I
joined
SoulBarre
at
a
low
point
in
my
life.
I'd
been
suffering
from
a
brain
tumor
causing
vision
disturbances,
migraines,
and
hormone
surges
resulting
in
most
days
being
spent
on
the
couch
with
nausea.
I
couldn't
work
out
anymore,
at
least
not
the
way
I
used
to.
I
LOVED
high
intensity
interval
training
and
didn't
know
what
else
I
could
do
with
my
issues
that
wouldn't
feel
like
it
was
too
easy
and
wouldn't
make
me
feel
like
I
was
going
to
pass
out.
Soulbarre
was
all
of
that
and
SO
much
more.
From
the
second
I
walked
in
for
my
free
week,
every
instructor
was
so
sweet
and
funny.
Moves
are
HARD
but
in
a
way
that
you
can
start
off
slowly
if
you
need
(no
one
looked
at
me
funny
for
only
being
able
to
do
a
little
at
first)
and
build
up.
I
am
always
sore,
but
in
a
way
that
is
so
good
because
I
keep
getting
stronger
and
keep
pushing
harder
so
that
I
never
plateau.
The
energy
at
this
studio
is
amazing.
So
many
women
(and
men)
and
not
one
rude
or
judgmental
person.
We
are
all
struggling
together
and
it's
tough
but
rewarding.
Not
only
have
I
begun
to
get
my
old
body
back,
but
my
most
recent
MRI
showed
my
tumor
is
smaller
by
50%
without
any
kind
of
chemo
or
radiation.
Of
course
I
can't
say
Soulbarre
is
the
reason
for
that,
but
I
CAN
say
that
since
beginning
about
6
months
ago,
my
energy
is
way
up,
couch
days
are
rare,
headaches
are
fewer,
and
I
just
feel
so
good
knowing
I
accomplish
these
challenging
workouts
for
ME.
If
you're
on
the
fence,
do
it
for
YOU.
Give
it
a
few
weeks
and
I
promise
you'll
be
hooked.
LOVE
THIS
PLACE.
