If you're looking at the previous reviews on this Motel, and are wondering if the negative reviews are even remotely accurate.... This review is for you... Look no further, Let's get into it thoroughly. I stayed here out of necessity (unfortunately) which to this day,I regret. Check-in: The check-in process took entirely too long! The CSR (Customer Service Representative) was originally very pleasant, until I mentioned that I brought a tractor, and if I would be ok parking in the parking lot. She instantly stated "Well, all of the trucks park on the street,we've been doing this for 3 years because they block parking!!" Mind you, it's a day cab tractor, literally took the same amount of space as a SUV. She continued saying the same thing as it entered 15 minutes to finish checking me in,at this point the line was filling up. The Room: The room was absolutely filthy. I did not even go underneath the sheets because of the random yellow stains and burn marks on the sheets and cover. Their was hair all over the mattress as well. The rooms walls are paper thin as well, which may not be a problem to some, but when people are walking down the hall talking, you feel as if you're there and apart of the conversation. Atmosphere: Quite a bit of shady people walking around, stereos blasting in the parking lot, etc. Definitely not a place for good sleep and relaxation. Customer Service: 4 Rooms: 2 Atmosphere:1 Likely to recommend: .................

Moved from California and stayed here while looking for a house. Rooms are clean. However unfortunately homeless people sleep in the laundry room. We had another guest try and go through our trailer. Management did nothing about this. We had random people waiting by the outside doors when we got off of work, just sitting there waiting until someone came out or someone with a key opened the doors for them to enter the building. Keep your kids and possessions close if u stay here. Room clean. Did not like anything else about this place.

This location charges a deposit that other motels do not. I stayed recently and had spilled coffee. I used the towels to clean up the mess. I then left them in the bathtub so they would be easier to clean. After six days I had not received my deposit back to my account. I called and was told that I would not receive a refund because the towels were stained! I have removed coffee stains from white towels many times with warm water and bleach. This is unacceptable.

I stayed at this hotel last summer (2022) my stay was great. Full amenities and a pool to use. This time there were no amenities and no pool. I missed having a refrigerator and microwave and coffee. There is no iron or board. Really very little in the room including no shampoo/conditioner or lotion let alone a hair dryer. I probably won't stay again once I leave this time. I'm sorry to see this hotel become an unpleasant property.

I have made the reservation online via Expedia to stay 4 nights at the motel. Upon arrival, to my surprise, I was advised that that there is no such reservation exists in the system; yet, I had confirmation emailed to me on hand. The front desk clerk Daniella, was less then helpful and offered a room at double the rate. I feel that this situation could be handled very differently. I don’t see myself coming back here.

They were very friendly. I think I was over charged. And they were awesome enough to give me an extra hour. I checked out at noon instead of 11. My room only had one towel and it should have been two. But the lady that checked me in (Danielle) was very patient, kind, and she was such a huge help to make check in a breeze! I am upset that I didn't get my deposit back either time. So I don't think I'll be staying there anymore. Only because I don't have $50 to throw away + the $74-$94 for the room. That's too expensive for Motel 6. I wish when I try to call and talk to the manager I couldn't ever get anyone on the phone and then now they say it's been too long to refund it. :( I'm very disappointed and I won't be staying here anymore.

This place still haunts my nightmares. Will never forget a 2013 stay. It was obvious (from their teeth and behavior) that the front desk staff was using meth. We were in our room on a laptop looking at other reviews (the truck family is real!!) for 20 minutes before we called the front desk for a refund. When we got to the front desk, it was a new staff member. A huge security guard guy, who had to make several whispered calls before he would give us a refund. We were certain we would be robbed of we stayed the night (full U-Haul and moving across the country). We could not get out of there fast enough. Still the worst hotel I've stayed in and I have been around.

This is a great hotel! None of the terrible things mentioned in some of the reviews didn’t happen during my stay! Me personally this stay has been the best of most! I move UPS trucks brand new all over the country and they really went out of there way to make sure I was accommodated. Story is, So I booked the room due to not being able to stay at the airport in Spokane. Got to my room “smoking” and it was really nice and clean. Woke up missed my flight cause of sleeping so hard! Got up realizing it and was frantically finding out what to do. They allowed me to change rooms and wait for my company to pay me so I could book it for another night! Mr. Brandon Powers Gm is an awesome fellow. Helped me tremendously in making sure I was ok! Absolutely best hotel stay. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED TO ANYBODY!!!! Thanks Mr. Brandon Powers. 🙌

This hotel needs a major remodel. Our room was pretty sad. Non-smoking room that smelled like cigarettes. Insanely noisy AC unit. Mold in shower. Paint flaking off walls. LED lighting would eventually work after you turn it on and off after several times. Bed was okay. We never tried the tiny TV. Shower curtain wasn’t long enough, so when you were done, there was a puddle on the floor. Registered 3 people. There were enough towels for 1 person. One small partial roll of TP.

Staff and management and owners know and willingly let transients who are users in their rooms. They just turn a blind eye. Be careful touching any surface or you will get all kinds of drug residue on your skin. Check every nook and cranny kids could get into. Cleaning staff is horrible and don't always find everything.

Most soulless hotel I've ever stayed in, including many others in the Motel 6 chain. No pictures on the wall, no cooking facilities (except for one shared microwave oven in the laundry room which disappeared at one point in my stay), no coffee pot, no shampoo, no screens on the windows, no comfy chair, flourescent lights, marijuana smell in the halls of this non-smoking hotel, front desk charged me even though I'd already paid through Expedia (currently trying to get my money back, though Expedia is having trouble reaching the hotel by phone), no nearby restaurants or stores, no nearby public transport, scratched and gouged floor in room, noisy, high-volume toilet, no hot tub. Strangely, the front desk called me out of the blue shortly after checkin to say they were refunding my deposit - which they never did. Positives? Hmm.. well, the ice machine and the tv worked.

Room was nice, well cleaned. Most of the Employees were not necessarily rude but they seemed rather annoyed whenever I asked anything. Room keys were continuously needing to be reset to get into my room. The main thing that made me mad though was the fact that they lied and kept my deposit because "there was stains on the blanket." Doesn't seem like a viable reason to keep my deposit but whatevs...live and learn I suppose... definitely won't be going back there again, definitely wouldn't recommend it unless your broke and desperate

Stayed here one night during a concert. Although rooms were updated, they were dirty and non functioning. The fridge was broken and leaking, the floor was uneven with several boards that kept tripping me, and the bathroom and shower doors would not close.

This motel 6 is one of the better ones I’ve stayed at this far. My specific room was newly renovated and clean to my standards. However, the lighting in the room was poor and only two of the four lighting options were working. The room and restroom was free of hair, bugs, stains and any visible dust. Besides the light, lack of refrigerator and microwave available the only thing holding back that fifth star was the key card. It constantly stopped working. It would let you into the building and then not your room. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a budget friendly stay and if you have pets like I do, they’re always welcomed for free! The staff I interacted with were very friendly and made my stay comfortable.

Nice note 6, bigger tv, place to sit to put on your boots. Desk like area, small stand in between the beds. Nice shower and restroom. One thing that sucks is that I paid a certain price and I would get a mini fridge and a microwave but you have to pay to get a room with those amenities which sucks.

Pretty good. I've stayed there 2 years in a row now and I'll stay there again next year. You're allowed to have your pet. That's a huge bonus. For the low price I paid, I'm happy with it. Staff was friendly too. Last year however, the staff was sort of rude, and they seemed impatient or annoyed. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because both beds had cigarettes burns in the blankets. It was clean though. Think about it, for that price, it's not gonna be the best place, but it will be good enough.

It’s a motel 6, is the best way to put it. Had a fine stay, was able to have my dog there. Checked for bed bugs and the second I lay down, I start getting bit. Not the cleanest. Works for a cheap, quick stop

It was a good experience overall, the staff was friendly and upfront. Not overly stereotypical due to my age and appearance like most other hotels. The price was high in my opinion and the price indicated online was $30 cheaper than the price I had to pay which I didn't like. There was a $50 deposit which wasn't too high.

Someone i felt called too help needed a safe place to stay, so that's as far as my opinion goes. Seems clean, safe, and warmer than a sleeping bag and 27°temps. My Savior Loved me before i knew his Love........

I reserved a room for my trip to Montana & back. After reading the reviews, I was ready to cancel. However, I decided to stop & give it a try. The room was clean & in good shape. My only complaint was the TV remote was broken. Saw a couple sketchy people in the parking lot, but they kept to themselves & didnt stay around.

Honestly, we knew what we were getting when we stayed, that being said: Surprise $50 deposit at check-in, despite the fact we had already paid in full. The bathroom door didn't even fully close, the door knob was broken, and the worst possible outcome of a cheap hotel: BEDBUGS. I have so many bed bug bites on my arms and face, and I'm just hoping against hope that we didn't bring any home in our luggage.

This place is a dump! The most questionable creeps going in and out of the place all night! Parking lot certified mechanics working with little lights strapped to their foreheads working on a car right outside my room until it started turning light outside the next day. Smelled like chemicals coming from adjacent room to ours ( another guest told me that the smell was from smoking fentanyl pills!). We checked out at around 6am in total fear and no sleep! Front desk just said they would report it to their boss, however I'm still waiting for the call 4 weeks later!! Don't reccomend

Despite the reviews on line, I booked a one night stay. We had none of the negative experiences that were listed. The motel it's self was clean, no urine odors, staff was pleasant and helpful, went above and beyond, no visible drug usage observed, and other visitors were fun to visit with, helpful. We were so tired after traveling we went to sleep early, slept very well, and got our day started upon rising. All in all a very pleasant experience

We had a great stay at this motel. Minimalist, quiet and clean! Excellent rate and helpful staff. Being able to have our dog without an up charge was excellent! When we forgot our pooches dog bed they retrieved it for us promptly. Very positive experience overall.

I stayed here for a few days while in town visiting from out of state. Pretty clean and quiet as far as motel 6's usually go in my experience. My one complaint is that I was there for 4 days and I had to have them reprogram my room key literally 10 times which was very annoying and inconvenient. I will say though that the staff here are very kind and helpful. Daniella at the front desk (I don't know if I spelled that right) is a sweet heart and even when she's completely swamped with random check ins and what not she takes the time to have a conversation with each guest and make them feel welcomed. She's amazing 👌🏻

In my opinion it's over priced should not charge a $50 deposit or at least make it optional in cash or card. The rooms should get better cleaned and kept up with. Who ever is maintaining this hotel should take more pride in their job and actually fix things not just unplug the problem or paint over it. I mean it's not hard to do. I mean shoot every room I have stayed in I have secretly fixed broken things to try and help out make it better there. The Staff are really nice never had an issue I do wish that they would offer better deals though so for price being steep as a 🐪 hump and the lack of up keep it gets 3 stars

Found it on hotwire so didn't know what to expect. Place was super clean, really quiet, great AC, the pool was refreshing, the bed was beyond comfy, and the ice machine was top notch! All the signs posted about "beware of your belongings we are not liable for damage or stolen belongings" did have us a little worried, but the metro presence was a welcome relief!

Rooms were not clean. Hallways were not clean. No cleaning done during my stay. Weird activity in rooms around me that made me question my security. Very basic rooms. Air conditioner was not functioning well. My $50 security deposit was not refunded as they claimed the sheets had a stain on them. It was some dust from one of my dogs sleeping next to me that would have washed out no problem. Although it was a pet friendly hotel I normally let my dogs sleep in their crates in my truck, but I didn't feel they were safe in the parking lot so brought them into the room. And even if the stain didn't come out, one fitted sheet was not going to set them back $50. I am a definite NOT AGAIN with Motel 6.

Staff was very helpful especially Amy in the front desk I give her 5 stars. Alone.. I was having eye surgery and she let up check in earlier before I went in. The rooms are very clean and the A/C work very well. Our TV didn't work at first but Amy made sure it would be fix by the time I got out of surgery. They are also very pet friendly so it made our stay even better..

It's a cheaper place to stay besides the deposit they now make you pay & seems to be a hassle to get back 2 out of the 5 times I stayed. The staff isn't very friendly or at all to igerr to help if you have any problems. I always get a non-smoking room but they don't separate the bedding there were burn holes in the blanket every time I have stayed and of course smell like cigarettes. The rooms never seem to be very clean. Do yourself a favor and don't even take the filter out of the air conditioner/heater you will wish I never even looked. Like I said its a cheap hotel and it really shows in my opinion!

Pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness of the hotel and the room. A/C worked which was a blessing considering how hot it was when I stayed there. They were able to get me in last second and staff over the phone was extremely helpful in my last second booking. Shower door did not close fully which was annoying but nothing major. Shower space seemed a little tight as well. Staff on sight wasn't the most friendly but still served any need you had. I would stay here again or recommend someone to stay here based on budget and location.

This place is a surveillance motel. Your stay here is NOT private. I would venture to say that the rooms are bugged due to the police presence in the motel office and in the rooms. I know this to be a fact. Stay somewhere where your rights to privacy are not being ignored by management and ownership. Someone should sue this place and hopefully they will. STAY ELSEWHERE!

The place was awful. Sheets were old. No soap, no fridge, no microwave. They price gouged me. My friend scraped his elbow and left a couple blood stains and they charged me my deposit. I booked on Expedia and was told a different price. The person I spoke with was very rude. I Said i was going to dispute the charges with my credit card and she said i was never welcome there again and hung up on me. She also wouldn't let me speak with the general manager. Just horrible. My friend is dying of lung cancer and is on hospice so i will never stay here again in the first place. Spokane Washington.

Bad service dirty rooms. Paid for a queen size bed got a twin. They took a 50 deposit even know I paid with card.got put in between to rooms that were being worked on. Love this place.... Big beds clean, nice rooms. You can have your four legged friends for free, ( and I mean dogs and cats not boyfriend. Lol...)*@_#* . The rooms are affordable and close to the casino and airport. Should you need dog food or to do some shopping the bus stop is right on the corner and for two buck you and yours are off on your way. Dogs ride free. Yes I give this place a five for staff and clean and convenient location. I will stay here again.

Looks like a demilitarized zone. $140 a night because there is a basketball game this weekend. No tub, hose off only. Glaring ugly harsh bedside lighting completely unique to this Motel 6. I generally love Motel 6. My key opened every other exterior door, and not the one l needed by my room. By the way, this is NOT DOWNTOWN, this is 3.5 miles from downtown. Desk Staff was very nice and helpful. It was clean. Good firm mattress, like most Motel 6.

Dealing with this motel was very unpleasant. The front desk lady did not even want to help any any way. She was so lazy she could not even get onto the computer to make sure my billing was right. Called her back again and just got the same response interrupted me as I was trying to tell her we had two separate reservations she just did not want to even listen told me and said I was rude because I wanted to make sure my billing was correct. She told me to call back Monday and speak with her manager and yes I will definitely be doing that tomorrow. Any kind of booking on line for this motel do not do it. They will send you to a third party booking they will not let you make a direct booking. I work front desk of a hotel and stayed with many. I have never heard of a hotel taking 50 dollars off your card for deposit especially when you put your card on file for such purpose. So the first night they took 50 plus what the cost of the room was off my card. The second night same thing. If you don't want the headache do not book with these guys.
