It's always hard to euthanize your beloved pet, especially when their young. This clinic was respectful, compassionate and let me take whatever time I needed. The Dr. Explained everything that would soon happen. They helped me out the door and I received a sympathy card 2 days later. I can only imagine what they do for the living.

I have been taking my beautiful fur babies here for over 15+ years:) The Drs are Amazing:) love both Dr. Alex's Hamilton :) they take super good care of my pups. Saved my sweet girls life:)))) IZZY My st Bernard was diagnosed with Addison's disease. Super rare. She has to go in monthly for a injection and she takes daily prednisone for the rest of her life! But my sweet girl is only 18 months old:) The staff is Amazing so professional and Kind and helpful and loving:) It's our vet for life:)

My family has been taking our fur babies to Valley Vet for decades and have never been disappointed. They communicate very well, truly care about you and your animals and are very knowledgeable and reliable. I highly recommend them to everyone I have the opportunity to. We had to make the hard decision yesterday to have our kitty put down. This isn’t the first and won’t be the last, but we always have the best possible experience in such a difficult time here. They go way above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable with your decision and are beyond caring. They even have a placard when you walk in stating that when the candles are lit to please be respectful as someone is in the clinic putting their loved one to rest. This particular kitty was my son’s emotional support animal. Knowing this, Dr. McCrea and Dr. Hamilton went above and beyond helping us try to save him, but it wasn’t meant to be. Today, Dr. Hamilton took extra time with my son answering his questions and helping him to understand why this was the most loving and humane decision to make for his boy. It gave us all comfort and peace knowing the decision was for the best and though we will miss him dearly, we know he is no longer suffering. Having the compassion and care we received and always receive at this clinic will have us coming back for many years to come. Thank you to everyone at VVC for everything you do!

I don’t even know where or how to start but simply put this is just an all around AMAZING clinic. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my Bailey, Cheddar and Bane. About 3 years ago my Boston Bailey got extremely sick. We became frequent flyers, and ended up being at the clinic multiple times a week on top of the emergency vet visits. With that experience we saw vets from different clinics/emergency clinics ext. No one showed , care, time, or respect the way Julie and the VVC staff did. We have come along way in the almost 3 years since then. Bailey still has issues from time to time but she’s relatively healthy. We have had countless other visits to VVC since then, due to injuries or bug attacks and every time they do what they can to see us. This past summer we had to take my in-laws dog in, unfortunately due to age and complications about 10 days after he had surgery we had to put him to sleep. We were told of all the risks before hand. Dr. Hamilton was extremely kind and compassionate through the entire process. From surgery to when we had to say goodbye. For this we are forever grateful. Yes, at times there is a long wait before you see a vet but that isn’t something that will ever bother me. I’ve been the person they’ve gotten in due to an emergency, or the client with a dog that requires extra time. I have never been or felt rushed. This clinic definitely doesn’t give off the big business vibe, they show care and compassion in everything. They are not just about getting money from clients, they truly care about all the animals. My dogs are my children and I do not trust anyone with them, however I make an exception when it comes to both Dr. Julie and Dr. Hamilton. I really cannot say enough good things about VVC. Bailey used to hate our precious vet, VVC is honestly her and Cheddar’s favorite place to visit, and to me that speak volumes about the staff.

Called to make an appointment for my boyfriends dog and the receptionist insisted on calling his ex wife to make sure we were supposed to have her. When he moved out his ex wife said come get your dog…. The receptionist said can you give me your boyfriends number so I can verify, I gave her the number and she called his work number asking to speak to his ex wife?! I have been feeding, grooming, and paying for this dog for 2 years and they want to question me of my ownership. I’ll find a vet that just wants to be a vet and not dabble in my personal life!

Both my cats were close to death with separate issues within a couple of weeks of each other. Its so heart braking. My 16 year old the big girl ended up having severe hyperthyroidism and lost over 6 pounds And was not eating vomiting @diarrhea. Dr French got right on it and tested her and had me in and out with her for blood work and tests right away. she is now on her way to recovery but will be a sickly senior kitty from now on. Special food and needed shots to get her on her way to recovery. My little girl just after this, she stopped eating was lethargic had diarrhea and vomiting. I took her in and Dr French got right on it X-rays and needed shots. With medication now she is on her way to recovery. She’s 4 and I’m currently hand feeding her and she’s also starting to eat on her own. This is a great clinic I’m very happy my cats have been going there for years, and my prayers for years to come. My vet is part of good care for my fur babies.

I love this vet! Never waited a long time. The vet and assistants were very sweet to my dogs. And I love that they have office cats.

Everyone is just great, they really care. I stopped going to another vet because I really like them much better. Feel good about taking my dogs to them.

I have nothing but great things to say about Dr. Hamilton and the amazing crew at this clinic! They were given my dogs file because Dr. McFredrick @ Suncrest Vet couldnt perform the surgery due to circumstances out of his control. Another great crew out there also! Dr. Hamilton got D.O.G. in on the 8/4/22 as scheduled and found the sqeeky my silly animal ingested. In short these vets at these clinics saved my boys life!! He hadnt eaten since 7/16/22 I am happy that he did take water when i gave it to him! Dr Hamilton was great with him and did so much with all of the follow ups and even made sure D.O.G. had wet food to eat! D.O.G. is doin well and back to being himself. He himself is quite the trooper. I was a mess when all of this was going on and the DR explained things to me answered all my questions. I dont think that I could put it all in words! Thank you for everything. Would I recommend Valley Veterinary Clinic? Heck to the yeah!!

they helped my cat die a slow painful death over a week. the first he failed the recommended x-ray which would have shown the intestinal blockage. so over a week I didn't know what was wrong with my cat. then I took it in on Friday when I felt it. but that veterinarian was ready to go home for the day and said come back Monday. he should have known the cat wouldn't last through the weekend. I brought the cat in Monday morning but it didn't survive surgery. they also talked bad about the emergency clinic in Coeur d'Alene. I would have taken the cat there, but they said it was bad. but I should have gone there. I would not recommend this veterinarian, either of the two I met. I still feel bad about this it was years ago but looking back they really failed me. they charged a lot too. it seems like all the veterinarians in Spokane charge a lot whether they do any good or not. anyway, I still have bad memories of that.

I've taken all my animals her for many years and wouldn't go anywhere else. You can tell the employees love their job and enjoy seeing your pets.

I love this vet clinic. They have taken great care of my animals the past 14 years. I just had to put down my beloved beagle and they were very kind. I have never felt they were out for profit. They put my animals care first. Highly recommend.

I was at another vet for a year, and honestly, I knew it wouldn't be a good fit, and I ended up being right. This place, though? I knew instantly it was right. The doctors there care, they're so sweet and understanding and listen to me when I have a concern. The front desk people are so great. Valley vet reminds me of the song from Cheers. Sometimes you wanna go Where everybody knows your name And they're always glad you came You wanna be where you can see Our troubles are all the same You wanna be where everybody knows your name. I could legitimately cry from how happy I am here. I'm never going anywhere else again.

Kevin French is a great veterinarian. The staff is very friendly and helpful! One of our dogs is a biter but never bites them. I’d highly recommend this clinic. It’s sometimes difficult getting in for an appointment.

The vets are nice but the staff who answers the phone are not. To be laughed at by a receptionist for looking for a same day emergency visit on a Friday…offering to pay whatever…. heart breaking. I understand people want to go home on a Friday but our pets are very important to us. We will not be back. Again the actual vets are so nice and we really liked them. This was about a year ago. Huge thanks to Heart Arrow vet for getting us in and treating my dog.

This veterinary clinic is INCREDIBLE!! From the Vets, the staff (the girls are so helpful and patient 🥰), and everyone in the office, I have never been so pleased with the services for my animals. Dr. French is AMAZING. The overall care, love, and concern have gone beyond my expectations. I would highly recommend this Veterinary Clinic to anyone seeking any services for their for babies. ❤❤

The staff ,amazing ,highly educated, professional, happy, ..... We have been coming here for over 14 years. We tried another place because we moved in the city .but, in the end we came back. . Its worth the commute. I absolutely love this place and I think you will too!

Our puppy loves going to Valley Vet. He jumps out of the car and hurries to the door, eager to see his "friends"- the vet assistants and the vet, too. He doesn't notice his shots or exam as they distract him with treats and lots of happy attention. The price is fair and everyone is welcoming and professional. It's a great place!
