This is a great place to live! I just moved in a month ago and my unit is beautiful with recently replaced flooring. The prices are reasonable and the property is taken care of. Management really cares and is always professional! Maintenance was able to get some key items fix quickly that were found at move in. I was very impressed!

Overpriced !! But what isnt (Blame it on covid, I think NOT , its GREED!) Gr8 parking too, if ya dont mind climbing out ur car like its a race car( thru the window cause spaces are um tight), and id call a tow truck before ya pull in , looked liked a meteor landed in park lot(no worries , PROBABLY just a sink hole forming from the drainage under it)Doh Carry on n enjoy the day!

I personally rent from them and #1 communication is not key #2 there are fetynol users 2 doors down from me n I’m pretty sure they sell#3 I told these people in written form I was leaving for vacation they decide to give a 14 day while I’m gone for 14 days on vacation then denied and admitted to getting it….. least to say I will never rent from any location associated with the current new company I am now moving out of state and back across the country because of this situation.

Excellent place to live. I've lived here 5 yrs & everyone who lives here are all great people. We have all become very close. We all watch out for each other & help each other when ever we can. Never seen any drug activity going on here. And have rarely seen the police here for any disturbances. Its pretty quiet around here.

Your tenants in appt 1 are drug dealers..your tenants are talking & fed up with ignorance & G&B ignoring the reports and concerned about there safety. Clean this place up! Do better! Get the riff raff out of your apartment & clean up that place! Concerned community neighbors... Take care of those who are working hard & trying to care for there families. You've ignored this problem too long. I'll be writing to the media & the spokane newspaper!

I lived here and it's very handy to the Bus Line.

Girlfriend and I have been here 3 months so far and we love it! Manager is very helpful and quite prompt with any of our concerns. Other tenants keep to themselves and don't bother us one bit. Love the atmosphere and only two blocks from work. No complaints 😊

Don't expect any complaint to be acted upon quickly- Been living here almost 7 months and have been asking the management to get the upstairs people to stop the running, jumping, pounding, etc. (that is rattling things in our apartment!!!) I heard from someone that the people BEFORE us were complaining also! To my utter disappointment, it is still going on (at this exact moment as I'm writing this!!!)...... because of this I don't plan on staying here when my lease is up. I haven't decided if I'll stay with Douglass Properties yet, either.
