    "Where's the beef?" During this year I have noticed that whenever I order something containing beef, they only put a very minor amount on the food. The Chalupa on the menu picture is almost half full of beef. Order one and you'll get a line of beef about the same diameter as a dime if you're lucky. Same thing with the 5 layer burrito. Except you get even less since they can hide the skimpy portion even better. Basically you get just enough beef to taste but not a proper portion as advertised. This is happening at every Taco Bell in Spokane as far as I can tell. So buyer beware.

    Taco Bell food is, well, it's Taco Bell... But the people that work here make all the difference. Great attitude, order accuracy, and overall care into the preparation and customer service! Keep it up kids!

    I paid for steak chalupas and received beef. Went back and ordered for my work mates and they shorted me 2 chicken chipotle wraps. That's two orders screwed up in one day! I can not recommend this Taco Bell to anyone. They can't seem to get it right!

    Waited 25 mins in store for an order that was just sitting on the warmer. When i politely asked them to remake it, it was an issue. I get home and my order is wrong. Seriously don't ever want to come back and i will be demanding a refund

    Ordered online, they forgot 2 items. Went back through... they still forget an item. I feel bad complaining, but that really sucks & it's not the first time I've experienced service like this. Wasted time & money, not cool, guys.

    food was not to bad. All the sauce and cheese was all in one spot. I asked for more sauce packets for my other items and never received them. Paying attention to detail is key

    Went thru drive thru because I love my taco bell.. Always great service. Order is right. My tacos are full of deliciousness. Sauces are always in my bag.. Servers are hard working friendly and efficient.. Just my opinion but if I was stranded on deserted island with only one food choice it's tacos you all..

    Went through the drive thru. I was the only one in line. Was given the entirely wrong drink. I asked for hot sauce and was given Diablo. My tacos were not even filled halfway. My burritos were smashed. And my crunch wrap supreme wasn’t supreme. Worst Taco Bell in Spokane.

    I don’t have pictures cause I was starving, however; I feel the need to share my experience at this specific location. First, I’ll start by saying I was so hungry that I ordered here instead of waiting ten minutes to get to the Taco Bell nearby my home that I gave a five star rating. My home base Taco Bell has always been fresh, amazing, friendly, and with extra attention to detail. This Taco Bell served me cold chalupas that weren’t even fried, I feel like they literally stuck it into the bread without doing whatever step they typically take first. I also ordered simple chips with cheese sauce, the chips were small pieces, barely half way full in the little bag they come in. This is the worst Taco Bell experience I’ve ever had. I reminded them nicely for fire sauce after she gave me back my card, I still didn’t get any. The Taco Bell nearby that I always go to are upbeat, always on point, offer suggestions they find people or themselves like, great multitaskers, and always ask if there is taco sauce I’d like. It’s always hot and fresh. This Taco Bell literally had just me in the line, nobody else, until I pulled up to the window … then they had one other person in line. I could understand if they were busy, but they weren’t at all. I gave two stars cause at least the food inside the tacos were warm. Regardless and again, my nearby Taco Bell not far from here has always been consistent. This experience was more so on the pathetic side to be quite honest.

    Less than a minute in I had two different people ask what we want after answering them the first time saying, "just a minute we are looking at the menu" and the last person that was a rude lady was pressing us to order even though no one was behind us. Since they didnt seem like they wanted any one coming through the drive though we drove away without ordering and went somewhere else. No customer should be felt like an inconvenience the first 60 seconds from arriving. There were three of us and we obviously werent a regular so we don't know what we want as soon as we pull up.

    Brought a group of kids in for dinner on our way home. Staff was helpful, patient and everything was as expected from a taco bell. Sorry for locking the bathroom for trying to code too many timeS! 😂

    This used to be the Taco Bell to go to, but the quality of food has slipped a bit over the last couple years though. I absolutely love the Taco Bell on market, but they are going through a remodel. This is still a great back-up.

    We went to the one on division and when we got out food there was a guy that came in and sat down with backpacks and fell asleep and the workers didn't do anything about it. But the workers we great with customer service and getting our food to us promptly

    Ordered in the drive thru - the order taker was not paying attention and didn't enter an item I ordered - and didn't add in correct addition of extra sour cream. Paid and was asked to pull around as I'd placed a larger order. The team member brought two bags and i went home. Unpacking I realized that the Mexican pizza and one of the fiesta potatoes ordered was missing. Had to drive all the way back. The person who asked me did get the missing items made right away with a quick -= I'm sorry that she didn't mean. I got the impression this was nothing new. When I got the new items home the missing pizza was so poorly done - half the stuff was only on one part and it was greasy. The worst I've ever had. Will NEVER return to this location. We have 4 Taco Bells in a 4 mile radius from home - so plenty of choices. Plus a nearby Taco Time and Taco Johns - who actually put tomatoes on their tacos. This is the worst Taco Bell in town. Also, by the time I got back again with the rest of order my nachos bell grande was really gross and cold. Never leave the parking lot again before checking. Figured at over $15 an hour they could actually do things correctly.

    Tonight we’ve stopped by for some food. The Crunchwrap supreme barely had any meat. Instead of a beefy melt burrito they gave us a beefy 5 layer but even that didn’t have any meat in it. This has been the third time they’ve messed up our order.

    They completely forgot mine and my fiances drink so we tell them that so they make us drive through the whole drive through again keep in mind there were about 7 other cars in the drive through so our food is super cold now then we finally get to the window guy is being super rude the whole time then as soon as we go to grab them he squeezes one of the cups to explode it on us so we left sticky, upset, and with cold food will never be returning to a place that treats customers like this when all we did was have them grab drinks they forgot he also never refilled the drink he exploded on us so it's half empty and he just closed the window

    I come to this taco bell alot.... I mean alot alot.... we love taco bell in my house. Last night I had a great experience with the staff in the drive through. It was really late and I'm sure they were all about to get off but they still were smiling, courteous and friendly. Usually the grave yard shift at most drive throughs are extremely short and rude because there tired and about to get off (thats been my experience) but not these guys....hey taco bell your drive through people last night deserve a raise! I wish I would of caught there names.....

    Just went to get a bite after getting off work and i got a chicken quesadilla with out the chicken. They put a bunch of spur cream and half melted cheese. The my cheese roll ups with potatoes and sour cream were just as bad chese was hardly melted and it was like they used the entire bucket of sour cream on them. The worst i have every got for just wanting a little snack after work.

    Dear Taco Bell, Addressed to the North Division Street locationin Spokane WA. My girlfriend and I visited your locatiob on Tuesday, September 5th around midnight. We picked up our mobile order and the drove home. My girlfriend is a vegetarian and we specifically ordered two vegetarian burritos (Bean Burrito and a Black Bean Grilled Cheese Burrito). When my girlfriend had a few bites of her Black Bean Grilled Cheese Burrito, she noticed it tasted a lot different then it usually does. When I took a bite I discovered it was because the burrito had real meat inside, so she unfortunately had eaten meat and then could only eat the other burrito leaving her very disappointed and hungry. This was a very disappointing experience!! We took photos of everything. Thanks for your help!

    All the food was good and fresh. Would have given more stars if order would have been correct. Always check you bag before pulling away, they always forget one or 2 items every time and I have to go in.

    Spent 40+ minutes in the drive thru waiting, moving up one space every 8 minutes. No way out is the drive thru. Has to cancel my appointment that I originally had plenty of time to get to because couldn’t get out of the drive-thru. Worst management or a restaurant ever!!!’

    Was funny was there 10 min before 7. Pulled in to go in was told by a work smoking outside the front door lobby was closed. Pulled in drive thru. Was 4 cars in front of us. Pulled up to order was told they were closed. Serve the people already in line if it's before ur closing time. Also TURN OFF YOUR OUTSIDE LIGHTS IF YOU ARE CLOSED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Merry Christmas.

    Not the worst Taco Bell location I've ever visited, but certainly not the best either. We had a mistake with our order - and the management didn't even apologize. They did correct the order (of course), but no one seemed to even care they had made the mistake in the first place ... which obviously is no big deal. But I'm just being honest in my review and it felt like the staff just didn't care one bit about the customer. Try to show a little more 'care' for the people who come in to support your business. That's all. Other than that - food was good and the environment was clean. : )

    I've been through four times in a row with my order not correctly filled out. Entire items missing or wrong ordered menu items mixed up with someone else's make sure you check your bag when they give it to you !

    The manager was doing a horrible job delegating tasks to help all customers. She just plopped herself in the drive thru and hoped for the best for everything else. A guy was waiting over 20 minutes for 2 burritos in the lobby. It took close to 10 minutes for us to get a side of chips! The lobby was a mess.

    My meal was good, the restaurant was clean and well staffed. I will dine here again. I met the area manager, he was a hard working fellow doing a great job on property upkeep after the lawn service had left grass clippings on site.

    Update: 9/4/2022 We decided to give Taco Bell another chance. We decided to try the new cheesy burrito deluxe box, and 2 chicken quesadillas, and a extra cheesy burrito. The Pepsi didn't taste good like Taco Bell's Pepsi always tastes. The cheesy burritos were disgusting, and super greasy. The service was bad, the guy never gave me a receipt. Taco Bell, you lost my business! We waited in drive through for a few minutes before anyone helped us. The girl that took our order was very rude. We asked if they had the deluxe supreme box, she said nope no boxes. So we tried to find something else we wanted, and she rushed us through our order. We asked for Pepsi and she said there was no Pepsi. So again we had to get something else that we weren't satisfied with. This is our usual Taco Bell that we go to when we want fast food. So it was very disappointing to have had such a unfortunate experience. When we went to the drive through window, April smiled and said please give her a nice review on the Survey. April made the experience thee worst I've had at any Taco Bell, which is why I am giving this review.

    Had to eat here on the road, and once we arrived in Spokane, while we were moving. Unlike my sons (in their 20's), I hadn't eaten Taco Bell in what seemed like a century. I was amazed at how much food you could get for the price paid. It was tasty, too. We ordered a couple of taco and burrito boxes ( eight tacos, I believe, four burritos). I had a taco and a burrito, my younger son demolished the rest. I was surprised he did not eat the wrapping paper and the box, too. Good meal, great value, tasty, fast, and the service was great. I'd eat here again.

    look, I dont want to sound like a Karen but listen. I've lived by this taco bell for like 8 years? they have given me the correct order 3 times out of the countless I've been. the customer service is obsolete. I've waited upwards to 20 minutes to be greeted, to only be hit with "do you need something?" ridiculous.
