I haven't been to Deaconess hospital for almost 50 years when I had a major operation. It was a very good experience as far as what a good experience is for a hospital can be called. I came to Deaconess because of having reoccurring gout in many joints for the last 7 months. My experience in the ER was very professional and was decided because also my white blood cells we're elevated they put me upstairs in a room and many doctors that came in to see me and feel that with him 24 hours of being here I have made more progress with all that have been taken care of through the 7 months prior to that. I probably have several more days in here but I am glad that my friends said that Deaconess was the place to go and I followed through. Just like in the movies when they say the best of the best at least in my opinion.

Just had an operation done and was a resident on the tenth floor for a night. I was very happy with the care given. The nurses (from the leads to the assistants) were quick to respond, knowledgeable, and made my time in the hospital as enjoyable as it could be. Update (3/19) (Meant to update this sooner!) Stayed on the 10th floor again for about 9 days recovering from another surgery The nurses were all wonderful and i was well taken care of. I stand by my earlier rating of 5 stars and while i hopefully never have the need to return, would gladly do so and feel completely comfortable with the upcoming care i would receive.

Midwives are very considerate and make sure you know what all your options are and then they leave the decisions up to you. The birthing prep classes are a God send for first time moms. Wonderful clinic!! I'm very excited to have my first baby here!!

Got treated quickly and by caring providers with the upmost respectfulness. Hands down the best experience with an ER visit

The thing that made parking at Deaconess tolerable was validation for the parking garage. But now I hear that the garage has been sold so they could make more money and there is no more validation. It's a shame that big conglomerates can take over a town and start pulling every single penny that they can pull out of you.

Even when very busy and having to wait in the hall, I have always been treated with care and dignity. I have no complaints.

Excellent nursing staff. Great doctors, and the food isn't bad either...

I've unfortunately had multiple health issues that have led to me getting care at both deaconess and sacred heart over the last few years. Deaconess is far and away the better experience, every single time.

I had a stressful procedure with an amazing staff, who made all of the difference! From the info gal when I first entered the Deaconess Medical Doctor Building #1 to 2nd floor Registration gals & 4th floor chk-in gals!! One gal I wouldn't give 2*, however everyone else was wonderful in the Peri-operative floor! My pre-op RN Jennifer, Anesthesiologist Dr Shalm?, Art with my IV, both of my OR RNs Erica, super sweet & Taylor ready with my blankets!! My experienced expert Asteroid specialist iconic Leonard? (please forgive my anesthesia brain). Post-Op Britany & Jessie were simply perfect, caring, attentive, and helpful! Garett with my discharge & I didn't catch the name of the gal who wheeled me down to the car. It'll take time for my healing, but I know it will be easier from the great care I had during a strenuous condition. And of course, my DR Carl Walker with Spokane Urology who was so caring and thorough & chose this amazing place! Thank you! 🙏Peace be with you all! 🙏

This visit was a little better than last visit but heath care is getting more about money then care. Instead of having iv therapy at home let's inmate an take up a bed in the hospital and spend twice the money.
