I’ve been going to valley dermatology for two years now. Not once have I been disappointed. They’ve dramatically helped with my acne and eczema. I always walk out feeling my best after a hydrafacial with farah! Her hydrafacials are so relaxing I fell asleep on the bed. Not to mention their spring fling events and fall carnival events? Absolutely worth every single penny, you’ll be treated amazing.

I have been coming to Valley Dermatology for over 10 years. The staff is always kind, professional and on the ball. Dr. Smith is hands down one of the best doctors I have ever seen and been treated by. Paul is phenomenal and helped me regain my confidence virtually eliminating a massive scar on my face & Jackie keeps me looking refreshed. From acne, to basal cell, laser to Botox, they’re the best!

Dr Smith and Michelle are outstanding! I was referred to them by the VA and I can tell you after feeling like running into dead ends for over 20 years, they have gone above and beyond in helping me with my service connected disability, I highly recommend them to anyone looking for dermatology needs! Paul has helped me clear my skin and get my confidence back. His team is amazing! They have helped me with creams that were too expensive to be able to afford them. I LOVE VALLEY DERMATOLOGY! I had Botox injected by the wonderful Jackie on Feb 3rd, it has been 8 days and I’ve had amazing results! The office is impeccably clean,I didn’t have to wait too long to be brought back and the ladies at the desk were a pleasure and very personable ! The entire appt from arrival to out the door took less than 30 minutes!!!! Jackie is awesome! I’m SO excited for future procedures with her! I most definitely recommend Valley Dermatology!!!

Wow I’m so impressed ! This was my first appointment after switching from a different med spa. The doctor really was knowledgeable and listened to my concerns. She didn’t overcharge me for anything unnecessary and was honest about what my skin needed. I already see a difference after the Botox and will be retuning for other treatments. Highly recommend, especially if you want someone certified to handle your skin concerns.

I’ve been going to Valley Dermatology & Skin Cancer Center for a few years! They have great facial options (Farah Webster!) and products as well! I highly recommend going here for a check up or a “treat yourself” service.

I went in for my first time EVER yesterday. I didn’t exactly know what I wanted to have done, but I was thinking Botox and possibly filler, since they were having a special. I was totally nervous and uneducated, but Caylie was amazing! She explained everything, talked about what areas were bothersome to me, and gave me a couple different options to treat those spots. She also made me feel really comfortable with the idea of getting lip filler! They’re still swollen, but the shape is beautiful, and they’re symmetrical and full without being duck-like 😂 I actually had a great time with Caylie, and I definitely recommend her and the office as a whole.

I’ve had to go to dermatologists for a few years now, and at the last place I went to (in North Spokane) I never connected with the doctor, nor anyone else there. I always got the feeling they thought better of themselves. Then I was referred to Valley Dermatology and got to see Paul Hill, ARNP. and I’ll never go anywhere else. Everyone from the front desk on up has always been great to work with and kind. My compliments especially to Paul Hill, he is easy to talk to and makes sure to explain what’s going on and asks the questions to make sure he’s on the right track. Aside from just the medical needs that I’ve been seen for, Valley Dermatology also has an entire in-house team to deal with any dermatological or cosmetic needs. And that’s all without mentioning everything to protect, prevent and treat any skin cancer issues. I definitely recommend getting your treatment from the team at Valley Dermatology & Skin Cancer Center!

I’m new to Spokane and had an urgent situation and needed to be seen. Valley Dermatology got me in immediately and were SO kind and efficient. I had a 1 year old with me that was getting into everything and they were so nice about it. They took care of my situation and I was in and out in 40 minutes. They were very attentive and on top of things. They made me feel very welcome! I will for sure be going back with any dermatology needs.

My husband had some cancer spots removed in Spokane then followup in Colville. Everyone at both offices were wonderful. Taking time to explain everything and making sure we were comfortable. PA Maxfield and Dr. Smith are great! Very knowledgeable and perform my yearly skin checks. PA Maxfield also expertly excised and performed multiple layer stitch closure to a difficult area. Couldn’t recommend them more. And they are getting a new building!

Dr. Paul Hill and his staff are wonderful! I have been coming to Valley Dermatology for years, my initial Doctor (Elizabeth) has since retired, and now I see Dr. Hill. He is so professional and helpful; will all of my precancerous skin issues I even brought my daughter in to get checked with me. The peace of mind is priceless; for all things skin related I would never go anywhere else!

Dr.Smith always asks how I am doing. Listens to my concerns. When he biopsied skin cancer on my back 2 yrs ago, he quickly eased my fears & got me in to remove it. Very caring atmosphere with a great staff.

Worst place. Called multiple times. Will not schedule my infant son despite getting the referral sent 3 times. Doctor sent on the 3rd, 10th, and 16th. They still said they need more visit notes. Offered to give my visit summary and still wouldn't accept it. They refuse to call the office themselves and get the needed information. I keep having to call my ped then the derm then the ped and the cycle never ends. Finally called the ped and having them send me somewhere else that isn't with these lousy people. The girl who answered the phone was beyond rude and condescending. She was talking down to me as if I didn't know healthcare business when in fact I'm a part of the medical field. I would never treat my patients they way she has. Avoid if you want timely services.

After a long life of too much sunshine and welding, I've got "things" popping up - Fortunately, these folks are here to take care of or assure about. Can't say that I enjoy our visits but I really appreciate them.

I loooooove going to see Farah for all my facials and skin services! She has taken care of my skin before, during, and after my pregnancies. She is educated on all things skincare, always helping me to make the right product/treatment choice for my skin concerns. She never pressures me to buy too many products that are unrealistic for my budget or time to keep up with. Also she’s really beautiful and sweet to talk to :) I love Farah! Recommend seeing her for microneedling or a peelfusion!

I had Botox done by Caylie here, and she is the best. She is passionate in what she does and you just know you are going to get the most out of your experience and money spent! She understands how facial anatomy works and takes an individualized approach to the Botox process resulting in the best Botox results ever!
