I'm disappointed that Sanctuary has removed the one hour pass option. I would not be able to utilize a full day pass and given the recommended time limits in each area, I'm not sure that would be recommended anyhow. The one hour pass was perfect for me. I suppose I could buy a day pass and only stay for an hour, but the cost makes it harder for me to use these services. Twice I've called to make an appt and when I arrived there was no record of my appt- this wasn't a problem - I was still allowed access, but Sanctuary may want to look into their processes. They still get five stars for a beautiful facility and lovely staff.

I used the spa warm salt bath and cold plunge, sauna and Himalayan salt hot room. I left invigorated and my chronic pain level felt lower. The facilities are new, hygienic and have a relaxing vibe. There are lockers and showers and the towels are supplied, just bring your bathing suit and flip flops. Very reasonable for what is available. Take some time out to relax!

A much needed day of rest and relaxation. This was my first time trying a spa like this. I love the Himalayan Salt Room. I was surprised by how much I enjoyed the cold plunge. The whole experience was wonderful! I highly recommend!

Such a great concept! Health wellness integrated with a spa relaxation experience! Cold plung was exuberayting! I really enjoyed Himalayan Salt sauna and comfortable atmosphere , so grateful too be a part of Sanctuary ❤️

The Sanctuary Spa with steam and infrared sauna rooms, cold plunge, and mineral soaking waters to name a few is a huge value to those in the Spokane community who want to take charge of their health.

Beautiful, peaceful, and relaxing space. I loved the Infrared Himalayan Salt Sauna and the Epsom Salt Hot Soaking Tub. I can't wait to go again. My body felt amazing the next day!

Oh my god the spa was the most amazing experience. From the Japanese soaking pools to the Himalayan salt sauna I felt so relaxed and refreshed. I can’t wait to book my next visit.
