mice chewed through the line on the juice machine so it is now dumping water all over the counter were I was supposed to serve breakfast. Not to mention they got into the coffee creamer packets under the counter. Guess that 1 mouse trap they have placed behind the microwave is full or no longer working due to its high volume of activity. Did I mention we had no gloves today for food service? That's just my morning 2 hours of my day let me continue. We are very understaffed and they can't keep help around because the couple running it are terribly rude and ungrateful and overwork everyone while they walk around and finger point. There's no time to clean the rooms fully only given enough time to make beds and change the towels, so if your room smells of urine that's the reason. Not to mention the police are there every other day for robberies cars being broken into & items stollen. The last time the police were there 9 days ago the cop said "oh we haven't been here for a week it's been kinda quiet." As he giggled. I wouldn't stay there if I was paid to stay there and certainly no longer working there.

Spokane is not always a safe area of these days where this hotel with situated I felt secure and safe. Loved the automatic pancake maker that was fun and they tasted good. I will say breakfast was OK the sausage and gravy I didn’t eat because it was cold. Someone needs to leave the crockpot on warm to keep the gravy hot laughing . All in all for the price it was a great deal and when I go through that area, I will time it so I stay at this Ramada again.

The location is great but the hotel itself is stinky & filthy in the rooms. We had feces on the outside of our toilet, dirty towels under the sink cabinet, stuff all over the floor. It smelled like a combination of chlorine & a care facility. We were on the 1st floor and the kids above us kept us awake 1/2 the night. There was hair on our bedspread and of course it was late when we checked in so we were concerned that we wouldn't find another place to stay if we left. We went to Walmart and bought bedding to get through the night. When I complained the next morning she was not concerned at all about making it right. I would save your money and sleep in your car in Walmart parking lot if staying here is your only option! Hire someone who cares about cleanliness, this starts at the top of a business & this clearly is not a concern of theirs. The person in front of us at check in asked for a refund & said their room was dirty as well. We were all afraid to shower the next day as the bathroom was filthy!

Stayed for 2 weeks and begged for room service and never received it. Even asked for a broom and cleaning supplies and never received it. They gave me a new room and then kicked me out of the hotel with no refund because the old room was dirty. Two men and a woman knocked at my door screaming at me and telling me to get out. I have never experienced anything like this in the 5 years I have been travelling as a nurse. My kittens were spooked half to death. It took me 20 mins to find them hidden in the room before I could leave. I am literally stranded on the street because I paid for a week in advance and they have not issued a refund to Priceline. Wont even pick up the phone. Home is in NY so I am just stuck. Do not waste money at this place. Very run down and very nasty. Rude and disrespectful management. BEWARE.

So, me and my mom, sister, brother and dad all stayed at this hotel on 11/10. Not very clean, washcloths were dirty with black streaks, some weird stains on the blankets. OH and not to mention, when we moved the coffee pot, we found 2 roaches! We went to the front desk and even showed them the cockroach and all they wanted to do was move us to another room. (They had us leave the cockroach with them at the front desk.) They didn’t act surprised or anything, so i’m guessing this was already known, they weren’t sympathetic either. Now we run the risk of bringing cockroaches home with us. Yay! I do not recommend staying here. (2 roaches, but only managed to catch one)

Staff was very friendly and helpful. It was in a convenient location with shopping and restaurants within walking distance. The room was nice with a comfortable bed. The surface of the bathtub could use some TLC, but everything else was great for the price!

  • 3/5 Dennis S. 8 months ago on Google
This was not a bad hotel. It was quiet, the bed was fine, although the property could use some cleaning. The hallways had debris in the corners, the carpets were fairly worn and there was trash strewn about the exterior of the property. Considering that my wife and I spent over $100 per night, I would expect a better job at upkeep of the property and the building. Overall, an average experience.

  • 3/5 Kim S. 11 months ago on Google
The hotel was clean, the front desk person and couldn’t answer any of my questions either when I checked in or when I was checking out. There’s a $50 deposit that isn’t stated when you booked this room which should be taking out of your hotel fee, and not in addition, the location is in a very sketchy part of town drug deals going on behind the facility. There was a homeless person sleeping under the stairs inside the facility. The breakfast is nothing but carbs. Absolutely no protein whatsoever. For the price we paid, you would expect a little bit more.

The person who checked us in was great. Super nice and very helpful. In the morning I came down at 7am. Two different guests before me mentioned loudly there was no coffee. When I asked if we could please have more coffee the guy working was very unhappy with the request. When the door on the coffee machine kept popping open I tried to let him know and he just grunted at me. When I came back down around 8:45am to grab breakfast later the staff had cleared breakfast before breakfast was supposed to end. We were told the night before breakfast ended at 10am. We then checked the website and it said 10am as well. Also no one was at the desk for check out. There was a sign informing all the guests to drop their key cars into a little bucket.

I've been here before and had a good experience. I believe they are new management but regardless the stay this time was terrible, a waste of money, don't go here! This time the shower did not work, they did not fill any of the soaps or conditioners in the shower or by the sink. They poorly cleaned, the air conditioning was working very poorly so I checked the filters and they had a quarter inch of solid dust/ debris on it. When I told somone who I believe was the manager he didn't care, brushed it off, said we don't do any kind of refund. So these people are terrible and don't provide what they say they do and don't care that you didn't get what you paid for. The people working here are terrible along with the service. Along with that the bed wasn't completely cleaned, crumbs in my bed, bed was very hard and uncomfortable like the pillows. I dont expect five star service at a 3 star hotel but I do expect the minimum, a clean and all functioning room. And if something isn't right they should at least try to make it right not brush you off and tell you basically they don't care. So don't go here and don't waste your money on this garbage hotel. 100% not worth the price.

Went there for a doctors appointment and will go back during my 5 day treatment. The workers where excellent, the rooms where well maintained, plus a very good price. Plus the breakfast was very well made. I would have no problem returning to this location again. Thanks for the marvelous stay everyone.

It's a budget motel with clean rooms, minimal daily service-only if you ask--its one reason they're cheaper! The small microwaves, fridges, that come in every room are handy for snacks. Of course, a tv, free wifi, a business center, FREE BREAKFAST, which was pretty tasty. The efficiencies have small but full kitchens including dishwashers. The most you'll pay for one of those rooms is about $150 per night and that's if you want a total of 6 people in the room. The hotel is pet friendly, has coin washer/dryer, serves coffee 24 hrs a day and has snacks and toiletries for sale, vending machines for pop and ice machine. What more could you ask for in a budget motel?

Room was clean and beds comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful, Ryan is very sweet. Breakfast is biscuits and gravy, cereal and bagels and they have a pancake machine it shoots out on the side... yay! for pancake lovers. Relatively quiet for someone who worked all day and just wanted peace and quiet at night.

Overall experience was good. I was there for a concert. The room was cleaned. I noticed the bed sheets did have a stain or two on them. The tv remote didn't work for changing channels so the news was on repeat the whole time. Would stay again though

Caring and kind. Wonderful customer service! Prices that are fair. Front desk polite, friendly and quick to make us feel wonderful and wanted in their thoughtful way.We had a sluggish air conditioner but no problem, same day service these kind people pulled out our sluggish air conditioner and brought in a wonderful new air conditioner all within about an hour! The new air conditioner has kept us wonderfully comfortable,we are grateful. Smiles, kindness excellent service, efficient and kind housekeeping personnel quick to clean. I am grateful. We are staying over one month plus , Ramada is a blessing, I thank God.

Got a 2 bedroom At first glance fbs place looked alright. Started noticing right away the place was trashed. I give them mode stars than originally planned because I spilled a gladden of wine and told them. They said they (probably) wouldn't charge me.. This review might change if they charge me. The lady at check in was not very friendly at all The guy at check out was really nice

Overall the staff was great - friendly and responsive. The room was OK with a few small issues but overall clean. UPDATE: I've stayed 3 times in the past 3 weeks (coming and going from the hospital) and overall it's been good every time. The rates are reasonable and staff are friendly.
