Wonderful service, great job on my nails, warm and polite staff. Actually got my nails exactly how I wanted and asked for them to be done. I'm so happy. I've finally found a nail salon for me.

I went here to get my nails refilled after having a mediocre at best experience elsewhere. The previous place I went did not take care of my cuticles and made my nails very thick, then rushed me out the door. At Regal Nails, I asked her if she could make my nails thinner, which she did. She took time to take care of my cuticles, as well. I am very pleased with the outcome and I will definitely be returning! Thank you for listening to my wishes and being so thorough!

I had a great experience here. My nails turned out beautifully. The only thing I wasn't a huge fan of was that my thumb nails seemed textured like she didn't file them enough. But as far as salons in spokane go thus one is great.

These people suck. I scheduled an appointment 2 Weeks ago. I confirmed that appointment. Got there today and nobody's there nobody's answering the phone nobody's responding to emails nobody is around bad. way of doing business people.

Excellent customer service; very fast & friendly. As a walk in; I didn’t wait at all. The gentleman was very gentle & talked me through everything because it was my first time.

Ok, so Lynn is amazing and so kind. Very detailed in her work and very clean, I had requested stiletto nails which are hard to do… she nailed it (pun intended) one thing I will say when you see how many people stop just to check in and say hi to her or just her first name basis with her regulars she has worked hard for her place and I’m so happy I found her!! I've been coming here for pedi's for years! The staff is nice and the owners are super people! As with any place you go you'll find your favorites to do your services but their staff really is great and I've never had issue not had any member of my family or friends that I go with! I always recommend the upgraded pedi if you can afford it because it's worth it. The massage I've gotten from mine are very therapeutic and help a lot! Worth the money!
