The service were so bad I have been waiting for my order for more than 25 minutes all what I have order was French fries and milk shake the as you see they didn't gave me much frise It wasn't busy at all.

This JIB is a joke. Won’t do anything and close doors but have people “working” inside. So people who order from Uber Eats and Door Dash won’t get their orders and they get cancelled cuz there is no manager on duty. They tell me there is no manger quite often so they can’t do anything. Corporate JIB!! DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS TERRIBLE STORE THAT WONT MAKE FOOD!!

Last 3 visits have been awful. They have given my order to the car in front of mine and had to remake my entire order. This took almost 15 minutes and they forgot items. Next two visits, were were turned away. Despite claiming to be open 24 hours, they aren't serving customers all day. I've been through several times, at different times of day, and been turned away because they are updating the system or cleaning and can't prepare food. If you are turning people away and aren't actually serving customers, you aren't open 24 hours a day. Either correct the issue with the store or adjust your published hours so people don't waste time going to your store only to be told to come back in an hour.

I've ordered multiple of times and when I add extra cheese and no lettuce to my tacos they com stock had happend multiple times and when I called to ask about it the Manger wouldn't give me his name when I asked about it a horrible store with ahitty management

I don't know why being a fast food employee is so hard. All you have to do is listen to the words coming out of your customers mouths and fill the order. I consider most fast food workers to be incompetent of doing the job because you tell them something and they look right at you and say ok then proceed to get the order wrong. This location did not get my order correct due to employee imcompetence. Check your orders before you leave the window.

THIS PLACE HATES VETERANS Update: I still have not been contacted by anyone from this location like you claimed you would below. I suffer from PTSD and if you took the time to look it up you would see that I am considered protected by the Americans with Disabilities Act and my request to receive the order at the drive thru window was not unreasonable. These employees did not care and they refused service to me knowing i was a disabled veteran and by doing so they violated a federal law and i demand someone be held accountable and fair compensation. Maybe you guys thought this would go away or you could lie and say it never happened and to that I would reply i recorded this incident on my phone and my wife witnessed what happened. Maybe i should contact a lawyer or the federal justice system. I was at the drive thru window and told to come inside and pick my order up or they would cancel it and I could leave. I said that I am a disabled veteran and I could not go inside. I try to avoid crowded environments that could be emotional triggers. The manager Amanda did not care and told me to come inside or leave. She violated my rights as a protected veteran. She could have simply handed me the order thru the window but instead decided to deny service to me. Really amazing people you have there Jack in the Box.

Today we stopped for a ultimate cheeseburger and a sourdough jack with a side of ranch. They forgot the ranch and were rude about it when asked. Ate 3/4 of the sourdough jack before finding a long reddish brown hair in it. Tried to call just to let them know. 3 calls ignored in last 2.5 hours so a public review is necessary. Thanks for the stomach ache.

Ordered online for drive-through pickup, I was there 9 minutes after I ordered my food. The burgers were almost completely cold - I had to toss em in the microwave. I live 45 seconds from the location so it's not like I had to go far. 🤷

Most of the higher up employees act real snobby most days if you walk in the restaurant and ask for a cup of ice or to use the bathroom. And if you happen to be in the restroom more than 5 minutes because you're some kind of handicap or have had surgeries so you have no choice but to take longer than most other people, the employees open the restroom doors and tell you to get your things and get it of the restaurant!

I've never gotten food from this location. Been there 3 times. Last time I came into pick up an order. I checked in and waited 20 min, then I came up to check on it. The "manager" said they didn't even start it and proceeded to yell at me about how it was my fault they didn't put in the order. When I went to call gub hub support she yelled at me the whole time and had security force me to leave. Never go to this place.

Went thru drive thru last night. Ordered the cluck and breakfast tacos. The tacos were horrific, sorry. But the cluck was amazingly good. I will be getting them again, just wish they'd put more than two small pickles on the cluck big sandwich.

Amanda had Horrible customer service. She yelled at us to hold on when we were trying to correct her for getting our order wrong. She was just straight rude to us and was not listening to us.

This specific location (market st Spokane) seems to have such an attitude all the time with customers who prefer quality food 🙄 I understand busy hours but when someone comes in to ask for a remake instead of telling them they are wrong about the quality of the product they should apologize and make it better especially when the person asking for a remake is being very cordial.
