Booked
a
dinner
res
at
5
PM
for
mom
and
my
first
trip
to
Spokane
--
we
visited
from
Los
Angeles.
First
impression:
BEAUTIFUL,
classy,
eye-catching.
It
almost
has
a
speakeasy-esque
atmosphere.
It
is
very
inviting
and
romantic.
Would
be
great
for
a
date
night.
This
establishment
makes
its
own
pasta,
but
also
has
a
few
entrées
and
a
variety
of
apps.
We
went
with
the
arancini,
which
was
DELICIOUS.
It
was
perfectly
fried
and
the
smoked
mozzarella
pomodoro
with
basil
oil
sauce
was
superb.
We
also
ordered
the
radiatore
pesto
pasta
dish,
which
came
with
prawns,
cherry
tomatoes,
and
zucchini.
The
pesto
was
tasty,
but
our
shrimp
was
slightly
overcooked
and
the
dish
as
a
whole
could
have
been
hotter.
Not
a
deal
breaker,
just
an
observation.
We
shared
the
branzino,
which
came
with
arugula/fennel
salad,
green
salsa,
and
lemon.
Though
the
sea
bass
was
cooked
perfectly,
we
thought
the
plating
could
use
some
work.
It
just
appeared
somewhat
sloppy.
Also,
for
a
$42
plate,
we
expected
a
larger
fish.
Our
server
said
the
branzino
is
a
whole
fish
without
the
head
and
tail,
but
it
seemed
rather
small.
Service
was
friendly
and
accommodating.
No
complaints!
Definitely
book
