I had a very pleasant, and first, experience today at Forza. I needed a piece of equipment to help rehabilitate my leg from a recent knee replacement surgery. Randy was very professional, knowledgeable, and most helpful in assisting me in selecting the right equipment. Zero high pressure. My expectations were high based on the excellent reviews I saw here, and they were all met. Top quality equipment at a fair price and excellent service. Thank you!

Love this place!!! Worked with Randy and Giorgio to set up a home gym after all the gyms shut down for social distancing. They were extremely helpful, blending quality and cost effectiveness. Purchased a commercial grade spin bike for daughter. One month in some piece broke leaving the bike inoperable. I called Forza expecting resistance. Well Forza was extremely receptive to our problem and assured us we'd be taken care of. We went in about a week later and it was as if they were waiting for us. They had the replacement bike ready to go....had my daughter try it out to make sure she was happy and even helped me unload our broken bike and load up our new one. I was extremely pleased with the way this was handled...no hassle....ensured us we'd be taken care of and they did. A++ to Forza and their customer service. They have really nice stuff too. My entire weight room is full of stuff purchased here and I've always been extremely happy with the quality. Thank you Forza for being top notch!!!

Giorgio, is a local treasure and a wonderful person to work with. He has invested his life and his love of health and fitness in the local community for well over 30 years. His equipment, that he has designed and built, can be found in many of the colleges and schools in the Spokane area. Forza had a huge selection a quality Equipment and Giorgio was a veritable encyclopedia of knowledge. I suggest you check them out and you will find that your time as well spent.

I went in to go over options of whats available equipment wise, and Randy whom helped me was extremely knowledgeable and kind while walking me through all my options. Randy made me feel more confident in what I should purchase for my in home gym. The whole atmosphere and experience that I had coming to forza fitness nw was impeccable and so refreshing. Georgio is an absolutely genuine person. He was patient with our kids, helpful and honest. He took the time to chat and get us everything we needed. Best place to go hands down for equipment!

Forza has a good selection of exercise equipment, especially for weight lifting. And I managed to get a great price on a pair of bumper plates during the COVID lockdown when everyone else was charging upwards of $4/lb. I highly recommend them!

I was very impressed by the service and superior customer care I received from Randy at Forza Fitness regarding a recent equipment manufacture claim I had to file. 18 months ago I purchased a Spirit Stepper from Jim at Better Body Fitness and after 15 months I noticed a problem with balance. Low and behold it was a manufacturing deficiency (a weld had cracked in the frame). I reached out to Jim and found that his company had been purchased by Forza six months after I bought the machine. The machine was just outside it's one year warranty and I thought oh man, now I have to figure out how to get the machine fixed on my own by dealing with the manufacture. All knowing the frame had a 10 year warranty but would still be a pain in the back side... Anyway, that did not happen.... After contacting Forza to see what steps I should take with the factory, I witnessed first hand the quality of customer service that Forza Fitness provides. Randy jumped right in with me on this claim and followed it through with the area representative for Spirit and the factory people themselves, making sure I was 100% taken care of. Long story short, after a month or so I have a brand new machine in my basement. Delivered, set up, and the old one removed at no charge. All this being said they have a customer for life and their name will be passed along to my friends and family without hesitation. Thanks again for the help!!
